Before hitting the red carpet at the awards show, Nazanin Boniadi partied at the Showtime 2015 Emmy Eve fête in a pair of Alberto Guardiani sandals and a $4,995 Altuzarra Lace Inset Velvet Backless Dress:
Her paneled velvet devoré dress features a lace-inset ruffled collar, halter necklace, half button-front, open back, banded seam at the waist, a paneled skirt, thigh-high slit, flounce hem, and curve-hugging silhouette. Check out the gold version below.
Gorgeous!

The 67th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards are going down right now the excitement is palpable! The heat is on in LA, but celebs kept their cool and brought high-fashion on the red carpet.
Let’s get into their ensembles!
Scandal returns in just a few days, thus all eyes are on Kerry Washington right now. There was nothing to “fix” when it came to her embellished Marc Jacobs dress. Sheer brilliance.
Tracee Ellis Ross had one of the most charming gowns of the night in a strapless tiered Zac Posen number with edgy and electrifying cutout detailing in a bubblegum pink shade.
Padma Lakshmi effortlessly shot to the top of the night’s Best Dressed list in a strapless chartreuse Romona Keveza gown. Her red lip and sleek hair completed the look perfectly. Hot!
Emmy Award winner Viola Davis posed with Julius Tennon in custom Carmen Marc Valvo. We are so proud of her! She is elegance and poise personified.
Regina King nabbed an Emmy as well, and looked pretty in a cream gown.
Taraji P. Henson served dark romance in Alexander Wang.
Laverne Cox certainly turned a few heads in a sultry Calvin Klein cutout gown. I would’ve expected a bit more glamour from her, but it’s a stunning ensemble nonetheless.
Laverne’s co-star Uzo Aduba also opted for vibrant color in a Jonathan Cohen pink crisscross halter number and walked away a winner. Congratulations are in order!
Black and white polka dots were given a modern spin on Teyonah Parris in a strapless Francesca Miranda gown covered in the pattern. Way to make a statement with this fun look!
Niecy Nash was the belle of the ball in a red rosette-embellished Mark Zunino design with Simon G. Jewelry. She’s never looked better!
Gina Rodriguez served princess chic in a strapless rhinestone-encrusted and feather Lorena Sarbu gown with Forevermark Diamonds. Absolutely delightful.
A tri-tone strapless Leanne Marshall gown was Dascha Polanco’s choice at the awards show.
And the Best Dressed Couple of the night award goes to…Sofia Vergara stuck to her signature strapless body-hugging dress in St. John. Though it wasn’t groundbreaking, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it right? They’re gorgeous!
June Ambrose always goes bold, thus it was no surprise to see her in a saffron-hued Bibhu Mohapatra gown for the evening. I loved this!
Can you tell this is the pose of the evening? Danielle Brooks injected some eye-catching color into the evening in a cobalt, yellow, and aqua Christian Siriano gown with pleated detailing.
More color from the OITNB crew! Samira Wiley was pretty in pink in a one-shoulder billowing design.
Christian Siriano had his work cut out for him for the evening, as he dressed his third member of the cast. Jackie Cruz slipped on a white gown with a plunging neckline and front slit. Hot!
Regina King picked up an Emmy whilst channeling retro glamour in a boatneck beaded Krikor Jabotian gown.
David Oyelowo is one of the best dressed men in Hollywood and his black textured double-breasted Dolce & Gabbana tux was only something a sartorially-savvy man could pull off. So fresh and so clean.
The Daily Show’s new host, Trevor Noah looked quite dapper in a timeless Ralph Lauren tux.
Anthony Anderson and his son undoubtedly won the Best Dressed Father and Son award.
Heidi Klum is often spotted in Versace and she wore a one-shoulder yellow lace gown with a sheer hem from the iconic Italian fashion house.
Lady Gaga’s black one-shoulder sculpted Brandon Maxwell gown was one of the most pared-down pieces she’s ever worn and she looked fabulous.
Silver chain link detailing, stripes, and sequins all played together on Claire Danes’s Prada gown. A startling trio that came together for utter perfection!
Yellow moments are always my favorite and Taylor Schilling demonstrated exactly why in a halter pleated Stella McCartney gown. She was literally a ray of sunshine.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams donned a blush pink and black lace MacDougal number with a waterfall hem and illusion neckline.
Modern Family’s Sarah Hyland kept it unusually simple in an off-the-shoulder Zac Posen number in a Fall-perfect deep berry hue. Simplicity always wins doesn’t it?
Sarah’s co-star and onscreen sister Ariel Winter matched the red carpet in Romona Keveza.
Tracey Edmonds was white hot in a beaded gown with a contrast silver waistband front slit. She is literally aging backwards!
Blindspot’s Jaimie Alexander was definitely burning up in her colorful long-sleeve sequin Armani Privé number, but a little sweat never hurt anyone! This was fab.
Liz Hernandez is always one of my red carpet faves and her sequin metallic gown was an absolute stunner, though it needed an inch or two taken off the hem.
Red is one of the big colors of the night! Orange Is The New Black’s Laura Prepon wore a draped mermaid Christian Siriano dress in the fiery hue, which was accented with a gold swirl lace upper bodice.
Joe Zee repped for the fellas in a classic Burberry tux.
Aubrey Plaza shimmered and sparkled in a black sequin Alexandre Vauthier gown with a plunging neckline and thigh-high slit. Looks as if pared-down looks are having a moment tonight and I’m here for it!
I’m not always a fan of the mankle, but Brad Goreski did it right for the evening. Hot!
Ellie Kemper’s Naeem Khan number was impossible to miss and rightfully so: she worked it!
Nazanin Boniadi is drop dead gorgeous, but her one-shoulder Stephane Rolland gown with an illusion bodice was a bit too busy for my taste.
I don’t normally care for sunglasses on the red carpet, but there was something about chic about Jessica Lange’s pair with her navy off-the-shoulder embellished J. Mendel gown.
I’ll always have love and respect for Carson Daly! He and his wife Siri Pinter were close behind Sofia and Joe for Best Dressed duo in all-black ensembles. They’re beyond cute.
Who had your favorite look at the awards show? Stay tuned as we update throughout the night!
Jennifer Lopez wore a fresh off the runway white Michael Costello Jumpsuit for an event at Chateau Nightclub and Rooftop in Las Vegas.
She went for a slick look with cornrows and glossy lips.
Her jumpsuit was modeled with a pink pout and gold booties.
The jumpsuit is fire and I could see where she was going with the braids. But Hmm…something about this seems off. Perhaps it’s the slicked down baby hairs?
What do you think?
Her jacket features a zip-front, beaded copper embroidery at its top and sleeves, and padded shoulders.
Her black patent leather box bag showcases silver-tone hardware, an adjustable shoulder strap, flap top with magnetic push-latch closure, and an exterior zip detailing at the bottom.
Hot! And how adorable is Penelope?
Kourtney’s jacket is sold-out, but you can get her bag here.
Lilly Singh was the lady in red in a long-sleeve jumpsuit with a plunging neckline in the fiery hue. She walked away with the Best First Person Series award for Superwoman: can’t wait to dig into this over the next week! She’s also drop dead gorgeous.
Songstress JoJo gave an edgy spin to the classic black and white combo in a Madame X Neema Cropped Jacket, leather cap worn backwards, skirted trousers, and black pointed-toe booties. Hot!
If you aren’t familiar with Baddie Winkle, please do so now. Her rainbow-hued pieces truly brightened up the red carpet.
I hadn’t heard of Dannie Riel and Jus Reign until the awards show, but she has a million followers on Instagram and he easily gets upwards of 300K views on his Youtube channel! She channeled unabashed glamour, while he relied on expert tailoring and a mixed color palette. Hot!
Alessia Cara is one of my favorite new singers! As you can tell, black and white were a trend for the evening and she paired a black and white check halter dress with a Chanel shoulder bag and black leather booties. Cute no?
Omi had way too many focal points in his look, but I do like his song “Cheerleader”!
