Fashion Bombshell of the Day: Neshanta from Atlanta

Today we have yet another Southern belle, United States Air Force member Neshanta from Atlanta:

She says, “After serving my country proudly for 10 years as a member in the United States Air Force, I decided to separate and pursue my dreams in the fashion industry.”

” I opened a boutique called All Thingz Fabulous Boutique (www.myatfboutique.com)…”

“…and I’m currently working as a wardrobe stylist and fashion contributor for SIR Magazine and www.mzshyneka.com.”

” After 10 years of uniforms and restrictions, it feels good to finally be able to express myself and do what I love!”

” My style is just that….. MY style, I wear what speaks to me, flatters my body type and inspires me. “

“I am a girlie girl with a love for bows, sequins, animal prints, vintage clothing and all things glam!”

” I consider myself eclectic yet chic!”

” I invite you to visit my blog www.neshantastylishshe.com …”

“where fashion and irreplaceable style collide.”

Ow! I see you’re an animal print aficionado, much like myself. I love the diversity of your looks, and your calculated risks. Your style is fun, yet relatable. I love it!
What say you?

Fashion Bombshell of the Day: Sonya from Mississippi

Today’s Fashion Bombshell is Sonya Bee from Mississippi:

The owner of Sonya Bee’s boutique screams, “I LOVE FASHION AND I NEVER TRY TOO HARD WHEN IT COMES TO AN OUTFIT…”

“…I’M LIKE A MODERN DAY HIPPIE WITH A SPLASH OF HOLLYWOOD GLAMOUR..”

“…I’M IN LOVE WITH BODYCON DRESSES AT THE MOMENT..I NEVER MATCH AND I WOULD DOUBLE KISS THE PERSON WHO INVENTED LEGGINGS LOL..”

“I really don’t care about the price of labels because looking good means you feel good whether it’s in a blazer that you got from a thrift store for $3 or a pair of $1200 Alexander McQueen heels.”

” I would say that my style is sexy yet very classy, evolving, unpredictable and constantly changing because of my love of experimenting and trying new ideas.”

“I ALSO LOVE TRIBAL PRINT AND ANYTHING SPARKLY.”

“I WOULD BE HONORED TO BECOME A CERTIFIED FASHION BOMBSHELL =)”

Ok! You’re a gorgeous young lady. My only critique would be to try not to lean too hard on tight garments. Of course the pieces you chose look great, but you could vary it up with maxi skirts or even an A-line dress and still look bomb!
What do you ladies think?

If you like Sonya’s look, shop it up at her online store, sonyabee.bigcartel.com.

” I love to put colors and different fabrics together.”

“…I started a blog, www.acollectedgentleman.tumblr.com, last March–it was a turning point in my life.”

” I believe that my change of style made me become a better person.”

“Thanks for allowing me to showcase my style.”

” I hope you guys enjoy!”

Ok, Isaiah! You’re fresh, dressed like a million bucks! I adore your preppy proclivities and occasional pops of color.

We’re continuing our Bombshell fabulosity with Jillian from Miami:

The fly Floridian writes, “I’m an attorney by trade, which means that a lot of my wardrobe involves suits and business separates.”

“… But when I’m off the clock, I live in jeans, heels, and pretty dresses.”

” I recently started a personal style blog where I showcase outfits that I love and explore different ways to look good, both in and out of the workplace.”

” My style philosophy is pretty simple – I wear what I love and what makes me feel pretty.”

” Usually, that involves dresses in classic silhouettes with an unconventional element like color or draping.”

” I’m also a sucker for anything with bows or ruffles involved.”

” Hopefully your readers like my style and visit my blog at www.nusophisticate.com.”

Very cute! Your style is simple and sophisticated. And I love that orange dress!

Fashion News: Julia Sarr-Jamois Poses for Tibi Spring 2012

Wonderland magazine editor Julia Sarr-Jamois is having a fabulous 2012 so far. After ending last year nabbing a spot on Vogue‘s best dressed list, she made a splash this month at Men’s Fashion Week in Milan walking in the Alberta Ferretti demi-couture show alongside fellow it-girls Solange Knowles and Oroma Elewa. It seems the street style guru has no intention of slowing down in 2012 with her latest project as the face for Tibi’s Spring 2012 campaign.

Past ambassadors for the Tibi brand include socialite Olivia Palermo. It’s wonderful to see a woman of color representing the brand–someone who is beautiful, and a true tastemaker in the fashion industry.

I think she looks amazing! What do you think?

Hope you managed to survive the SOPA strike. Basically, the government is looking to pass a law that could shut down websites like ours, for posting content to movies, TV shows, music, etc. It infringes upon bloggers rights to create and have fun atmospheres for you guys. The few hour strike today could be indefinite if this law gets passed. Read more about it and protest with us at www.sopastrike.com.
At any rate, the strike is now over, so I give you today’s Bombshell, Cuera from Cleveland:

” and a Freelance Fashion Writer for examiner.com.”

“My philosophy is that anyone can look like a million without spending a million.”

“I shop everywhere.”

” I believe in buying less but investing in quality clothes that will last forever. “

“… or both!”

“… I’d like to think that I’m always dressed for the occasion.”

” I’m also a tall and slim girl, (I’m 5’9), so I always dress to compliment my height and shape.”

” If you noticed I rarely wear any jewelry.”

“… maybe a nice watch, bracelet or a necklace, if the outfit calls for it–that’s about it!”

Mali is super modest and didn’t mention her clothing line, so I’ll go ahead and do it for her! See some of her work at www.maliromeo.com.
