Spring is officially here! Time to bust out the floral prints and pastel colors. This season seems to bring out the softer side of fashion because of the muted colors. If you want to ease yourself into the spring season, start off with today’s Bomb Product of the Day, Juliet & Company’s Cerise Earrings:
The wing shaped ombre earrings consists of multicolored crystals ranging from white to navy blue. For just $44, you can purchase the stunners in blue pair, pink, white, and black.
Such a classic look! Wear Cerise with an A-line skirt and matching top or keep it simple with a matching denim combo.
Now that Spring is officially here (hello, allergies!), we can finally welcome back the beloved trend of pastels!
Now, you may be wondering what EXACTLY is a pastel color, or if you’re actually rocking the trend and don’t even know. Well, while most people write pastel’s off as the pinks, purples and baby blues we tend to see in the Spring, a pastel color is honestly any hue that is ‘soft’ (i.e. not a bold color, harsh, bright, blazing…you get my point).
So how HAVE people been rocking the pastel trend? Well, you can actually wear it a myriad of ways. Aside from the head-to-toe look, you can also incorporate elements of the style, such as a coat (like Lupita) or a quick accessory to drape around you (like Marjorie). No matter what, the pastel trend is a wonderful transition into Spring with soft hues and saturations of any color you can think of!Personally, I love to see pastels, especially around the time of Easter. It’s not just one theme, but you can have as much fun with it as you’d like!
Let’s check out how these celebrities rocked the pastel trends and which colors they used. How do YOU rock Pastels this Spring? Make sure you send your best pastel looks to submissions@fashionbombdaily.com for a chance to be featured in this week’s How Do You Wear It!
Laura Govan was a fashionable hitchhiker on the ‘Gram in a $214 House of CB Moren Dusty Pink Coat, a Marina Hoermanseder Basket Weave Corset, and Levi’s Jeans:
She held her Louboutin heels in her hands. The caption reads, “#InRealLife.” OK!
Her coat has a shawl collar and an exaggerated lapel.
Marina works with leather and straps to create innovative designs. See a similar basket weave look by the designer below.
Despite her head scratcher of a photo, she definitely looks hot! Love the color scheme!
What say you?

Fashion for a cause is always on our radar, so when we heard about the Pocket Square Project, we knew we had to report on it!
Co founded by Attorney Dominique Price and Indiana University doctor Dr. Rachel Vreeman, the Pocket Square Project combines fashion and philanthropy, selling Kenyan made pocket squares with proceeds going towards clinics that lend support to children affected by HIV and AIDS.
Each pocket square is $20; clinics allow children to receive counseling, education services, and even fill their medicine. Eventually the program hopes to provide job training, primary care, and health services for other chronic diseases.
In addition to pocket squares, the website also sells bowties, and will potentially offer headbands for women in the near future.
Her cashmere hoodie features an oversized fit, raw cut hem, and rib knit trim. Check out the gray iteration below.
Her white cotton chevron-weave trench showcases a double-breasted silhouette, military-inspired detailing, raw-edge shoulders, a notch collar, and flap patch front pockets.
Her booties feature a pointed-toe silhouette, stud embellishment, and lace-up fronts.
I’m not bold enough to wear white while traveling, but I do like this look!
If you’re up for the splurge, get the grey iteration of Kendall’s hoodie here, her trench here, and the black versions of her booties here.
