How about a little shoe lust to kick off your Tuesday morning?
Today’s Bomb Product comes courtesy of DSquared2, who has been killing the shoe game lately. Their whole Fall 2015 collection is pretty sick, but these $1,405 options are one of my faves.
The heels feature an open toe, a lace-up front fastening, metallic hardware, a back zip fastening, and a branded insole.
Wear them with a white top and jeans or with a tonal look to make them pop.
Splurge a little more on the $1,855 fox fur version if you want to wear them into the colder month.
As a matter of fact, all of DSquared2’s Fall 2015 Mongolian inspired shoes are bomb.

Its latest victim? Basketball player Stephen Curry, who took a picture with his beautiful wife Ayesha wearing a $2,390 Saint Laurent Bomber jacket and tan suede Chelsea Boots:

His classic Saint Laurent jacket has leather trim around the shoulders, and a striped ribbed collar, cuff, and waistband.
His sold out boots have an elastic side panel.
Apparently the social media derision was so heated, that it caused Stephen to make his page private (at least temporarily). After her reopened, he posted a picture with the boots on, writing, “I’ve seen some funny stuff today about the kicks but I love em! The BFFL @_raiiney with @byslr Hooked me up for the Obama x Kanye event yesterday.”
I don’t think they’re bad, but do think he styled them better the second time around. For the first go, a pair of sneakers would’ve been better.

Happy Columbus Day, folks!
We will be updating intermittently today as we’re taking off for the holiday, but hopefully these stylish flicks from yesterday’s No Basics Brunch can hold you over!
Our latest brunch bashment took place at a new venue, Angel of Harlem. Lots of fashionable folks came to eat, dance, and drink with hosts Legendary Damon, Ty Hunter, and yours truly! Check it out:
Linda from Midget Giraffe always shows us love! She looked gorgeous with curly tendrils and an ensemble of her design. Hot!
Former Fashion Bombshell @Melenigma and Anthony McDowell shimmered and shined in golden accented outfits.
I was happy to finally meet former Fashion Bomber Roeman from New Jersey , who showed off his design skills with a plexi trimmed black outfit, modeled by friend Brielle.
@TaraXNicole looked easy, breezy, and beautiful in a utilitarian jumpsuit.
These friends looked fall ready in layers and boots.
This group also skewed autumn chic in knits, plaids, and light jackets.
Jennifer Williams was in the house! She revealed that she’s opening up a new e-store, and will be stocking cute items, like her silver sparkly jacket. Hot!
And all black was given a boost with lace up boots and gold necklaces.
And speaking of all black, that was the dress code for the party hosts!
I accessorized with Dior shades, sparkling studs, and an equally sparkling necklace.
It was a fun time, as always!
It’s Columbus Day, so I’m gonna do a little writing, a little shopping, and maybe hit the gym (I’m doing a Fall Fitness challenge, more on that later!).
I’m also planning more fun events, including Cocktails with Claire. Exciting times.

This year, the event is getting a bit of a makeover;) In addition to sipping delicious cocktails, networking, saying ‘Heyyyy,‘ and dancing to a dope DJ, we will have shopping!
That’s right! I want to put a focus on local designers, and give them a forum to showcase their beauty, fashion, and home wares to a fashion obsessed crowd.
Our first stop will be Washington D.C. on November 14th, followed by Houston, Texas on November 21st, and Atlanta on December 5th!
I’ll be adding more dates in the New Year, and definitely plan on hitting up Chicago, San Franciso, LA, and of course NYC.
