Of course not too far behind is the imfamous Lady Gaga who wears spiked, hooded, painful looking bodysuits.

Even the normally demure Alicia Keys went for a spiked edge rocking a sparkly silver cuff.

And red carpet regularMelody Thornton took the look to a new level with a spike lapel jacket and matching boots. As an aside, do we have a new Style Star on our hands?

We’re taking it back up North for today’s Bombshell: Jakeedah from Atlantic City, New Jersey:

The Jersey stylista is currently a Coors Light promotional model, but says, “ Although being a promo model is pretty cookie cutter I like to use accessories to set myself apart from the other girls.”

She continues, “I live in Atlantic City, NJ and being near Philly and New York City has allowed me to develop a style that merges elements from both cities (with a touch of Jersey flair in there too).“

Karl Lagerfeld shows he has a sense of humor, making over SpongeBob SquarePants in his likeness:

The gold Bob is outfitted in Karl Style with dark shades, fingerless gloves and a white shirt and tie. The “Bob Qui?” (Bob Who?) sign references that funny “Karl Who” T-shirt by Naco that flew off shelves in Colette.
While we would hope this gold SpongeBob is for sale, it was actually created for a Parisian auction benefiting WWF. It’s sale generated 1,000 euros (about $1,500 USD).
As an aside, does anyone else love SpongeBob like I do?!? That show cracks me up!

Jenny from the block was spied wearing these lovely $234 Valley Lace up Booties by Olsen Twins designed line Elizabeth and James:

JLo paired the cute brown beauts with cropped jeans and an easy gray sweater.

I must say, the Olsens’ line is pretty hot! You always expect celebrity lines to be hmm worthy, but you can tell those two know a thing or two about style!

For me, it all started with Beyoncé in the Single Ladies video:

They looked scorchingly hot, and it seems in short shrift I began noticing everyone walking around with the ‘no pants’ look:

The fashionable and trendsetting Lady Gaga is a die hard fan.

Sienna Miller has been snapped in the silhouette.

And as we saw in yesterday’s Hot or Hmm, Amber Rose loves ‘no pants’ as well.

The look is unquestionably sexy and recession friendly.  With a bodysuit you can show off your legs with a pair of sheer or patterned tights while saving money on bottoms.
