While Amber is now a legitimate model, it seems she can’t quite let go her ‘Smooth’ and ‘King’ like aura, posing with her back arched high and unabashedly showing her bare buttocks in a dominatrix like leather bodysuit:
Am I the only one surprised that this will be in Elle Magazine? And are you impressed with Kanye’s styling skills?

Yawn… I thought this was a legitimate editorial, not Smooth magazine. Not very impressed with Ye’s styling skills either. The third shot of her with the sequined head piece is decent.
This is a travesty. Who pulled these clothes? Where is the Balmain? McQueen? I would have expected more from Elle. This just isn’t up to par.
The photos look trashy to me. SMH I can’t believe they’re gonna put that in ELLE either!

Too much. Not feeling it. For some reason, I knew he was going to be styling her when I found out he was going to be doing styling for Elle.
Whack! The styling is simple and stylish, but to “wearable” for an editorial, if that makes sense.
She looks like a ‘dead bish’ in these photos no panache or spice which makes the photos raunchy and vulgar. Me no likey.

Honestly, I think she’s a beautiful, sexy girl, but the key to being a successful MODEL, as oppose to a video hoe, is having diversity. To be sexy sometimes, and subtle, sweet, or even modest at other times. I think she either needs modeling classes or more challenging assignments.
This does not look like ELLE, sad.

And i’m glad it’s in elle. that magazine is falling off big time so they need to be experiementing with different looks and maybe targeting a new demographic
I’m highly disappointed in these shots taken for ELLE. These are far from representation of what this magazine is for. Clearly, Ms. Rose doesn’t know how to model. Everyone knows that there is a place for style for posing for certain magazines. This isn’t VIBE sweetheart, this is ELLE. Whoever directed this needs to get their mind and creativity together in effect because this is NOT a great look for the magazine and the fashion industry. I’ve tried to giver her the benefit of the doubt but I have given up. She comes off as extremely trashy in her shots and not high fashion. Ugh. I’m really disgusted.
I totally agree with the poster above me. She is definitely not a model. I actually had high hopes for this editorial, being in Elle in all, but this is a bad look for all involved. These look like the bad photos of a non-model- I can see an ANTM judgelikening her to a “dead fish” in that photo with her mouth just hanging open as she limply holds that poor Barbie doll. She and Kanye both need to go back to their day jobs.
Enough with the stripper already! So what, she used to work a different job. It’s a job. Legal. She’s hardly the first celebrity to move from a modest working background to the glamorous limelight with the help of a man. Move past it! The moral judgment and double standard implicit in it is so tired.
That said, these are dreadful–the clothes, the poses, the lighting–the whole editorial. But she’s still a stunning woman.
I see this as a missed opportunity for Amber to break away from the image she has in relation to Kanye. This is definitely left field for Elle. And as far as the styling its a bore, we see her in the same get-ups walking down the street or on the red carpet. Could’ve been a lot better.

I just can’t believe the picture where her ass is all in our face…literally…it’s not classy and I would just like to see Amber head in a different direction from her stripper past. She’s a beautiful woman and should personify a bit more class while still maintaining her unique qualities.

I wish Amber would learn to kill the sexual tone of her spread/poses sometimes and branch out- show more of what she can do because so far, I’m thinkin all she can do is portray sex!

I think that this is way off for Elle. The 1st photo is the only one I could actually see in Elle. Kanye didn’t do a bad job with the styling, I think it was just simple. The styling should have been taken farther, compared to other Elle editorials. I really do not know why everyone is so in love with Amber, I mean she takes some risk, but they are all the same risk. She has become a star because of Kanye, so I don’t know why ppl just aww over her so much. She is not really a celebritiy in my eyes. Her style is just her style, its kinda becoming the same look after the same look, not really creative in my eyes.
And mostly all of the photos look trashy for Elle. They are not really high-fashion ads. These pics look like a new non-model, just learning and the only thing she knows how 2 do is show sex appeal. I have seen pics in high-end magazines where they have had some skin baring like hers, but hers looks trashy because of her body position, she has to work different angles to make it look high-end not vibe/smooth…..

As much as i like this couple, I am not impressed, we’be already seen Amber’s naked ass in King, Smooth etc etc, not feeling the poses, the style choices were stupid and why was this in Elle again?? I expected more especially coming from Kanye

Not to mention the fact that her body is so syck… I don’t care who dresses her, where she comes from or what her past professions have been, Amber exudes confidence & swag like it’s in her DNA. It’s been a minute since I’ve seen one person generate so many haters like this chick here. Some of these comments are so predictable lol But it’s like Katt Willaims said: You NEED haters.
