Happy Thursday!
So I’m excited to announce that I’m continuing my partnership with Toyota as a Brand Ambassador! As you may know, Lexus is a division of Toyota Motor Sales, USA. So, during Fashion Week, I drove a Lexus NX 300 Hybrid from show to show and from meeting to meeting!
This Fashion Week, instead of just focusing on the runway, I decided to dig a little deeper and interview some of our most scintillating Fashion Bomb Style Stars!
On Day 1, I interviewed Kimora Lee Simmons at a presentation for her KLS collection..
It was such a joy to talk to her–I’ve been a fan of her since I started Fashion Bomb Daily! In our interview, she offered, “When you go to work, make sure it’s something that you love.”
Stay tuned for part 2, featuring Christina Milian and Quad Webb Lunceford tomorrow!

The moment you’ve all been waiting for has arrived!
That’s right: Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 1 has hit retailers, and is now available for purchase at Barney’s, Ssense, and more.
As we reported here, prices are on the high side, with $210 crop tops, $2,600 destroyed sweaters, and $570 Terry Sweatpants.
The Balmain x H&M campaign is on fire! With fashion favorites continually rocking the brand’s designs to the highly anticipated runway presentation, I think it’s safe to say that this is (potentially) one of the biggest collaborations of the year.
A few hours ago, H&M released a 2 minute and 28 second music video which features Balmain’s creative director Olivier Rousteing and gal pal/model Kendall Jenner. The flick features futuristic vibes, an extreme amount of dancing and total slayage.
Solange Knowles attended H&M Sydney’s Flagship Store VIP Party in Sydney, Australia in a gold buttoned blazer by the brand and $190 Schutz Juliana Sandals:
Her strappy sandals have a slim ankle strap.
She looks simple and chic! She always looks effortless!

Breaking News!
Ciroc has introduced a new flavor to add to its arsenal: Ciroc Apple.
That’s right! In addition to savoring their pineapple, coconut, amaretto, red berry, and peach flavors, you can indulge in crisp apple!
Because we were one of the first to report on the launch, Diddy called us to express his excitement!
Yes, that’s me, Facetiming with Diddy. #dead
But anywho, if you want to taste Ciroc Apple, stay tuned. Perhaps we’ll have it on deck for Cocktails with Claire (?!).
Smootches!
It seems the fashion industry can hardly go a week without a designer shake-up! The latest shocking move is coming from the iconic fashion house of Lanvin where Artistic Director of 14 years, Alber Elbaz is exiting his role.
This is a complete surprise, as we’re all still getting over the fact that Raf Simons is leaving his post at Dior. Could this mean that Elbaz will be taking his place? It’s quite possible. WWD’s report reveals his departure is due to “disagreements between the charismatic Israeli designer and company principals”.
Exactly six days ago, Elbaz gave a rousing speech to commemorate his honor at the Fashion Group International’s Night of Stars. His opener might speak to his decision to move on from the brand after almost a decade and a half: “Tonight, the Fashion Group is giving me the award as a revolutionary at the Night of Stars. People who make revolutions are often considered courageous and fearless. They’re not afraid of changing the system when the system does no longer work. I personally don’t like the word revolution. I like evolution; I always did. Evolution, and not revolution. Evolution lives longer and better in history books.”
There will be much more to come about this story. Stay tuned!
