Today’s Fashion Bombshell is Hip Hop artist Peyton from Memphis, Tennessee:
She says, “… My style is basically tomboy sexy.”
“… I tried the girly girl thing and while it is always a sexy route to go…”
“… it wasn’t me being me.”
“.. I find myself throwing a ball cap on with even the sexiest dress and heels…”
“… or maybe baggy jeans with a cute bralette and heels and while that may seem wrong to others, it’s me.”
“.. I’m very in between with fashion, I see things that men are wearing and think to myself, “that would look dope with heels.””
“… Times have changed and the 90s are back, a fashion era that I loved dearly.”
“… Fashion doesn’t have rules or guidelines.”
” Fashion is fashion and style is style and if I had the choice to name my style it would be “one in a million”, an album by one of my biggest inspirations in music and style, Aaliyah.”

You guys have been a tough crowd this week, but perhaps the sight of a glowing pregnant woman will soften your hearts;) Take a look at Titilola from Nigeria’s selection:
She writes, “I am from Lagos, Nigeria but I have called Atlanta, Georgia my home for over 10 years now.”
” I bake for a living and I recently started a lifestyle blog a few months ago.”
” I am currently pregnant with my second child who will be here any day now so I decided to submit a pregnancy style diary.”
” My pregnancy style is all about comfort while being sexy chic.”
” I decided to take most of these pictures in my third trimester because usually its the hardest time to find clothes that fit and are fashionable.”
” Most of the outfits in the pictures are clothes I owned already pre-pregnancy.”
” Based on my two pregnancies now, I have learned that its always best to start from your closet (its amazing how many things you can transform and will work) and then go up from your normal size before considering shopping maternity lines, saves you a ton of cash too!”
You sure know how to make pregnancy look chic! We rarely show Bombshell moms-to-be with style, but you set the bar quite high!

Today’s Bomber literally blew up my inbox! So it’s high time he get his moment to shine. Get into Rashad from New York’s looks:
He says, “My Name Is Rashad, and I Live In New York, New York, But I’m Originally From Florida.”
” I’m Usually Wearing A Blazer Even When I Lived In Florida, People Always Asked Was I Hot. No I Think I Was Quite Immune To The Heat When It Came To What I Wore Since I’ve Been Doing It For So Long, But Once It Hit 90 & Above I Knew How To Layer Less! “
“I’d Like To Think My Style Is Simple, But According To Others It Isn’t. I Always Respond It’s Not Like I’m Wearing “Haute Couture” All My Clothes Can Be Found In Just About Any Men’s Store.”
“Let Me Just Start Off Saying I Wore A Kilt, Before It Became A Trend Or Even Before Kanye Wore It. So I’m Not A Follower. I Can Be A Bit Eccentric At Times, But I’m Most Comfortable When I’m Like This. I Actually Have A Hard Time Dressing Down “Based On Your Perception Of Being Dressed Down”
“I Live By The Quote “Always Dress Like You’re Going To See Your Worst Enemy” – Kimora Lee Simmons. I Was Always Told To Look Your Best Everywhere You Go, Because You Never Know Who You Might Meet.”
Ok! I love it, gotta admit. Feeling the pops of color and the confidence.

Today’s fabulous Bombshell is Mina from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida:
She types, “I am a fashion enthusiast, wardrobe stylist and blogger.”
“… I would describe my style as fun, different…”
“… and forever evolving.”
” My style is very in tune with my feelings so you can definitely tell through my use of color and fit of clothing how I am feeling.”
” None the less my style is fearless where I am willing to try anything from different colors, textures and silhouettes regardless of what’s in or not.”
Cute! I like most of your looks, but your black mini and readers would have to be my favorite.

Today we’re taking a dip down south with Artrecia from Houston, Texas:
She says, “I’m not into the new trends, what’s hot, or what everyone else is wearing.”
” I like what looks good on me, what compliments me and my body.”
“I embrace my curves by accepting myself, flaws & all.”
“Knowing what’s best for me & not what others think is best for me…”
“I go out the norm, I do things differently, & I always catch myself stepping out of my comfort zone.”
“Some people make sure they don’t leave home without makeup, I make sure I don’t leave my home without confidence, I wear that first before any piece of clothing or makeup.”
“I dress for myself, doesn’t matter what society thinks, doesn’t matter what the next person is wearing. You are beautiful , no matter what shape or size.”
“Go with what works for you & not what others think is right for you.”
“You can view more pics on my Instagram @covergirl_21.”
Great submission! I’d say you had some hits and some misses–some ensembles were supremely flattering, others not so much. Loved your black dress look and your peplum ensemble.

Gina wrote a super sweet e-mail! She typed, “I would really like to see a post about your skin care regimen and makeup routine.”
” Your skin is always glowing and makeup is always flawless. I would love to know what products and techniques you use.”
Well, thank you very much! I’ll be honest: I don’t know a ton about makeup, though I’ve learned a thing or two from Shalea Walker, who does my makeup for big events. Perhaps she’ll write in with a few tips in a separate post, but for now, I can tell you what I do for my skin!
1. Use a Clarisonic Brush
The rechargeable skin cleansing system gets deep into pores and removes all the gunk of the day. I invested in a Mia 2 over a year ago, and replace my brushes every three months (replacement brushes cost $25 each or $40 for two). Most times, I use my Clarisonic once in the morning and once at night, though I think you can get away with just using it once a day. Get a Clarisonic brush at Sephora and cop the replacement brushes here.
BareMinerals is great to use with your Clarisonic. Neutrogena works well with Clarisonic, or alone, if you just want to give your skin a good rinse.
3. Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
The benefits of raw, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar are highly documented, and while I have no scientific proof of its effectiveness, I can tell you, it works for me! I try to drink a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with a glass of water every day (the taste is a bit much, but you get used to it!). I also dab a bit of Apple Cider Vinegar on a cotton ball and wipe it on my skin as an astringent after cleansing. It burns a bit, but has proven to keep pimples and blemishes at bay.
4. Use Makeup Removers
Any makeup artist or dermatologist will tell you–wash off your makeup before going to bed! Leaving makeup on will clog up your pores and inevitably lead to skin irritation. If I’m not too tired, I’ll of course cleanse my skin, and remove any heavy makeup with L’Oreal Clean Artiste Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover. I’ll admit, sometimes the urge to fall asleep with makeup on is too tempting, so I keep Neutrogena Makeup Remover Towelettes in my nightstand so I can just swipe it all off before I pass out.
5. Moisturize
As you can see, I’m a huge fan of Neutrogena;) I currently use their Healthy Skin Face Lotion with SPF15. The SPF protects against sun rays, and the alphy hydroxy acid gives your skin a little tingle after application.
Get a few of my faves here:
Of course these work for me, but you should consult with a dermatologist to see what might work for you!
