  12. As I was thumbing through her pics I forgot she was from London. She looks like she’s straight outta Compton circa 1999. Claire’s right some pieces need to be edited down. I did like a few of her pieces just not how things were styled together.

    I wasn’t gunna say it, but you literally took the words right out of my mouth. It looks really Comptonish, 1990ish…especially the houndstooth pant outfit. If she loves it, go for it I guess, but her style seems to be a little outdated and it’s a no go for me. Pretty girl though! :)

  14. smh – ya’ll are so mean. Dang! Pretty girl. I can tell she has a great outgoing personality and is young – which means she has plenty of time to learn that less is more.

    Take one thing off (accessories) before heading out and accent one body part. Also dont hide such pretty face under too much hair.

  17. LAWDAMERCY *Shabba voice*. I literally liked one of her outfits (the one with the snake print blouse and red bag). Some of her pieces were okay separately, but the way she styled her looks was very dated and tacky.

  22. She has some ok looks. I could see myself rocking a few of them. I am however not a fan of the leggings as pants thing. A definite no no. Also, she may want to go with a wider width in some of her shoes. Her toes appear to be busting out of her sandals in the second pic.

  60. Beautiful girl with a good sense of style. I’ve been to her blog, its quite unique and I like it. She’s ambitious and seems interesting too, I would like to meet her. Dang, some of y’all are just mean and jealous girls!

  61. I thought she looked okay. Some hits some misses. The first outfit (snake print top and jeans) was the best. I like the red blouse and leather looking leggings minus the shoes.

  62. Wow, one of the reasons I LOVE this sight is because usually the ladies offer constructive criticism, not mean spirited jabs. I guess with the new pub this site has gotten lately, lots more ‘mean girls’ have started commenting. With that being said, I was surprised by all the hurtful comments, I really didn’t think she was bad at all, I actually loved most of the looks, the only thing I really didn’t like was the houndstooth leggings. She’s a gorgeous girl tho with a great body. No, she didn’t reinvent the wheel, but she certainly wasn’t a dud.

  70. I agree with Claire. I think she has some cute pieces & she has a great figure. She certainly has a sexy, urban vixen-ish style however I think she should have created balance by maybe pairing a sexy item with not-so-sexy item. For example, the black halter would have looked cute with a pair of high-waist colored wide leg pants With so fine-turning she will be good to go! Love the high waist leather pants. ROCK YOUR FASH!

  81. Okay….first I want to say that I feel like Claire has been attacked like crazy with these comments lately…I dont understand your on HER site complaining? If you don’t like it look elsewhere…

    Second…I am going to agree with everyone else in saying that less is more. But I want to add that wearing this seasons trends from head to toe isn’t for everyone. It’s important to remain a sense of individualism. I think the outdated look comes from the fit, not necessarily all of the pieces? When you’ve got such an hour glass shape its easy to cross the line of looking ghetto or slutty, versus someone with a banana(rectangle) shape appearing chic. So I also agree in that this Fashion Bomber should take some lessons from someone with her similar body type.

    And yes…lose the multi-colored LV bag!! But your’e pretty don’t let these negative comments cramp your style, take it as constructive criticism.

    Yes some of her pieces do need to be edited down but I do think there’s always a better way of delivering that message to the her without being hurtful! Some of you women acting like you just had some of that bitter Youtube troll juice…not nice.

  91. I think this blog is the bomb (no pun intended) so what Im going to say is not how I feel about Claire and the staff, BUT have 10 seats to this post and some of the people on here. From the average looking outfits to the comment about this girl favoring Nia Long to the people that are critical of others that comment about not liking the fashions. Im done for today! The whole point of giving us the option to comment and vote is so we can do so. There have been amazing posts under the “Bombshell” topic, I have voted more times for Bombshell of the week, than not. However, I feel that lately the entries have been lacking a sense fashion (for lack of a better phrase). Anyway, I’ve given my opinion. Have a blessed day, all!

    You inspired me to start my own blog, I now I have girls telling me that I’ve inspired them to create their fashion blogs too, truthfully speaking.

    To all the fashionistas who have commented, thank you all for taking your time out to share your sentiments.
    Please note that some of the pictures I chose to feature on here are 2-3 years old, only 3 pictures are from 2012. I have just started blogging at the beginning of September so I chose to feature some of my old styles in certain categories and that’s why you found some of the looks out-dated.
    Plus I only take pictures when I go out to an event / party, am not the type who buys clothes just to pose in them and then put the pictures up on the net like most fashionistas do.
    Remember, “Style is personal, fashion is universe”, I dress for my personality and I don’t emulate nobody else’s style. I am creating my own PERSONA!
