Kat Graham took to the VH1 You Oughta Know Concert in the same Balmain x H&M Pearl Embellished Blazer Rita Ora originally sported just last month:

Kat paired the piece with black tights and patent booties, while Rita chose black suede thigh-high boots and fishnets.
Though it doesn’t seem so, the blazer is a lower-priced version of the iconic French fashion house’s signature pearl blazer.

Both looks were cute!
What do you think? Hot! or Hmm…?

Another day, another awards show! VH1 hosted the Big In 2015 awards show with Entertainment Weekly, with our favorite stylish actresses, hot mamas, and reality TV stars in attendance.
Let’s see what they wore!

Taraji P. Henson flaunted her curves in a lace-up Alexander Wang LBD and embellished sandals. What’s not to like?

Queen Latifah showed just how chic a blouse and trouser combo can be for the evening. Gorgeous!

Tasha Smith was white hot in a $357 A.L.C. Duncan Dress. Wasn’t too keen on her shoe choice, but there’s no doubt that she and this dress are stunning.

Amber Rose kept it shockingly simple with her signature shades, a long-sleeve v-neck LBD, and strappy sandals.

K. Michelle was draped in a $1,006 alice + olivia Kiara Feather Dress and sparkling accessories. Cute no?

I loved Nikki Mudaris’s $3,595 Balmain Wide Leg Jumpsuit and gold choker, though it was hard to focus on the radiance of the piece with her in-your-face décolletage.

How to Get Away with Murder’s Kendrick Sampson was dapper in a black suit, given a pop of Fall color with a forest green tie.

Kendrick’s How to Get Away with Murder co-star Amy Okuda was adorable in a scroll print glitter dress and black pumps.

Malaysia Pargo gave some edge to the classic LBD with a tulle skirt overlayer, statement-making necklace, and over-the-knee boots. Hot!

Mommy-to-be Apryl Jones flaunted her mile-long stems in a stud embellished cutout dress. She’s an absolute beauty.

The Puerto Rican Princess Joseline Hernandez served up loads of skin (no surprise there) in a fur vest belted at the waist, leather shorts, and t-strap sandals.

Wherever Joseline is, you can expect to see Stevie J not far behind! The Love and Hip Hop men love black leather, thus he wore the texture on a bomber jacket.

Yandy Smith Harris and Mendeecees Harris were quite the good-looking couple, with the Everything Girls Love owner in a Balmain x H&M velvet turtleneck.

Tamala Jones was also dripping in velvet, slipping on a $98 Factory Bell It Like It Is Jumpsuit.

Clearly all-black was the dress code as Straight Outta Compton’s Aldis Hodge also opted for it, donning a timeless black suit.

Jackie Christie is always clad in black, so that wasn’t a shocker. Her daughter Chantel looked gorgeous: a fun sequin LBD for the holidays no?

I actually loved Khandi Alexander’s retro suit moment!

It was all about prints for reality tv matriarch Mona Scott-Young in a long-sleeve colorful patterned maxi dress.

Aziz Ansari was virtually unrecognizable without his goatee! His suit was tailored to perfection.

Sister duo Kimberly and Amy Schumer were out together at their second event of the weekend, in a blue and red dress respectively.

I can’t wait for Hit The Floor to come back to TV! One of the show’s stars, Valery Ortiz, went bold in a green Mac Duggal dress. Hot!

Today’s Bombshell is Alana from New York:
She writes, “If I could describe my style in 5 words it would be: street, chic, effortless, comfortable, and affordable.”
” My personal style is what I like to call “streetwear femm” because I’m obsessed with masculine, athletic leisure, and menswear styles but I always put a feminine touch to everything that I wear.”
” Like most New Yorkers, I love black so my everyday uniform consist of all black everything.”
” I don’t believe in “beauty is pain” (you try walking through the streets of New York in heels) but I’m a true believer in buying a really great and comfortable pair of sneakers — and wearing them with everything!”
More here:

Very street chic and comfy!

Happy Monday, folks!
I’m still reeling from the fashion, style, and fun of Cocktails with Claire D.C., presented by Toyota! As expected, you guys showed up and showed out!
Lauren Beamon of Elle’s Couture Events put together a fabulous shopping party featuring DMV vendors Arryles, Urban Sweetheart Boutique, Ankara Streets, Shop Be Anthony, Undra Celeste New York, and Wear Gawdess. With wine and cocktails sponsored by J&R Symposium, Beauty Sponsors Strands Studios, Cut & Dry, and Motions Hair Care, Dessert Sponsors The Art of Suga, and beats by DJ Kitty Cash, Mal Maison was the place to be this past Saturday in DC.

Visuals by Pierre was on the Scene to capture Street Chic.
Take a look at a few of our fabulous attendees:
Ashley R. Ryles of Arryles was one of our amazing vendors, and modeled a piece of her design. Her brand focuses on tailored pencil skirts! Check ’em out here.
Her homegirl Mika B also kept it hot for the night in a button down and an Arryles pencil skirt, finished with leopard pumps and a fur stole. Hot!
Bombshell Heather aka @Queenin_H looked sleek in a Balmain x H&M gold buttoned blazer and jeans.
@Irregular_Choice and @AllorasWorld looked punchy in prints and lace up heels.
Mimi won the Toyota Bold Award, and it wasn’t hard to see why! I instantly fell in love with her patterned black and white ensemble. #Slay
As soon as I walked into Mal Maison, I remarked on this fashionista’s simple white dress and multicolored snake print boots. Love it!
Bombshell Nichole Alibi has submitted her photos a few times for features, so it was great to see her style in person! She didn’t disappoint in Zara separates, a Fendi bag, and Stuart Weitzman boots.
Twins Taylor and Courtney were winning in fur, stripes, and chic short cuts. They were adorable!
Fringe was certainly fierce on this red caped diva.

Our DJ Kitty Cash always kills the game, and continued her winning streak in an Emilio Pucci top and wide legged pants.

A fur vest added texture to a muted color palette. Cute, no?
I love a good monochrome moment, especially in winter white! This fashionista worked it to the hilt in a knit sweater dress and skirt.
Valentino Rockstud pumps and sheer thigh high socks created a daring combination.
I was a big fan of this colorfully striped set.
@QueenSheReal rocked ice gray locks and burgundy tones.
This fashionista rocked a pair of thigh high boots to the max.
And there were some guys in the room! This young man added interest to all black with a patterned sweater, suede boots, and a felt fedora.
Hot!
As for me, I decided to mix high and low in a Topshop metallic green dress (I added a slit) and a Versace belt.

I completed with Brian Atwood pumps and kept warm in a Duckie Confetti stole.
I really enjoyed meeting you all, and I warmly thank all of you DMV Bombshells and Bombers for coming out!
I’d also like to thank the Toyota Team, who has been super supportive of FBD and Cocktails with Claire.
Thank you to all the vendors and sponsors of #CocktailswithClaire DC: Arryles, Urban Sweetheart Boutique, Ankara Streets, Shop Be Anthony, Undra Celeste New York, Wear Gawdess, J&R Symposium, Strands Studios, Cut & Dry, Motions Hair Care, The Art of Suga.

And big ups to my fellow Caribbean Capricorn DJ Kitty Cash, who supplied the music. She was bomb!
Now, it’s time to prepare for ATL!

Cocktails with Claire DC sold out, and we foresee Atlanta to be just as fab. Get your tickets while you can at CocktailswithClaireATL.eventbrite.com. If you’re interested in being a vendor, e-mail us at events@fashionbombdaily.com
