Today we have a second time Bombshell! We have Dyandra from Philly:
The New York resident and stylist for Jacque Reid writes, “I would describe my style as a mixture of a few types, glamorous, chic and edgy.”
” I’ve always been a fan of mixing high fashion with fast fashion to create a balanced look.”
“Contrary to common belief, clothing doesn’t have to be expensive to look good. Simply pairing a designer heel with an H&M dress can create a winning outfit!”
“I also love vintage clothing, the quality and attention to detail is impeccable!”
” I love to shop my mother’s closet and east coast vintage stores for staple items.”
” I believe that style is less about what you have on and more about the image that you are comfortable portraying.”
” I always tell my clients “if you love what you have on then you’ll look even better.””
” For me, style is all about remaining true to your artistic point of view and speaking that through fashion!”
Hot! Love that yellow printed dress.

Today’s Fashion Bomber is Joseph from North London:
The 18-year-old kept his style description short (as men tend to do).

“… sometimes calm…”
“… always cool!”

We’re a little bit further from our high school days than we’d care to admit (I’ll be telling everyone I’m 25 through 2020,) but we haven’t forgotten that the school year is rapidly coming to a close, and summer vacation will soon be in full swing. But before that, there’s prom. And if you’re anything like how we were in high school, you’re probably already considering outfit options!
Prom is a huge production and dresses are expensive. Especially if you’re going to more than one (look at you Ms. Popular!). Between the limo find, a ticket to the event, buying a post-prom outfit, and copping the right shoes, you’re bound to spend a pretty penny.
If that’s not really your jam in 2014, we’re here to help! We’ve scrounged the web for some affordable prom dresses that are so cute, you’ll want to save them for your winter formal once you hit college. Check ’em out below:
Just for fun, check out these throwback celebrity prom photos:
Call it Caribbean Week here at Fashion Bomb Daily!
Yesterday, we had a fashionista from the Cayman Islands. Today, we have Talbot from Bermuda:
She writes, “ I hope to share a few photos that express my style in hopes that you enjoy them as well as feature me as Fashion Bombshell of the Day.”
” I would describe my style as an emotion!”
” I wear clothes to express how I feel…”
“…and am not afraid to throw in a pop of color or a print here and there!”

Cute! Loving your lace up heels.

Let’s take a look at what she’s been waiting to show us:
She says, “I gather my street style inspiration from street styles seen all across the globe.”
” I am open to any and everything as long as it is appealing to my eyes.”
” Recently studying abroad in Hong Kong I have became even more open about my sense of style and my creativity in fashion.”
” I love to make bold statements one can never be overdressed, underdressed is what I am always worried about.”

I’m headed to Atlanta tomorrow for some R & R! So I thought it fitting to feature Clarice, who resides in the A, as Bombshell of the Day:
She says, “I am the little lady behind the fashion Blog I AM A DAMSEL which I just started about 8 months ago.”
” I live in Atlanta and a student studying Occupational Therapy.”
” To me, I think my style is classy with a bit of edge every now and then, I may be wrong because I switch it up often.”
” I try to be as creative as my inspirations allow me to and I love to stay simple.”
” Am not much of a trend follower but I do make an effort to keep up because I enjoy experimenting with fashion, seeing what works and what does not, and working out why it doesn’t work.”
” I love vintage and old clothing because I like re modify things and to make them as modern as I possibly can.”
” I go all out with color mixology as I like to call it, and Am not a firm believer in breaking your pocket to look good, I mostly spend on shoes though because I take those as an investment lol.”
” As I mentioned, I am a vintage lover and thrift whore as well but my everyday stores are definitely Asos, Zara, H&M, Forever 21 …….Just to name a few.”
” I would be honored to be featured as a bombshell of the day .”
Fabulous! What a great way to kick off the week, no?

Confession: I love Power 105.1. I listen to Angela Yee, DJ Envy, and Charlamagne almost every morning as I’m blogging away!
So when I heard that Angela Yee was having a shopping party at one of my favorite stores, Intermix, I knew I had to pop by.
Take a look at who else came through: Ariana Pierce added a pop of color to her ensemble with a yellow coat from Zara and a bejeweled necklace of her own design.
Shark Attack! This young lady enlivened an all black look with a graphic tee.
The fellas were rocking with designer tees as well by Marcelo Burlon (left) and Katie Eary(right).
This young lady added sneakers to a full Peter Pilotto x Target look. What do you think of her interpretation?
A hi-lo top, fedora, and leopard printed flats gave this look some pop.
A printed scarf is a great way to add interest to a blazer, tee, and jeans.
I loved this fashionista’s leather accents and bauble necklace.
And these friends were camera ready in rompers, leather sleeve jackets, and high slit skirts.
Of course Angela Yee and DJ Envy posed for a pic.
And I nabbed a pic with DJ Envy myself.
I love a good shopping party! You can’t go wrong with cocktails and clothes (as long as you leave your credit card at home. Lol).
At any rate, what do you think?
