I’m a little pressed for time so I’m going to get straight to business! The contenders for the Look of the Week are fiercer than ever and it’s up to the amazing readers of Fashion Bomb Daily to decide who takes the crown.
On Sunday, Ciara tended to her hosting duties (alongside Ludacris) for the 2016 Billboard Music Awards and she did an outstanding job! With about four outfit changes and enough slayage to last a lifetime, the singer proved that she is a true force in the world of fashion. But, it was CiCi’s lux metallic Naeem Khan stunner that left us drooling! Werk it girl!
Our girl Mindy Kaling was on hand for the 41st Annual Gracie Awards Gala looking every bit of gorg! The actress chose to channel simplistic vibes in a royal blue Elizabeth Kennedy gown that boasts peplum detailing and a one-shoulder feature. Silver accessories punctuated her look. And, how amazing is this hue against her skin?!
The always-stunning Laverne Cox graced the pink carpet for the 2016 Billboard Music Awards while donning a glam Michael Costello gown that features a plunging neckline, a chic train and an accented waist. True story: When I first saw Laverne on the scene, I was helping the staff writers ID looks and my mouth literally dropped – she was EVERY bit of flawless and this was by far one of the best looks of the evening. Hot!
Kim Kardashian West bared it all at the Vogue 100 Festival Gala in a see-through Roberto Cavalli ensemble, a statement-making olive belt and towering platforms. We all know Kim is no stranger to this whole ‘skin-tillating’ trend but, per usual, she rocks it so very well. The fashionista accessorized her sultry look with a matching scarf and an effortless ‘do.
Emayatzy Corinealdi wowed in a black and white CD Greene off-the-shoulder gown as she attended the Roots miniseries premiere earlier this week. Now, you guys know that I’m a sucker for deep and intricate detailing so, after spotting this baroque-inspired design, I was immediately smitten! And, this woman is just breathtaking on so many levels. Gosh! Talk about GOALS!
Godiva goddess Kelly Rowland rounds out this week’s best looks! The singer/actress was spotted at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards in a showstopping sheer embellished gown by LaBourjoisie, a slicked back ‘do and little hints of diamond bling. Now, a lot of FBD readers/followers are expressing that they’re over this sheer trend but, you gotta admit, Kelly ROCKED the heck outta this dress!
Instagram fave Marjorie Harvey was spotted on Snapchat indulging in her Rio de Janeiro vacation festivities while rocking a bomb Louis Vuitton Spring 2016 logo leather jacket and a pair of $2,140 Louis Vuitton Sun Catcher Derbies. Song of Style blogger/it-girl Aimee Song also uplifted the same statement-making shoe back in March.
The Louis Vuitton Resort 2016 Sun Catcher Derbies boast embroidered calf leather, a monogrammed canvas back tab and a 1.6 inch transparent cube heel. If you’re up for the splurge, purchase yours here!
I’m going to give the dub to Aimee. I love how she styled these lovelies with leather pants and an Anthony Vacarello printed button-up. Very chic!
She and I were talking about adding more bomb beauty content to Fashion Bomb Daily, so every Friday, she’s going to offer tips and insight on her favorite makeup and skin buys.

Karrueche Tran headed out for lunch with friends Christina Milian and J. Ryan in a Topshop Long Funnel Neck Boysuit, Zara mid rise cigarette jeans, Tom Ford silver sandals, and a Dior Black White Calfskin Ayers Lady Dior Large Bag.
She’s cute!
Her bag is not available for purchase online, but you can see the design below. It boasts black and white tones and a distinctive pattern.
Inquire about pricing at Dior.com.
What do you think?
While Rihanna rocked a Phresh off the runway princess-like green dress, Karrueche went for form fitting in Topshop separates.
The playful heels are decorated with bright raffia pom-poms.
Both ladies are gorgeous, but I’m leaning towards Kae in this style showdown.

Kendall Jenner looked every bit the model at The Estee Edit Selfridges Launch in a David Koma Fall 2016 Black Asymmetric Top and Crystal Embellished Slit Skirt:
Her top was shown with leather trousers and a cutout shoulder turtleneck and black booties complemented her statement-making skirt.
