What can we say? Celebrities love matching print suits!

Whether donning a pantsuit with a crop top for summer vacation or getting your ‘Gucci’ swag on, we’ve seen the trend elevated and expanded over the past couple of years both on and off the runway.

The coolest thing about this trend is it can be as big and bold as you’d like. For the timid and shy at heart, you can pop on a neutral printed suit or a white suit with some floral detailing. For the wild and free, pop on those bright shades and tantalizing prints to make a statement!

Time after time we’ve seen designers tackle the trend on the runway, but now we get to see how any and everyone can rock it in their own, unique way.

Rihanna was spotted out and about in the Big Apple in her favorite Dior Silver Shield Sunglasses, FENTY x PUMA Fall 2016 Black Long Sleeve Hoodie, Black Lace Up Contrast Trim Dress, and $38 PUMA Aril Sneakers:

Her hoodie features long sleeves and a completely non-existent body.

This is a different iteration of the actual runway style that Rih has already sported during her Anti tour.

Her grey kicks feature mesh uppers, padded collars and tongues, rounded heels and toecaps, and rubber outsoles.

Not a fan of the shades and kicks, but that dress? I need it!

Actress Anne Hathaway was on hand for the Hollywood premiere of her new film Alice Through the Looking Glass while uplifting a Christopher Kane Fall 2016 Striped Floral Detail Off-the-Shoulder Mini Dress and Christian Louboutin x Jonathan Saunders PVC Ankle Strap Sandals.

The new mom was all-smiles as she greeted fans and waved to the cameras upon her arrival.

Her breathtaking frock boasts bold floral appliques, an off-the-shoulder feature and a sleek silhouette.

Although her exact look wasn’t showcased on the runway, Christopher Kane did debut a few similar designs which include similar stripes and (of course) the in-your-face florals.

Happy Tuesday ya’ll!

Today’s #BombBlogger is a little special. I discovered this young woman through one of my followers via Instagram (heeeeyyy Karen!)! As most of you may already know, I’m always asking for suggestions regarding up-and-coming fashionistas; therefore, when Sharlene-Monique of Be Uniquely You was directed to me, I knew she would be an excellent pick for our feature.

Not too soon after Karen reached out to me, I received an inquiry email from Sharlene herself which read:

“I launched my blog in March 2015 because I’m very passionate about empowering and inspiring women and young adults. I spent many years from my teens into my twenties struggling with who I was, and now because I have overcome it,  I want to help others. I blog about self confidence, my relationships and fashion…“

Initially, I already had a potential blogger in mind for today’s article but (after perusing this style maven’s site) I found myself immediately smitten by her contagious smile and her unparalleled elegance.

 

Sharlene-Monique’s style is chock full of color, vibrant prints and endless plays on texture. This fashionista’s wardrobe staples include a classic leather moto jacket, statement-making eyewear and tons of shine (c’mon sequins!). I also find it refreshing that she always discovers a way to let her personality shine through her outfits. It’s clear that she knows what she likes and she sticks to it. You better glo, girl!
