Some people are calling it the comeback, but Wendy William has been here for years. The talk host queen has been spotted out on the town since her departure from her syndicated talk show and since seeking rehabilitation for health and addiction issues.
Her returning debut has caused quite the scene, especially considering all the looks she’s been flaunting. We first saw Wendy Williams reemerge this month at Daniel’s Leather New York fashion show where she was styled in a black belted jumpsuit and a custom cotton candy fur by Daniels Leather. She also repped New York with a New York Yankees hat and looked genuinely happy to be back in the public eye.

Wendy has made it clear that she ready to be back on TV and is open to new opportunities to showcase her skills. In fact, she was spotted filming with friends and a crew inside Fresco by Scotto last Tuesday night, dripped in designer apparel. From a custom Louis Vuitton moto fur jacket by Mel Maxi, to Louis Vuitton denim shorts, Fendi stockings and her Gucci crocodile bowler bag, this diva has made it clear that she isn’t one to shy away from labels. She completed her look with her infamous black Bear Paw booties that she loves to wear.

Most recently, we saw Wendy Williams leaving a New York residency sporting a custom navy-blue Gucci parka jacket with fox fur by Mel Maxi. She kept it simple with a black turtleneck and denim shorts and accessorized with a gold and black Chanel belt, and a fiery red Hermes bag. It feels great to see Wendy Williams in all her glory pushing through boundaries and doing it in style. We look forward to seeing what’s to come next from the talk show host this year.

Speaking of beauty, the glamourous Zendaya evoked nostalgia with her SS02 Atelier Versace and SS93 Dior archive looks that rang true to the notion that it’s all about archival fashion right now. So many celebs are showcasing garments from designers past body of work, which feel quintessentially appropriate considering that the 90’s are back.
Along with Zendaya to turn heads, “Run the World,” star Bresha Webb shut it down and was one of the best dressed celebs of the evening. Styled by Reginald Reisman in a fierce fuchsia and black Harbison Studio gown, Bresha looked incredible and sensational as she stuck a pose. Her high-low dress had an elongated dramatic train and delivered that much more WOW-factor.

With such a successful award-winning year for the ‘Entertainer of the Year’ winner Quinta Brunson, it only felt right that she shined and dazzled in strapless silver and gold ombre embellished gown by Dundas that had a high slit and perfectly showed off her me silver metallic open toe heels.

In addition to Quinta Brunson, stars Sheryl Lee Ralph and Janelle James also represented for Abbott Elementary at the NAACP awards. Ralph was intentional about her gown, choosing the wear a Ghanaian designer which felt appropriate. She slayed in a yellow multicolor Kente Pistis Ghana dress that felt reminiscent of the mother land, Africa. While comedian Janelle James chose to wear a black velvet Christian Siriano PF23 dress that very rich in texture and had silver sparkles and flowers embroidered throughout her gown
Other celebs like singer Janelle Monae and actress Tracee Ellis Ross wore maxi cutout gowns that delivered minimal yet modern elegance. Janelle looked so strikingly beautiful in a fiery red silk Cong Tri gown that looked exquisite and timeless on the Atlantic Records star. While, Tracee opted for simplicity with a Black Brandon Maxwell dress that had a diamond shape cutout at the bust and was styled with statement bangles.

As you can see, last night’s NAACP awards was a victorious night fill with change-makers in the room and the trendsetters on the carpet . With award ceremonies in full swing, celebs are reminding us that some styles are simply legendary.
We’ve officially made it pass hump day, and it’s been quite a fashionable week thus far starting with Rihanna who celebrated her 35th birthday Monday night, with her new baby bump in tow.
The Barbados princess hasn’t wasted any time in styling her pregnancy bump and we all know she’s unafraid to take risks, so expect-the-unexpected. While celebrating another year around the sun with her partner A$AP Rocky in Santa Monica, Rihanna stepped out in a white Bottega Veneta mini bodycon dress that was layered with an off the shoulder black textured Bottega Veneta runway coat. RiRi who is known for rocking a good open toe heel, kept it chic with her Parisian Amina Muaddi strappy sandals. She kept her accessories to a minimum, and most notable was a white fur mini bag. She also served us sex appeal by revealing a white lace bra at the V-neck of her mini dress.

However, Rihanna wasn’t the only one serving us sex-appeal this week, Cassie was another celebrity to put the “R” in risqué and she did it unapologetically. The “Me & You” singer stunned as the leading lady in Chris Brown’s new ‘Psychic’ music video featuring Jack Harlow. Styled by the Legendary Lade, Cassie wore a ‘Lace by Tanaya’ custom crystal slip dress that revealed it all, down to her thong panty and let’s just say, based on her amazing body- it’s no surprise that her hubby is a trainer. Her gladiator strappy heels were the perfect combination and based on how incredible she looked; I’m sure Diddy is somewhere wishing upon a star.

Speaking of a star, talk show host Wendy Williams has been spotted back on the prowl. After going on a long hiatus, it’s seeming like Wendy is prioritizing herself first, which is key. From attending a New York Fashion week show for Daniel’s Leather last week, to being captured last night dripped in designer logos on her way to dinner, Wendy is back looking like the DIVA she is. During a night on the town, Wendy was seen wearing a Louis Vuitton fur moto jacket with denim logo Louis Vuitton shorts. She accessorized with Fendi stockings, a Gucci crocodile bowler bag and opted for comfort in her Bear Paw booties. From Rihanna in Bottega Venetta, to Wendy in Louis Vuitton, we are so here for these luxury designer looks.

Everywhere we look- we can’t help but see the “Mschf” Red Cartoonish boots and the latest celebs to join the “Astro Boy” boot bandwagon includes Lil Wayne, Emily B, Diplo and Coi Leray to name a few.
You know what they say when anything goes viral… “the price just up,” and that’s exactly what has happened with these big red boots that look like they came straight out of a Mario & Sonic video game. The original $350 price tag has quickly superseded to over $1,200 on reseller sites like StockX because they’ve become so high in demand after seeing them grace the feet of our favorite celebs on social media.
Lil Wayne aka Lil Tunechi is one of the latest rappers to wear the viral red boots on a video set with NLE Choppa. He paired them with a yellow and black striped Comme des Garcon shorts and a white Balenciaga button up shirt. He tied his look together with YSL sunglasses and his look reminded us of why he’s still a trendsetter in the hip-hop industry.

Some celebrities dressed the cartoonish boot down, like Fivio Foreign, who opted out for a black leather on leather outfit, or Stylist Emily B also paired her big cartoonish boots with red coated leggings and a graphic Whitney Houston T-shirt to bring in her Birthday. Emily’s Louis Vuitton clutch was the icing on the cake.

Especially courtside at basketball games where fashion looks are constantly being served. When the oversize red boots first came out, we initially reported on Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander as being one of the first to adopt the trend. However, more recently we’ve also spotted music producer Diplo and NFL star Xavier McKinney at a Brooklyn Nets vs. New York Knick basketball game in the viral Mschf boots.

Diplo paired his red boots with a NY Knicks bomber jacket layered over a DMX graphic tee and accessorized with a Cocoatemyshoes necklace. While Xavier McKinney tapped into his Aztec era, with an Aztec cargo jacket and blue printed jeans. He added his twist to the trend by accessorizing with gold alien-like futuristic shades and diamond encrusted gold chains. Not to mention, artist Coi Leray who performed during a Brooklyn Nets halftime show wearing the bright Astro Boy boots. Coi kept it alluring with a black bodysuit layered over black leggings.
It’s clear to see that the big red cartoonish boot trend is not going anywhere, anytime soon. The Mschf brand is becoming highly sought after since their latest revolutionized design and it’s only a matter of time before other brands try to replicate these red cartoonish boots. We can’t wait to see more celebs styling ‘n’ profilin with these infamous Mschf boots.
Lori Harvey and Damson Idris are quickly becoming the hottest couple of 2023, and we can’t get enough of how well they complement each other. Last month at Harvey’s birthday party, the pair went public and they’ve been on everyone’s radar since.
Recently, the couple has been spotted strolling Santa Monica with Lori keeping it chic in a black Kwame Adusei bomber jacket styled over a white ribbed tank and a black satin mini skirt. Tyler Lambert’s ‘The Edge’ boots were the kind of shoe candy we needed as she stepped in unison with her new actor beau Damson Idris, who opted for a classic chalky white bomber jacket with black trousers and platform loafers.

In addition to their sporty streetwear, they both clean up exceptionally well. Serving us black-tie elegance on the red carpet for the Snowfall season 6 premiere, Lori dived into the Gucci archives for a black off-the-shoulder vintage gown styled by Elly Karamoh. She gave us Hollywood glam with a finger wave bob and statement accessories. Damson, who stars as ‘80’s drug kingpin Franklin Saint in the hit FX series,’ wore a midnight Prada suit with a white button-up shirt and black oxford shoes.

Despite how amazing Lori and Damson looked on the red carpet, it came with unsolicited social media criticism to which Lori shut down immediately. However, more and more fans have come out critiquing the new couple’s body language and even giving the young lovers 3-4 weeks before calling it quits. We, however, are optimistic that Lori and Damson will make it work. She’s certainly found someone who complements her fly.
Marvelous and glorious, with awe-inspiring and celebratory looks on the red carpet, the 76th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA’s) held Sunday at the Royal Festival Hall in London, was nothing shy of the brightest and most fashionable celebs that cinema has to offer.
Of course, the biggest night for British Cinema didn’t come without Britain’s most heavy hitters. British actress and song singer Cynthia Erivo look phenomenal in a metallic copper Louis Vuitton dress with Tiffany & Co jewelry. It was impossible for Erivo to not turn heads in this edgy forward look with fringe details from the waist down. Erivo’s gown was outstanding, and she rocked it with confidence like British rising star, Naomi Ackie.
Ackie, most notable for her exceptional performance as Whitney Houston in “I Want to Dance with Somebody’ had every right to show-stop the red carpet in a white strapless gown styled with a metallic silver hardware peplum belt. She looked incredibly modern, and her futuristic belt took her look up a notch.
What would the BAFTA’s be if Hollywood royalty didn’t make a debut in the United Kingdom? Perhaps a missing puzzle piece. We saw leading ladies like Angela Bassett and Viola Davis stunned in lilac and amethyst hues, while promising stars like ‘Insecure,’ Yvonne Orji and West Side Story, Ariana Debose served us old Hollywood glamour.
It was evident to see all shades of purple fully realized on the red carpet. Nominated for Best Supporting actress for her role in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Angela Bassett looked tried and true in her lavender custom high slit Pamella Roland gown with shoulder cutouts and voluminous bell sleeves. Her mauve metallic Le Silla platforms and Judith Leiber clutch were the perfect luminous accents.
‘The Woman King’ cast also represented at the BAFTAs in a delightful and contrasting way. Queen Viola Davis displayed regality in a royal-colored shimmery Stella McCartney gown while British actress, Lashana Lynch who played “Izogie” in the epic film, opted for a sky blue Fendi Haute Couture gown with ultra-long chiffon sleeves. She was gone with the wind fabulous and Lynch, who won the BAFTAs ‘Rising Star Award’ last year is undoubtedly making a household name for herself.
In addition to Davis and Lynch, British co-star Sheila Atim, served us high fashion in her metallic tin foil Prada dress with matching gloves. Her diamond statement necklace was all the merrier and if you haven’t noticed yet, It’s all about the gloves these days.
Taking a different direction, yet following this year’s favorable color code, Queen & Slim star, Jodie Turner-Smith arrived at the BAFTAs in a lavender and violet ombre feather and sequin dress by Gucci. She accessorized with a diamond azure floral choker necklace and got creative with her makeup. She had rhinestones meticulously place below her cat-eyes and her ensemble, feeling both luxurious and eccentric, could be captioned, “made you look.”
With Spring exactly a month away, Actress Danielle Deadwyler made quite the entrance in a indigo blue satin Armani Privé Spring ’23 dress that had a green striped sequence bodice and looked so rich against her skin tone. Not to mention her Bulgari Jewels that always look so perfect on her. Like Deadwyer, British TV and Radio presenter Vick Hopes also turned heads in a cobalt blue Kyha Studios sparkly gown with Bulgari Jewelry.
It was refreshing to see some of our most favorite actresses to grace our screens slaying in all their glory at the BAFTAs in London. This award ceremony could potentially be a prelude of what we can expect to see next month at the 95th Academy awards.
Supernormal and out of this world, the MSCHF “Astro Boy’ boots have broken the internet and the latest celeb to take part in this viral sensation is no other than Ciara, who looked effortlessly chic while promoting her new song, “For Da Girls.”
Created by Brooklyn art collective “MSCHF” (pronounced mischief), the cartoonish red boots ––that were released this month–– have made a major impact, selling out within minutes of the drop.
According to the product description, “cartoonishness is an abstraction that frees us from the constraints of reality. If you kick someone in these boots, they go boing.”
We’ve seen these futuristic boots on celebs like Janelle Monae, Iggy Azalea, and Rich the Kid . Not to mention, influencers at New York Fashion Week who stole the show, and WWE star Seth Rollins who was seen stomping out his competition in the Big Red Boots.
However, unlike some celebrities who rocked the boot and looked like they were trying too hard to follow the latest trend, Grammy Award winning artist Ciara looked so fierce and bomb without looking overdone. CiCi was giving her personal style in a Black Michael Jackson thriller shirt with layered diamond neck candy and black shades.
She was giving what it was supposed to give as she affirmed herself through her new self love track about women’s Independence and empowerment. We could all benefit from taking notes on CiCi. She knows a thing or two about being independent and, in the voice of Lil Richard, she puts it on!
When these cartoonish boots initially came out, people had a lot to say, and made jokes about the boots because they didn’t know how to pull them off. However, Ciara showed us how to serve an effortless look without taking attention away from the boots (as if that’s even possible).
It’s been interesting to see the evolution of these cartoonish boots in such a short time and everyone has put their own twist on them. We can’t wait to see more celebs adopt the trendy boot into their wardrobe while living their best life, supersized.
