The lovely Kelly Rowland was recently spotted out and about in a comfy ‘fit featuring a pretty dope message. The songstress uplifted a gray $50 Otherwild ‘The Future is Female‘ Sweatshirt which showcases a slogan aimed towards the empowerment of women everywhere.
Although Kelly’s exact sweatshirt is sold out – there is also a black option available.
Not too bad for $50 bucks, huh?
I love this!

And, I’ve been ready since Wednesday, lol. I don’t know what it is but this entire week has been a complete blur. Between work and some life-changing personal matters, I’m convinced that my next couple days will be filled with a fair share of rest and relaxation.
But, first, let’s take gaze upon some of our favorite celeb looks!
Actress Regina King was the epitome of gorgeous as she attended the 21st Annual Critics Awards earlier this week. The beauty flaunted her impeccable abs in a beaded crop top and a white high-waist ruffle skirt by Krikor Jabotian. Honestly, I loved this on her – it was an unexpected choice and she killed it!
Just like the Kardashian/Jenner clan, Gigi Hadid is everywhere nowadays! The it-girl looked long and lean in a form-fitting Sally LaPointe design that fit her like a glove. Her sultry look features a feathered hem and sheer striped panels. Cute, no?
Our girl Niecy Nash was also in attendance at the 21st Annual Critics Choice Awards! But, instead of opting for neutral tones, the actress chose to rock a daring pink number by Gauri & Nainika. The chic gown boasts a one-shoulder strap, a sleek silhouette and a statement-making ruffle accent. Niecy finished her look with metallic accents and aflawless ‘do. Hot!
Blackish leading lady Tracee Ellis Ross was on hand for ELLE’s 6th Annual women in Television Dinner while looking every bit of classy. The style maven struck a fierce pose as she gave all kinds of life in a black and silver Chloe mini skirt and a bolero jacket with a red bodice. Timeless black pumps and a vintage bag completed her look. It’s always a pleasure seeing her!
Now, I’ve got to admit, I’m a fan of Laura Govan’s style. Although she embodies a simple aesthetic, the reality star always manages to look well put together. In one of her recent outfits, she served it up for Instagram in a black and blue embellished Virgos Lounge jacket, a pair of leather pants and pointed black pumps.
And, to finish off our faves from this week, we have the lovely Claudia Jordan! After I spotted this golden masterpiece on our Fabulous Looks of the Day post (hey Giselle!), I absolutely had to know who designed it. So, after shooting over a quick message to her stylist (check him out on IG @marclovelife), he instructed me that her breathtaking gown was by Emil Couture. Yeeesss! I’m getting all kind of regal vibes with this one!
Well, it looks like Pharrell Williams certainly has a reason to celebrate! The superstar mogul joined forces with his Billionaire Boys Club (also simply known as ‘BBC’) partners while managing to buy out Iconix Brands Group Inc.’s 50% stake in the labels.
Launched back in 2005, BBC Ice Cream quickly became a favorite among some of fashion’s hottest stars including Rihanna, Jay-Z, Kanye West and even Chris Brown.
With this triumphant success, Pharrell and his business associates have resumed full control over the BBC Ice Cream empire thus also regaining influence over the expansion of the brands. Talk about making power moves! #GOALS
Edward Enninful is a favorite here at The Fashion Bomb, as well as being a fashion icon. He is marking twenty-five years in the industry and thus called on some pretty amazing friends to celebrate: SHOWStudio, Nick Knight, and Beats. They all came together to create The Seven Deadly Sins of Edward Enninful:
Enninful and Knight enlisted Mariacarla Boscono, Naomi Campbell, Jourdan Dunn, Karen Elson, Anna Ewers, Karlie Kloss, Kate Moss, and Lara Stone to embody the seven deadly sins of envy, gluttony, greed, lust, pride, sloth, and wrath—naturally gluttony required two ladies.
As music and fashion continue to create a beautiful synergy, Beats hand selected each of the seven songs that make up the film’s soundtrack: with a focus on artists which represent the future of music.
The film will be released globally on February 13th: just in time for NYFW.
Actress Leah Remini couldn’t be missed at Jennifer Lopez’s: “All I Have” grand opening in Las Vegas! For the occasion, she supported her bestie outfitted in a $1,450 Cushnie et Ochs White Cut Out Side Detail Midi Dress:
She is simply stunning!
Her fully lined dress features a cut out detail on sides and back.
Friday’s here guys! While D.C. picks up to be a winter wonderland this weekend, let’s check out someone whose not keeping just white in her repertoire, Jelinda from Decatur, Illinois:
She says, “Heyyy ya’ll! I’m Jelinda, I am studying Theatre Arts as a student at Parkland College in Champaign, IL. I’m an actor in training that is obsessed with fashion!”
“When it comes to style, color is imperative! I’m a trendy girl that loves her nudes and olives, but I am definitely that girl that wears lime green shoes to an all black ball! ““I’m a turquoise in a world full of blues. When you think about it, a typical Crayola Box has those primary/secondary colors we’re taught as a kid. But canary yellows, lavenders, and turquoise colors put a spin on the usual, like me!” “I take color so seriously that every outfit I blog, I put against a different color background. A green shirt and yellow skirt may really pop with a pink background!” “One thing I love about my style is that I take it day by day. If I feel chill, I will throw on a pair of joggers and a blazer cape with nikes.” “If I have a presentation at school, I’m in a fitted dress and heels. My style is reflected by feeling. If I’m in a hurry, you can bet my hair is in a messy bun! Fashion is not about “doing too much” it’s about being YOU.”
“I take a lot of inspiration from June Ambrose and Solange Knowles. They’re both colorful, energetic, and positive, three elements that are so important to my life! I make feather clutches and heels which you will see in most of my pictures. I started as a DIY project last year, and I love the concept!” “I will be selling them, as well as giving tips on my blog site here. Thank you for the opportunity!”
Love everything! You give me colorful life! Love it! You can see more of her looks on IG:shesafashionlover. So what do you guys think of Jelinda from Illinois?
