Bomb Tipster Sarah from Florida says, “I was checking out Forever 21’s website, and they are launching their plus size line, Faith 21, May 1st. There’s a look book on their website as well. The clothes are actually pretty cute.“
Let’s take a look:

Fashionologie has scans of an upcoming Vogue spread, profiling models Chanel, Arlenis, Julia Stegner and more with their boyfriends:

Chanel is dating rapper Tyga, while Arlenis is seeing model Rene Rodriguez.
I’m actually surprised to see their boos. I would’ve linked them to spotlight grabbers like Ryan Leslie or Kanye West, but their boyfriends seem pretty unassuming–a perfect combination to balance out their shine.

Fashion Bomb favorite Beyonce was spotted in NYC wearing this $11,410 Balmain Crystal Embellished Jacket:

This particular piece is a fave of the French Vogue posse, and looks chic with exaggerated shoulder pads and a military edge.
While I love the look, of course it smacks of Monsieur Michael Jackson:

If so, try the jacket and opt for these affordable items to complete the look:
Bad Girl Cassie recently shaved her said, saying, “Sometimes in life, you need a change…Something that displays the ‘I don’t give a f—’ attitude that was always present, but never showcased. Something deeper than what you thought you were capable of. And something that will shock your mother, but make her call you a ROCK STAR.“

Cassie isn’t the first celeb to sidle up to a razor.
Lovely Kelis always keeps it stylish with inventive hairdos:

And Amber Rose is known for her blond buzz:

But if you rock the close cut, you’re either perceived as fashion forward or just plain crazy:

Check out Vogue’s May Issue Cover shot by Steven Meisel:

With Liya Kebede and Jourdan Dunn, this makes Vogue’s third consecutive cover featuring black women.
The layout kind of reminds me of the Vogue cover for the World’s Next Top Models:

…while Chanel Iman was relegated to the inside flap, Liya warranted the outside cover.
Whether it’s the Obama or Bethann or Andre effect, Vogue is truly bringing it with the diversity. I like!

What were the fashionable up to this weekend?
Keshia Knight-Pulliam celebrated her birthday in sassy style, geared up in black hot pants and a silk leopard-print blouse. Fantastic feathered bangs and flawless makeup make this a very grown and sexy Hot for the former Cosby kid.

Red carpet perennial Kim Kardashian hosted the opening of a new Hard Rock Hotel in Florida swathed in a navy mini wrap-dress with patent black pumps and satin clutch. Despite its awkwardly loose fit in the bust area, it’s a rather funky dress and works in its own way, but I would have liked to see her with a sexier hairstyle to match the dress’s vamp aesthetic, Hmm…

Songstress Kat DeLuna attended Paper Magazine‘s Beautiful People party in an interesting skirt and top combo made of what looks like shirred velvet. Liking the chunky bracelets, and Kat’s eye makep is on point, but the too-big shoes and unusual pieces throw the look’s cohesion off for me, Hmm…

Finally, the incomparable Iman was spotted in NYC sporting a handbag from her Global Chic line, along with a navy boyfriend blazer, simple scoop-neck tee, bootleg jeans, and platform sandals. While not wild about the bag (but respect the hustle), it’s a perfect casual spring outfit and certifiably Hot!

Ciao Bellas!
I’m back from Rome, recovering from all the delicious pizza and pasta!
While walking around by the breathtaking Monumento a Vittorio Emanuele II, we ran into this young lady:

I appreciated her chic yet casual style: she was rocking flats, but kept it funky with a cute vest, skinny jeans, and shades with red accents. After chit chatting a bit, we discovered this diva, Alicia, was visiting from Berkeley, California. Happy to see another American, we quickly made friends and traveled all around town hitting up all the must see spots! Will give you the Rome rundown in a bit.
Until then…what do you think of her style?
PS The monument is the bomb. Take a look:
