I’m always on the hunt for bloggers with diverse content. Yes, Fashion Bomb Daily is a style-based platform but, every now and then, it’s always intriguing to run across fashionistas who tend to dabble in other aspects of life. With that, today’s feature is all of the above and more.

So, join me as we muse upon the beautiful Danielle Jackson of Dani-DK!

Initially, I stumbled upon Daielle’s blog after one of my many Instagram binges. And, trust me, this woman does it all! Her blog is an amazing collection of her favorite recipes (conveniently coined ‘Sips and Bites‘), personal travels, natural hair tips and even unique sartorial inspiration.

Aside from her mouth-watering recipes, Danielle is also quite the bombshell. Her distinctive style incorporates vivid hues, print mixing, eye-catching heels and an undeniable confidence. (I even spied a few layering tricks for the upcoming fall season!)

Perk up a black and white ensemble with flashes of gold for a chic evening look.

Opt for a cheeky box clutch, a pair of strappy glitter sandals, and gold chain fringe earrings for the final touch.

And lastly, tap into a little pre-Fall glam with a sultry silk dress in a rich mulberry hue.

Complete the look with a nude ombré heel and matching clutch, rose gold jewelry, and a dark glossy lip.

• Kanye West is next to receive the coveted Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the 2015 VMAs. The prize is given to an artist to honor his or her entire catalog of work. Past honorees include Beyonce in 2014 and Justin Timberlake in 2013. • A show about Chrissy Teigen and John Legend?! Yep, but this is no reality show, but a scripted sitcom “supposedly” in a 3-year development deal with Black-ish creator Kenya Barris and ABC TV network. Early news has the show titled Ordinary People and the story line featuring an interracial couple working through issues in their everyday lives. Here’s to showing positive images of interracial love on television! (Marie Claire)

• Kim Kardashian-West sets a new record on IG this Monday, August 24th with 44.1 million followers, surpassing Beyonce (43.9 million), Taylor Swift (43.7 million), Selena Gomez (41.9 million), and Ariana Grande (41.7 million). Bey and Kim switched spots in just the past two weeks, so who knows how long this record will last? (International Business Times)

• Solange’s “Word to the Woman” collaboration with Puma is still going strong! The second part of the collection featuring Solange’s take on the Puma Match shoe will finally be available this Friday, August 28th. The first part of the collection was released earlier this month showcasing the Puma Suede shoe. (Footwear News)

• More in sportswear collaborations! Rita Ora’s latest fall/winter collection with Adidas Originals is the Space Shifter, a cosmic-inspired line of apparel and footwear. Following her prior collaborations with Adidas Originals, we’re expecting this one to achieve similar success. (Hollywood Life)
