If you haven’t yet heard of Maison Kitsuné, then get familiar! Maison Kitsuné is a French fashion brand and record label that launched in 2002, artfully combining both worlds of fashion and music.

More exciting is their newest collaboration with vocalist, songwriter and visual artist Kilo Kish in a new capsule collection. Kilo Kish, born Lakisha Kimberly “Kish” Robinson, has been slowly infiltrating the music scene with her music since 2012 and has received music and fashion accolades from Rolling Stone, MTV, Vogue, and Elle to name a few.

Kilo Kish wanted to infuse her American roots with this iconic French brand and designed a collection of striped tees and accessories, including a cotton scarf, an iPhone case, and tote bag.

Kilo Kish exudes all the casual chic cool that women on both sides of the Atlantic celebrate. I’m loving the curls in the campaign for the capsule collection!

The lightweight sweaters will make for the perfect add-on during cool summer nights and everything she designed was meant to go with your favorite pair of denim jeans.

The iPhone case features a paint-inspired spotted and striped print. Before starting as a musician, Kilo Kish partially attended the Pratt Institute and completed her education at FIT, so her capsule collection certainly came from solid fashion credentials. In a show of cross-cultural unity, her custom tote featured both the French and American flag.

Along with Naomie Harris, Leona Lewis popped by the European Premiere of Entourage! The songstress opted for a Roland Mouret dress for the night.

She accented her look with nude pumps and a white jacket placed on her shoulders.

Naomie Harris posed for the cameras as she attended the European premiere for the upcoming film “Entourage“. As she graced the scene, the chic actress donned a striking Peter Pilotto creation and silver pumps.

The dress was also presented in the designer’s Fall 2015 collection. It features an artsy print, an asymmetric hem and unique buckle detail.

High School Senior and future Parsons student Kyemah Mcentyre set it off for her prom in a gorgeous deep plunge, full skirted African inspired gown of her own design.

The piece was bomb enough on its own, so she kept her accessories simple, slipping on a gold necklace and a simple gilded headpiece.

Aside from her design talent, Ms. McEntyre is quite brilliant. She explained the inspiration behind her dress, typing, “I’m Kyemah McEntyre, I am 18 years old, and I am undoubtedly of African Descent. As an artist, I have a completely different point of view compared to most individuals. I am extremely analytical and observant. Throughout the world, we have people who do not notice each other’s essence and humanity. We stunt our collective spiritual growth by allowing assumptions and stereotypes to cloud our mind and thus our physical reality. We let these negative ideas get the best of us, and in turn a world of isolation is manifested by our lack of sensitivity and desire to sympathize with each other.
