The hats, jewelry, elegance and grace have never left me.” Says Kendall, whose style emotes the Black girl glam he has long loved. 

While obtaining his degree in fashion marketing, Kendall’s experimental side began to blossom. Being introduced to more people with an appreciation of aesthetics gave him the courage to take risks with his style.

Johnny Depp to Guest Star at Rihanna’s Incoming Fenty x Savage Show

Despite the storm of a trial detailing the abuse in his last marriage, Johnny Depp shows no signs of slowing down. The 59-year-old actor still picks up roles in popular fantasy franchises and even landed a gig as the Moon Person at the VMAs. His most recent gig, however, includes a pretty famous fashion show and Rihanna.

In 2018, Rihanna launched her infamous lingerie line Fenty x Savage. She rocked New York Fashion Week with models of the moment —like Duckie Thot and Bella Hadid— dressed in delicate lace, BDSM-inspired bodysuits, pasties, and other sultry ensembles. A pregnant Slick Woods even strutted down the runway with her baby bump clad in cutouts and black lace. Since its launch, the Fenty x Savage show has become an event you don’t want to miss. Each year is more outstanding than the last and has grown to include celebrity guests alongside veteran runway walkers.

While stars like Erykah Badu and Normani are just a couple of the A-listers that have gotten the guest spot, this year’s guest is the first, and most controversial, for Fenty.

For the first time in Fenty x Savage history, the guest role is filled by a man and that man is none other than Johnny Christopher Depp.

According to TMZ, Rihanna and her team invited Depp and both parties are said to be very excited. It’s also reported that Depp’s part in the show has already been filmed so if you’re hoping for some kind of super belated April Fool’s prank, unfortunately, you won’t find one here.

Twitter, of course, hasn’t taken too kindly to the news, with fans questioning and disapproving of this year’s guest.

While some argue that Depp’s spot in the show is fair, he’s a victim too after all.

Fenty x Savage Vol 4. is set to premiere on Amazon Prime November 9.

Season after season, fashion week after fashion week, the Balenciaga brand continuously becomes evermore synonymous with the words ‘creativity’ and ‘innovation’! Especially when it comes to accessorization. First, there was the garbage bag handbag that had fashion enthusiasts wondering whether it was a styling prop or truly part of the RTW collection. Then, of course, many had their opinion on the infamous Lay’s collaboration offering potato chip handbags. 

Well, the latest Balenciaga handbag in question is quite literally just that: a hand bag. The tote features an arm-length glove at the strap opening of the bag to help you sling it over your shoulder securely with a unique twist – certainly nothing you’ve ever seen before.

On Instagram, @mistergeorgeous commented “Yasssssss… THIS is FASHION!!!!”. Another reader, @theresonly1nlb_me chimed in to the comments section adding “I would. In the winter. On my rich lady vibe. Yes ma’am, with a hat”.

Not a bad point – with a built-in glove, the bag offers ingenuity and functionality! You’ll also be glad to know that it comes in black, pink, khaki and a variation of white. Evidently, while some think it odd and far out of their style comfort zone, others applaud the humour and irony behind these tongue-in-cheek designs. No matter how outrageous each piece is, this a result of Demna’s ongoing push to take Balenciaga out of the box; a playful yet realist avenue from an avant-garde fashion house trying to spark conversation. It’s what fashion is all about!

In the real world, Halloween is when kids dress up in costumes and beg for candy. In the celebrity world, Halloween is the one day of the year when Hollywood’s top echelon serve Met Gala-level glamour and camp while we beg for more on Instagram.

Enter Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian-Barker. When tasked with dressing up for a family Halloween function, Trav and Kourt, once again, stepped deep into their leather jacket grungy bag for a Halloween look that is both dark and romantic

In their first Halloween together as husband and wife, the drummer boy and his pop culture icon wife dressed as horror’s most notorious couple, Chucky and Tiffany.

In addition to a fake knife prop for Travis, the Barkers kept their makeup looks true to the movie.
