Kim Kardashian’s Style Hasn’t Lost A Beat Post Her ‘KimYe’ Days

Following Kim Kardashian and Kanye’s split, some people thought that Kim’s style would lose its luster, but the complete opposite is true. With over 15 years in the game and once being Brandy and Paris Hilton’s personal Stylist, Kim Kardashian continues to reign supreme.

As a mother of four with her SKIM line, she’s even found a way to incorporate athleisure wear into her designer wardrobe. Most recently we spotted Kim in Tokyo twinning in pink with North and Chicago. She spiced up her grey tracksuit with a $1954 bubble gum Balenciaga faux fur and a matching Balenciaga ‘Everyday’ tote bag. She also opted for a sporty-chic look with silver alien shades and Nike X Dior Air Jordan 1 High Sneakers.

In addition to serving a look in Tokyo, she payed a visit to the UK with her besties in a denim on denim look. Her custom denim cardigan with faux fur trim by Alexander Wang looked so fierce with her Car Hartt denim jeans, and of course it would be a trip to England with out a photo bomb moment in front of a red phone box.

Let’s just say, despite some of the controversy surrounding designers like Balenciaga and Alexander Wang, it hasn’t swayed or deterred Kim from wearing their designs.

We know Kim Kardashian lives for a good body suit so it felt on trend to see her in this Maison Alaia SS22 crocodile jacquard jumpsuit that retails for $4,320. It’s evident to see that her vegan diet has been doing her coke bottle shape justice.

What we love most about Kim is that she can look chic in practically anything whether she’s slaying in a Dolce & Gabbana ensemble or simply wearing a white tee and blue jeans. We spotted her shopping at Victoria Beckham rocking $554 asymmetrical Ottolinger jeans that looked incredibly modern.

While Kanye West undoubtedly influenced Kim Kardashians style in an innovative and extraordinary way, Kim will continue to serve fashionable looks post Kanye because for her, fashion is an instant language.

MSCHF’s Latest Viral Shoe Is a Backwards Sneaker

When it comes to viral footwear, Brooklyn-based art collective MSCHF is at the top of the game. Following the cartoonish Big Red Boot, the brand is back with another unique design that’s become quite the conversation starter.

Dubbed the BWD sneaker, MSCHF’s latest design is a sneaker/sandal hybrid outfitted with gray stripes, a chunky sole, high-vis pull tabs, and an angular speckled midsole. It’s a design that could pass for a retro skate shoe if it weren’t for the upper open on both ends and two-tongue allowing this sneaker to be worn forwards and backward.

When worn with the foot slid into the heel, the BWD becomes a monstrous sneaker-inspired sandal with open toes. Reserved, and the unique piece takes on a chunky mule silhouette with slightly exposed toes.

MSCHF’s BWD sneaker drops on April 11, and we can’t wait to see how fans style these unconventional kicks. These shoes certainly make the cartoony red boots a lot more wearable.

Tips for choosing the best wardrobe for that luxury cruise

Are you going to experience a fancy cruise for the first time? It could be a few years since you boarded a ship, and you may need to know if your closet is up to the required standard. Packing dresses for a lavish cruise experience is entirely distinct.

But it shouldn’t be daunting or necessitate pricey apparel shopping! Instead of shopping from fancy designers for that posh cruise, you can dress tastefully. Women’s preferences have revamped a lot; they all prefer comfy dress codes for luxury cruises.

You must be in trouble working out what to wear on a cruise! Well, don’t worry. This article has your back! Choosing the best wardrobe for an upcoming cruise vacation is a fun thing. The main thing is to know what to anticipate onboard and to get well-acquainted with the lighthearted luxury. So, these are the top 3 tips to follow!

  1. Pack multi-weather clothing

The first & foremost thing is to opt for a wide array of multi-weather clothing. You might deal with different weather daily based on the location you are sailing and the stopping location. While sailing near Alaska or any chilled location, you need to pack warm stuff. But be ready as you can experience warm, rain, and cold, so considering multi-weather clothing is essential before booking your luxury cruise to the Caribbean

As it’s vital to dress for your destination, you may consider packing layers for daywear and wicking fabrics. But a packing list will be sent for an expedition luxury cruise as there will be no emergency market in the Galapagos or Antarctica. On a polar voyage, the majority of cruise lines provide you with a free outer jacket that is often of excellent quality.

  1. Never overdo it

Always try to keep it nominal. For a Caribbean or Mediterranean cruise, you will need sun dresses, shorts, linen trousers, and funky t-shirts for the day. For the evenings, set aside some classy apparel from the wardrobe. Before you decide on the wardrobe choose from a list of the safest Caribbean islands to visit so that you can pack accordingly. If you intend to have a different outfit every day, don’t forget to prepare a day-by-day cruise packing list.

Do you need more parking spaces? You may try the capsule wardrobe! Numerous accessories and scarves can be worn with a black cocktail dress. Many flouncy tops look great with plain-colored palazzo trousers.

Remember to include a shawl or wrap that matches evening attire, as cruise ship air conditioning can be frigid—a neutral color palette with several things that can be paired together to produce a multitude of ensembles.

  1. Consider packing formal attire

You may need a suit and a formal dress to partake in specific activities on board. You may also need a set of formal attire while eating at specific restaurants. An ordinary two-piece suit and a cocktail dress are up to snuff and will fulfill the purpose.

The key suggestion for packing for a luxury cruise is straightforward! Be ready to make a solid plan and utilize a proper system to pack the right wardrobe items. Happy cruising!

Last year, Chicago icon and femcee Da Brat wed Kaleidoscope Hair Products founder Jesseca Harris in a beautiful outdoor ceremony. Now the two beauties are expecting and recently celebrated their gender reveal in style.

Both mothers-to-be went super extravagant with the blue and pink theme, rocking both colors from their hair down to their shoes.

Jesseca’s long tresses were split down the middle with a bright pink on the right side, while the left was a cool blue. Da Brat had her pink and blue coils mixed and styled with a pink and blue bandana. While Jessica wore the ocean blue Mina tassel knit gown by Hanifa, styled with a pink Valentino belt, Da Brat pulled up in a more street-centric look wearing a light pink crystal-covered sweatsuit by Pure Atlanta worn with the brand’s blue and pink KASH letterman jacket and blue Timberland boots.

We couldn’t be happier for the beautiful couple and wish Da Brat a healthy delivery. Congrats to the Mrs. and Mrs. Harris-Dupart!

Shannon Sharpe Welcomes Kandi Burruss Onto His Talk Show Wearing a Striped Tracksuit by Starstruck

In 2020, three-time Super Bowl champion Shannon Sharpe launched Club Shay Shay. The talk show/podcast where the NFL Hall of Famer interviews fellow athletes, celebrities, and influencers. Sharpe is known to chop it up with his honest opinions of life, sports, and even sometimes love.

For the show’s 76th episode, Sharpe sat down with singer, songwriter, and housewife Kandi Burruss. Talking music, of course, Burruss spills about her decades-long career in the music industry and how TLC’s iconic No Scrubs was originally for her and fellow Xscape bandmate Tiny Harris.

Although Sharpe’s expertise is sports, he does have an eye for style. For his recent episode, he pulled up to the Club Shay Shay stage in an orange, blue, and white stripe tracksuit by Starstruck. The beige base of the suit popped alongside the vibrant colors, which he complemented with bright orange low-top sneakers.

Kendall Jenner Serves Sexy Chic in a Gray Ann Demeulemeester Sweater Dress

Kendall Jenner has been having quite the fashion streak lately. In one of the world’s fashion capitals, the middle Jenner sibling has been serving the streets of Paris in chic all-black looks, and now she’s giving gray a go.

In what one might consider the perfect dress to welcome the spring season, Jenner hit the Parisian streets in a cozy ––yet sexy–– Ann Demeuleemeester knit dress.

The gray wool sweater dress features asymmetry throughout, from the draped neckline to the draped sleeves making the dress look like a cardigan/dress hybrid. Jenner highlighted the garment’s upper thigh-high slit with knee-high black boots by The Row and completed her look with a black leather tote and rectangular sunglasses.

Stepping into spring in style seems to be Kendall’s calling.

This Week in Chic: Megan Thee Stallion in Paco Rabanne, Porsha Guobadia in Dolce & Gabbana, Chloe Bailey in Jean Paul Gaultier & More

Can we get into how stunningly beautiful Megan Thee Stallion looks with her natural kinky texture hairdo? The “Hot Girl Summer” rapper can practically pull any look off with her loose curls especially when it involves Celebrity Stylist Law Roach.

Photo: IG Reproduction

That’s right! Retired stylist Law Roach reemergence comes as a surprise but nonetheless is a joyous one. After all, he isn’t necessarily quitting fashion, just stepping away from the styling aspect of it. It felt quite appropriate to have spotted Law Roach and Megan Thee Stallion at the Hollywood Reporter and Jimmy Choo Power Stylist Dinner as Law Roach is undoubtedly one of the best in the industry.

Photo: Ig Reproduction

Law Roach who’s known for pulling an archive look, styled Megan in a Paco Rabanne SS 1997 gold two-piece look that was originally worn by supermodel Yasmeen Ghauri during Rabanne’s ’97 runway show. The gold hardware and cutout pants felt very current and on trend and Megan was serving “body-ody-ody.”

Megan Thee Stallion wasn’t the only one to strut her curves, as Real Housewife Porsha Guobadia was in full swing earlier this week while making an appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live. The Atlanta star sashayed in a Dolce & Gabbana mesh body suit with Sergio Rossi heels, styled by Jeremy Haynes. Her finger waves and silver jewels gave a touch of old Hollywood glam and in this instance, less was certainly more.

As summer approaches, it’s all about showing some skin and it’s clear to see that celebs are not shying away from bandeau tops, mini skirts and high slits. Like singer Chloe Bailey who wore a black and ocean blue draped Jean Paul Gaultier SS17 Couture gown to the “Praise This” premiere, styled by Timothy Luke. Instead of looking provocative, Beyonce’s prodigy looked tasteful and exquisite and it evident to see she’s take a few pages out of Bey’s rule book.

Contrary to Chloe who opted for a daring yet elegant ensemble, Rapper Latto’s hip hop wardrobe on the remix videoclip of “Don’t Play with It,” was rather sporty chic and urban. The 24-year-old rocked a Dahl designs custom up-cycled look made with an Avirex jacket. She completed her look with Timberland heels which gave us the quintessential New York Vibe.

Let us know your thoughts about these celebrity looks. Hot! or Hmm…?

On March 22, NBA star Kyrie Irving threw a birthday party at L.A’s The Nice Guy nightclub. Avril Lavigne and Tyga were pictured leaving together in black-on-black ensembles.

While the Canadian rocker wore a black Snoop Dogg crewneck by Ask Yurself layered over a white shirt, coupled with knee-high Prada Monolith knit boots, her Cali-born beaux wore a Mastermind World fleece jacket with leather pants and boots.

Although their relationship is fairly new, that didn’t stop Tyga from getting his girl the $80k necklace she accessorized her look with. She complemented the bling with a crystal Prada Triangle satin bag.

Transition from Beach to Street with the Right Swimwear

While some types of swimwear may only be suitable for use when in the water, others could look great when paired with shorts, or even through the use of a gorgeous beach dress. By thinking about the outfits you want to choose for the whole day, rather than seeing your plans as numerous separate events, you might be able to transition a lot quicker. This could save you both time and hassle, allowing you to focus more on doing things you enjoy.

Go for style

When you want some new swim wear pieces, there may be a number of different features you want to see in the items you wear. This can include the amount of support they offer, particularly for curvier women, as well as how comfortable they are to wear. Alongside this, it can also be good to think about the style of the pieces you choose. By aiming your sights on swimwear that looks great when paired with a pair of shorts, as an example, you may be able to wear them when walking around as well as in the water. Due to this, you might want to also focus on items that offer a decent amount of coverage to your bust.

Combining swimwear and fashion

If you don’t feel comfortable with wearing your swimwear out on the street, but still want to include it as part of an outfit, you could choose to look into a crochet top to cover your skin. This can also be more pleasant to wear, as it may not cling as much to your wet skin or suit. You may want to pick a top that is of the same color as your swimwear, to allow it to blend in better underneath and draw attention away from the fact you have quickly changed to be able to go about the rest of your day.

Cover up completely

Some people may not feel good about their swimwear being on show whatsoever when they move from the beach to the town. Rather than attempting to get completely changed out of your swimwear, which may be difficult if there are no changing facilities or public restrooms on the beach you visit, you could instead dry off as much as possible and then slip a beautiful summer dress over the top. While some women are happy to wear their swimwear at the beach or pool, they may feel self-conscious about showing off skin in other places. A dress you can easily slip on, and helps to highlight the best parts of your figure, may help to keep you feeling good about yourself.

A good swimwear set should make you feel confident about your body while still enabling you to spend time in the water. By figuring out what street clothes to pair it with, you may be able to make your transition from the beach to the street as seamless as possible to maximize how much time you have for your day.
