Happy Tuesday!
Today’s Bombshell is the fab Diamond from ATL:

She says, “I’m currently a Freshman at Albany State University.”

” I enjoy styling people & helping them express themselves with different looks.”

“I enjoy giving people wings to be fly if they cant find their own.”

“My most recent Fashion addictions are nerd glasses, Christian Louboutins, Jeffrey Campbell Lita booties, and vintage high waist jeans.”

” I also love expensive bags. My latest baby is my hot red Birkin!”

“… I don’t join Fashion I am Fashion!!! You don’t have to love my style cause I do.”

You certainly have your own unique look. And very bling for a college freshman! Work!

  1. I like some of the pieces but things like flesh colored pants with the polka dot top make me cringe >_>

  2. omg, this site is so bias. diamond you are a true fashionista, u don’t need their opinion, i cant believe u only got 50% saying u a bombshell!!!!!

  3. Am I the only one wondering how a college freshman gets the money to pay for all the labels? And although I do like her style, it does seem like more label overload than actual styling…

  4. The flag patterned Jeffery Campbell Litas outfit, is the only outfit I really like. However, you can tell she is really comfortable with her style, and thats all that matters.

  5. One of the hottest if not THE hottest bombshell I’ve seen since I started following this blog……for her age her style is amazing!! I wish I could have afforded some of those labels in college lollll but hey that’s what degrees are for :) LOVE the jeffrey campbells!!!!!

  6. @ ummmm, I totally agree with your comment, I was thinking the same thing.lol…how does she afford all of this as a college frehsman….but KUDOS to her for doing something right..lol! Seems more about wearing labels than actual fashion. But she does look fly in the black mermaid dress and the last pic with the polka dot pencil skirt….the rest, meh….

  7. i think she is a cutie, but is trying to hard to show off labels. i suppose that’s appropriate for her age though.

  8. She’s definitely confident so that adds dome extra oomPh to her outfits, I wouldnt say she has a style . But she does have some nice pieces

  9. @ummm maybe her parents are rich? I am not that impressed her style seems be about the labels. It’s just not working for me

  10. she is able to afford labels, if anyone could you know you would, her looks are fly…that mermaid dress is hottt!!

  11. At first I wasn’t really feeling her complete looks. But then I went back and did a second look and she started reminding me of June Ambrose- straight risk taker. I absolutely LOVE the last look. She gives off confidence, poise, and elegance with an edge. BTW- I think age should come into consideration. The younger you are the more risk you take. I’m in my late-20s and would not dare try some of these looks.

  12. Hi I’m Diamond For the people who left negative remarks you are the reason I do it everyday! Expensive designers are my fav & because I can afford then is not your concern! I am & college & plan to be very successful & people tell me everyday I could wear a paper bag & still rock it ” your everyday struggle is to get dress mines not I was born into fashion I carry it on my wings everyday! For the Fashionistas who salute I salute back Thank you for the Support ! For you haters I’m going to purchase another bag to carry your negative comments I think they compliment my style well ! Hey & if you need some tips follow me @ Hollywoodposh

  13. She looks great in the mermaid dress and the cargo pants look. I agree that she’s more about labels rather than having style. You don’t have to name drop, we know what you’re carrying and who your shoes are by.

  14. Well, I feel diamond looks Stunning on all photos. The reason for comments is to comment on the look not label; I don’t understand where, ” how could she afford it” come about. Maybe because at only 18 she’s wearing shoes & bags that Kimmy K has. As a young lady myself the style is unique, never showing too much, never over doing the make up. I love it!!!!!! kudos to you Diamond Baybeeee

  15. I like her style! Although something may not be for you, doesn’t mean you can’t appreciate how it works for someone else. I think it works for her! Go, Mama. Y’all stop counting her (or her papa’s) money ;)

  16. How did she afford a BIRKIN as a freshman. Wow. If I could only be so lucky.
Really cute girl..I can definitely see her style evolving into something great.

  17. I like…cargo pants and jeff campbell are my fav…as far as having money to afford stuff in college…that is when you have it to waste…room and board and food is paid for…when I was in I had my little internship and spent my money however…

  18. I actually love her style because it’s her own touch!! And why does it matter how she got these things obviously you people aren’t real fashion because your focus isnt on her style y’all are dipping into her personal life geeesssshhh!! And half of you with the name dropping comments and the “she doesn’t really have a style” comments when I see your pictures it explain why your so bitter!!! :)

  19. Dang, she must have gotten on the Birkin wait list in 6th grade! Her style seems more about the label than the look, but the polka dots were cute, and the mermaid dress was fab. I personally hate Jeffrey Campbell’s shoes, so I’m gonna pass on the rest of the looks.

  20. My Bestfriend/sister is always on her ish.. Haters gonna hate baby. No matter where the money comes from we got it. “DESIGNER BITCHES” stay on your grind babe. Live it up. Love you.

  21. I agree with some of the comments in that she is really into labels-Her style misses me altogether!

  22. Awww so sad when someone’s difference in opinion is considered hating! Nothing to hate on really…. cuz that blue polka dot with the nude leggings had me at a loss, the green jumper Im still scratching my head about and flag printed booties didn’t go with the outfit but I understand it was more about matching shoes to her bag…

  23. I love the upside of the Jeffrey Campbellshoe-outfit. And I like the outfit with photo taken in a store-mirror a lot! Nice jeans/pants… For the rest, I ask myself the same question as Ummmm and most of the rest of the commentators, too much showing off with labels, but I also like your overall style. Maybe I’m just jealous :)

  24. I think the looks are fab, she correlates her pieces very well! I myself am not so much hung on how much she paid for anything, I just think every look from a-z was PRICELESS! She’s young, keeping every look hip, and contemporary with her own flare! Fashion is a dare, only the strong survive! HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM! go HOLLYWOOD!

  25. Hello I am Diamond
For the negative comments you are the reason I do this everyday. My style could never be question every time I dress I dress with confidence ! You concern about how I get things are your first mistake there not your concern this is the lifestyle I live in sense you can’t offord it you can enjoy mine! Im young & my style is still exploring that’s the fun part put I def think I could teach you haters a thing or to pull out your note pads & take notes Every picture is a Lesson!!! If you didn’t enjoy it why comment some made you come back twice ! Thanks for the Fashionistas that salute I salute back ! All negative comments I’m going to buy a new pair of Jimmy choos to celebrate you joining my haters campaign ! Follow me @Hollywoodposh

  26. Love it…most people wouldn’t dare step out the box to try something new! Very expensive chick with a lot of haters! If ur from Atlanta u know diamond! Work it chick def giving the city something to talk about! Kudos baby

  27. I like the cargo outfit and the black mermaid dress!!!!
i won’t even comment on the “lifestyle of affording those things”
    LOL

  28. Expensive pieces definitely dont make the outfit but then again she is a college freshman. Im sure most of you remember that we could careless about the value of a dollar when we were her age. However I do admire her confidence. As for hating I wish someone would pull out a Websters disagreeing with her style doesn’t exude hate, it just means that we have differences. Lastly @Diamond its “afford” babygirl

  29. Putting your bag in everyone’s face is corny. Be more discreet. People still see you. Who care’s how she got her Birkin? Everyone isn’t poor.

  30. && by the way its either you like or don’t like … to tell her otherwise is OFF TOPIC PLEASE people… no one wants to hear your sob stories… you don’t know this young lady background. Again @Diamond “I LIVE”

  31. very fashion forward, from the Jeffery Campbell’s to Louboution’s to the Birkin Bag … This is a once in a life time type of girl you will see :) she very posh !!!! She takes every day pieces and turn them in high-fashion, avante grade pieces … you should really take NOTES .. her items might be expensive but they are very priceless.

  32. It’s very obvious. “LV bag – check, LB shoes – check, JC shoes – check, Birkin bag – check” it just screams “Let me buy these because it’s in” for some reason. Don’t get me wrong, nothing wrong with labels. Maybe because of her she’s posing with the items, it just screams “show off” (lol)rather than fashionista?? And from Diamonds response, above, she is definitely young, sorry.

  33. Too eager and not enough creativity for me. I don’t for a second believe the Birkin is authenthic…. the LV’s are one thing, but Ms. Birkin is in a whole different category. She needs to stop name dropping on the faux contraband. Give her a few more years and she might be that IT gurl…. but she has a lot of grooming.

  34. I think she is FAB!! if she had cornrows or a fro’ everybody would love her..smmfh i c the hating has already began?! hahahaha!!
I love every single fit..every single one:) Best Bombshell in a long axx while!!
Go girl!! i heart that birkin *eyes twinkle*

  35. No pun intended but I HATE when people take a difference of opinion as ‘hating’. Seriously, I said that I like your style (and probably should’ve stated that as: I like some of the pieces) but what throws me is that people who actually HAVE money (and a lot of it), aren’t the one’s flaunting it every chance they get. It’s comparable to people yelling, thinking that’s the only way they’ll be heard. If an outfit must consist of a certain label to be hot, it’s not style – it’s called a uniform. Grow a little and you’ll learn something.

  36. “most people wouldn’t dare step out the box to try something new! Very expensive chick with a lot of haters!”

Diamond, are these your friends commenting?? How do these pics show Diamond is stepping out of the box, trying some “new”?? Every tom, dick and harry with money likely has all those items (and then some). There is nothing daring or new about someone with money buying LV and CB LOL. Come on…..

  37. @ Diamond…I feel where you are coming from…if only your grammar, spelling and word use was as on point as that Birkin…I could take you seriously. That said…you have a unique style that does not resonate with everyone, it’s to be accepted, as long as your happy do you.

  38. Dear Diamond,
While I admire your fashion risk taking and bravery, I really do think that you should let your career goals, grace, and poise speak for itself. Sticking out your heel to make sure everyone sees that its a red sole is tacky. It’s completely tacky. It’s not about hating, it’s not about whether or not you can afford it, that’s no-one’s business, just know that fashion is not flashing labels. Fashion is not commenting about haters then saying you will go buy a pair of Jimmy Choos. Fashion is not ” I love expensive bags”… Fashion is ” I love bags, and if it happens to be expensive then so be it” Fashion is a 5.00 t-shirt knotted with a maxi skirt, or even a $5,000 shirt but Fashion is NOT rubbing labels in everyone’s face so they know you are dope. It’s doper when your walking around in your Louboutin’s and someone happens to catch a glimpse of your red sole. I’m not hating….. do you, but keep it classy and MODEST! It’s great you can buy Jimmy Choos but its even better when nobody knows your dope shoes are Jimmy Choos!

  39. Pet peeve commenting on others posts but….. I GOTTA…@ Diamond if you’re going to lambaste people for lambasting you- you gotta come correct with the grammar and spelling.
Not feeling the style just not my taste.
*thinking* I wonder if all this drama happens on any White blog sites……

  40. Nothing too original but u can tell she is growing as a stylist. One usually goes in for name brands at a young age. She looks good, and how dare some of you question how can she afford some of those items? Its honestly none of anyone’s business..Let the young sister live. In due time she’ll get into more original items.

  41. @Diamond,
I didn’t comment at first because I didn’t care too. Your style is cute so I just voted.I am commenting now because your comments was very unnecessary. Everyone that commented is not hating just making an observation on your style. Isn’t that the reason people submit their photos. Us as black females need to understand why we are so versatile is because of our different styles and somethings we love and somethings are not for everyone. As for your labels they are what they are labels and of course people are going inquire about a bag that is geared towards multi millionaires. Hermes even discriminated against Oprah. If you could afford it Kudos to you. But for those that can’t it doesn’t mean we are less fashionable. So I suggest while your working on your outer appearance because you are growing as a young lady start from the inside out and learn to take comments as what the are and not to assume everyone is a hater. You should dress for you everyday and not everyone else so there goes your mistake. Also I’m going to assume offord was a typo but to correct you on sense it should be since. “Just my observation”

  42. I kinda wish this whole bomb shell segment would come to an end…..people are rude yes but most bombshells and commenters can’t take annnnnnny type of criticism AT ALL….

  43. Normally I do not comment but felt compelled to do so today. It appears this young lady does not focus entirely on her studies but rather on materialistic items. Based on the constant misspelling and incorrect grammar in her response (ex. sense..maybe since?). Perhaps, your attention should be primarily on education instead of attempting to boast. All in all…she appears to be a little girl playing dress up. So ladies, I say just overlook…clearly she still has some growing to do. Good Day!

  44. As I stated before this is not school I didn’t think I was being grades my gpa shows my intelligence like I said who are besides the mystery person behind the comments ! You have your style I have mine your grown women commenting like a teens ! I can rock anything cheap or expensive prices don’t concern me whatever I desire I get ! My 18 & I’m doing what most aren’t unless you want more issues please look & the mirror in take them up with yourself ! Have a blessed day

  45. Her style works for her. That’s fine. But Diamond, why are you so defensive. Who cares what people think about you? I’m sorry to say that I had more respect for you for “owning” your style BEFORE you responded with your child like bullying comments.

  46. I think for a college freshmen she has great style…with room to grow. A lot of the pieces are cute. I don’t care how you can afford it just have fun for me too lol

  47. I LOVE the confidence mama and your outfits too. You dress well for a person your age…but I have no clue what you were trying to say in that last blurb.

  48. *dead* @ anonymous #icant

Someone seriously needs to paste their comments into word before pressing the submit button #justsayin

  49. Sorry for my error I’m handling business & trying to entertain you negatives from my cellular …. But I want let you get out of my character. thanks for your attention again I grab the audience attention again!

  50. Ya’ll need to stop hating on her just because she a young girl that can afford labels. I think she looks great and i love the first outfit! If she wanna show off then let her be.

  51. It’s not your grammar that needs correcting….it’s your attitude. Be humble about the things you have…..because you may not always have them.

  52. @ Danielle… ‘No clue what you were saying.’

Lol, that is exactly what I was pondering. I mean really come on @Diamond, can we at least get a translator with your replies? Or someone who can actually form educated sentences. Please…consider. Thanks!

  53. I will defend myself to the end never offensive I don’t like judgmental people on such a fun site if you thought it sucked or didn’t that not important you address me I’ll address you in return ! You know nothing about me so don’t speak about me ! My style is not for you to like it’s for me I’m Going to keep doing me your comments wouldn’t mean a penny to me ! My confidence could never be questioned! I could be naked & still feel flyer than the world !

  54. You know what as I read through the comments, i guess i’m not sure why ya’ll are concerned if she has a real berkin or how she can afford it. IF she had taken these with an SLR and had a fancy blog would you then question her? I don’t know either you don’t like her style, or you don’t but don’t sit there and question her fashion game because she has a bag basically none of us can afford.

  55. Not going to even question the authenticity of these ‘expensive’ items, but just because you throw fashion together it doesn’t equate to having style. I get where she’s trying to go with her looks and granted it’s not coming off as entirely effortless or remotely original, she is allowed to make her mistakes. At some point in life we have all had a WTF fashion moment. When she learns to come into her own, refine her style, and construct it better, perhaps she will see that this submission was her WTF.

  56. I’m really over the negative talk I have a positive life I’m living!!! You be blessed all my time will not be spent holding a unnecessary conversation with strangers! S/o to the person concern with my education paid for & full!!!

  57. Nothing screams fashionista other than the designer pieces…she’s a cute girl. I love her Loubs, Birkin, and Louis…that’s about it

  58. You people would call me a brag if I upload the receipt of this Birkins ! It was bought by my god father who plays for NFL good grade gift huh? I don’t take none of what you people are saying personally Keep it coming but I don’t like lies please state facts if you don’t know don’t speak on it!!!

  59. For the first time I can say I really do NOT like this person’s style. It works for her and that’s what is most important. However, people who brag about their brands and what designer label they are carrying to me is trying to prove to people (and themselves) that they got something going on. If you got it, you got it boo. If it’s real you not gone need to say what it is honey.

The grammar is just poor, I seriously think that english is NOT her first language.

  60. My first thought…Are those Christian Louboutin? Second thought…And she has the sneakers too!!!??? Third thought…A birkin bag. GTFOH!! Fourth thought…her style is cute, but I wouldn’t rock some of that. Apparently, because I can’t afford that style. That said, maybe an investment in some grammar lessons/actually going to class instead of posing outside of it needs to be in order.

Okay, that was uncalled for. I’m sorry. Maybe I’m so green with envy because she’s a college freshman and can afford a Birkin, not one, but two pairs of Louboutin(maybe more) and I’m an Ivy League grad chilling on my couch, jobless.

  61. not really feeling her style as it seems she’s more concerned with showing you the labels she’s rocking, than actually pulling together a stylish outfit. as for her diatribe on “haters”… hunny, first check your grammar and then try again. I can’t hate someone who can barely form a coherent sentence. spend some of that Birkin money on a tutor and then we can talk. if this is the state of our youth… i’m SO very sad…

  62. I don’t have to explain I choose to speak facts I didn’t know pictures talk so how is that bragging! Everyone props the feet up when the wear there CL that don’t make you a bad person!

  63. ok i don’t think your style is bad but there is NO reason to lift up your foot in every pic when you are wearing CL. NONE. it looks whack. you also don’t smile–which is weird.

i don’t care how you afford your stuff–bc tbh–you kinda make the birkin look cheap.

but you’re young and can grow. good luck in school!

  64. Love her! Reminds me of myself in college…and now *shrug*. Keep expressing yourself through your look… insults are masked jealousy. It’s not for everyone, that’s why it’s called “personal style”. Extra snaps for being from my hometown.

  65. Her style seems forced. And she clearly expects the labels to carry her, which they may very well do in the real world.

I’m starting to think that people are just submitting pics for the hell of it because if you actually READ fashionbombdaily.com you would be fully aware that the Fashion Bombshell of the Day section allows users to rate and comment. If you “are” indeed fashion as you say, then you would know that not everyone is going to like or agree with your style and you wouldn’t feel the need to be so combative.

    smh @ Albany State University….

  66. First of all why would people be so offended about the designer items if that’s not what you can afford or that’s you but don’t come down on someone who has or who chooses to spend their own money on it celebrities and regular people on the street have nice bags and shoes regardless the age. It just seems like some people are uncomfortable with what someone chooses to do with their money. Fashion has no price tag whether it thrifted or purchased from Saks.

  67. i wear cl’s [yes i own a very good share] and i have never propped my foot in any pic. not neva.eva. i mean you can just have a pic taken of you from the back, or angle you foot a different way so it doesn’t look so forced if you MUST try to show off the sole.

1st rule of fashion is that you must never look like you’re trying too hard. i didn’t learn that until i was out of college. you have nice stuff so learn it now. look effortless.

  68. @Diamond “receipt”???? Who gives someone a Birkin bag as a gift and gives them the receipt?? And yes you are taking people’s comments personal so don’t act like ur not…we’ve all done it b4.

  69. I love her style but wonder why we question how an African American can afford certain things but if it were someone of another race no one would say anything about it! She is a cutie with great style to me!

  70. it *doesn’t* make you a bad person….mamita, get off here and go STRAIGHT to class…now.

  71. @Chimee I would question any college freshman’s, regardless of race, ability to afford certain things. Perhaps it’s because I know I couldn’t afford it then and I can’t afford it now :(

  72. Peoples concern is always about others instead of themselves! You don’t have to wear vintage clothes to be fashion! That’s Why it’s so free spirit because you can wear Whatever you like. I love cristisim it makes you stronger it don’t make you stop being you & dressing how you like to dress! I think some people was rude which made me go into attack mode ! I am young in still finding the exact look for me so I’m trying everything! You can say what you want that’s your business! How you dress is your business ….The way you think is your business … Words don’t mean anything what you show is what’s important! Glad I could be your bombshell of the Day Thanks Claire ! Had so much Fun!!!!

  73. My first thought…Are those Christian Louboutin? Second thought…And she has the sneakers too!!!??? Third thought…A birkin bag. WHAT!!!!

  74. @ Veee what you & how you do it is not my concern as I once stated ! No one asked you what you had no one ask how you postion your feet!
I’m doing me in if your concern was you my grammar my shoes or anything else wouldnt be your concern!

  75. It’s clear that Miss Diamond needs to pick up a book. If your not concerned with the comments, please stop commenting. If she’s reading: that was a comma, period, and an apostrophe mark. Get familiar sweetie, they will come in handy at school. As far as style, its average with some big names. Stay in school hon! I’M DONE.

  76. ..and i responded to your comment bc you said “everyone who wears cl’s does this.” and i was letting you know that no they absolutely do not. it’s not cute, like you’re not used to nice things.

  77. Diamond girl don’t pay anyone any mind, DO YOU..This is what fashion is..people telling u ur fab, or garbage. Going back and forth is senseless. This thing gets so personal sometimes its sick! Like really? If she had some salvation army pieces you would praise her, but since its a Birkin she’s not focused on school..carrying expensive labels at a young age means nothing..

  78. Young lady, keep doing you….BUT, as someone else said, humility is key. One of my mantras: There’s beauty in humility! There is nothing wrong with being confident, but be mindful of the thin line between confidence and arrogance. It’s not your ensembles I’m concerned with, it’s your attitude. When you enter the “real world” (post-graduation), your CL’s, Birkins, and even you DEGREE can only carry you so far. Your attitude will open or close doors for you before you even get a chance to explain yourself. Again, be the beautiful young woman that you are, but at least evaluate the vibe you’re putting out to others through your attitude alone (based on your comments and/or response). *shrug*

  79. @Diamond, attitude has a lot to do with beauty and swag! And judging from your reaction..you, my dear, have a lot to learn! Please stay in school because your grammar and spelling needs work! I don’t think anyone is hating on you, people are giving their honest feedback, take notes, listen, be gracious, and humble and apply it where you feel the need and keep it moving. With that being said, as A LOT of commentators have stated…I think your style is more about lables than it is style. You have potential…..

  80. im a guy and im kinda hating lol cuz im going into my 3rd year of college and i have yet to be able to afford any labels like that. she must be rich or working a real good job. whatever it it she needs to let me in on that secret. cute chick cute style.

  81. I don’t know why I keep refreshing this page. I find this very comical. Everyone is not going to like everything. That does not mean that they are hating. The whole back and forth comment have me dying over here. Thanks for entertaining me.

  82. So wish I could take my vote back…just for the ugly attitude alone. @ Diamond..chile you are letting them see you sweat-big time! It’s like your in the water full of sharks bleeding-please just stop. This is the Fashion Bomb…you should know how it goes down. Welcome to the real world Honey…where not everyone is going to like you, it’s just human nature.

  83. Okay….how she affords CL, LV, Hermes, and JC is not any of our business. Period. Let that go…PLEASE. I don’t think she’s bragging, she’s just young. As far as her style, she’s definitely getting there. Some of her looks got a major side eye, while others I loved — such as the first look w/ the Litas and the black evening gown with the CL pumps and the red clutch.

    Diamond,

Do you boo! You’re young…have fun, play around, and find what suits you best ;)

  84. I’m sorry…I’m not really into internet comments but I’m gagging at some of you. Either you like it or don’t…push the button and keep moving. I swear the internet has turned EVERYONE into a fashion expert! I’m sure most of the negative comments come from people that have never taken a fashion course, been to a fashion university, hold a degree in the fashion field, or work in the fashion industry. If so you’d understand personal style is for the person, not everyone. If you don’t like it, someone else will.
And I wish y’all would get out of this girls wallet trying to find the funding source of her collection. If it’s not tapping into your stash, don’t worry about it.
Claire, you know I love you and what you’re doing to showcase the depth of black style creativity.
    Diamond..keep it up girl.

  85. @ Savage. It’s not hate because she has a Birkin. The bag is fabulous. It’s the fact that she seems so consumed with brands and it’s disheartening that she can neither spell, nor use proper punctuation, nor use words in the correct tense. This is the problem.

  86. @ Miss Fancy, I got my first LV bag @ 16, and I was far from humble and gracious..I was very “check the Louis Muthaf*****!!” lol Ur excited with what you have..some stuff comes w age and wisdom..

  87. @ Savage. This is not about you. What does you, your bag, and your graciousness have to do with the fact that a high school grad can not spell?

  88. As my grandmother would say, it screams “nouveau riche” and you dont want that babe…Personally, i dont care if she wears every designer label out there but you should wear it because you can and want to not because you expect some kind of praise for it. ESPECIALLY, if you plan to submit yourself to the critique of fashion minded people (whether we work in the industry or not).

    Best of luck to you.

  89. my lil cuz is fly && shes rocking every out fit !! worrying bout how she get it is none of u guys business … just no she got it ! you go fam i love you …. haters everystep we take..!!!! u go girl

  90. While I don’t feel all that strongly about any of her looks, excluding the last pic with the polka dot skirt, I will say this…
    A. You know you’re basic when you still label all those who disagree you as “haters”
    B. Some people have money/assets/access to things. Is that so hard to believe?!

  91. last thing i got to say is she must got some yall like… giving all your time to comment if you dont like keep it moving.. people tend to not like what they cant afford ! smh

  92. I like the polka dot skirt outfit and the black mermaid dress. She’s young so she’s still finding her niche. Her style reminds me of my niece (minus the label) and she’s 12. She would think she’s a fashion bomb. I think she’s a beautiful girl. My style from 18 to 28 has changed but the base has stayed the same. Be encouraged Diamond. Not everyone is hater and not all label equal fashionable.

  93. Claire!!!! Where are you??!!!! Lol Diamond girl… You are cute young, you are finding your style. I can respect it. Labels make you a fashionista… Style makes you a stylista. There is nothing wrong with wearing labels, if you got it, hey… Why not!!! I do want to believe the grammar part of your replies are due to your iPhone… Lol if not, I do agree with the rest, you might want to hit up an English class…. But don’t take offense, brains + style= dope :) continue to evolve your style and learn fashion, you will do well in the fashion industry in the future.

  94. Diamond’s mom is a Magic City stripper, that’s where the money comes from. Wait..is the correct term Exotic Dancer? Anywho, you know men (well known, ie: celebrities) pay top dollar for p*ssy and a fat ass. You also know the rest of that story. Check her out for yourself @og_indiaatl.

  95. I was going to just click Hmm I’ll pass and leave it at that, but then I saw the comments. Wow what a mess. That goes for her style and her comments. Her attitude and fashion leave much to be desired.

  96. ughh! Stop counting her money! It ain our business how she got it, we’re here to give opinions on her style… which I think is FAB!

    Go Diamond from Atlanta!

I feel like you prob catch a lot of hate… so I won’t throw no shade! LOL

    Do you!

  97. Oh wow. My comment disappeared.

I LOVE YOUR STYLE. The only thing I would like to see more of is bag variations i.e. minis, cross-body, etc. I think you do you, well. Keep stylin! Oh yeah, and a little humility lil’ mama. I’ll chock it up to your age though.

    Rock it dont stop it!

  98. LOL once i saw 100+ comments i knew you guys went in on this poor girl.

*LeSigh* poor Diamond I wish you never replied to any of these comments. It just proves that no matter how much money a person “may appear” to have you can never buy CLASS! May I add, I do believe some people are hating on you, but i think it is primarily because you created the persona of an egocentric villain … Your young and DUMB and having fun. Enjoy your luxuries, but like my sister’s keeper said “Beauty is in Humility”.

May I add, in ALL SERIOUSNESS I checked your twitter @hollywoodposh (because I was looking for your blog) … but you do have some serious spelling and grammar problems. If you ever do decided on blogging make sure it is STRICTLY PICTURES, until you invest that “Jimmy Choo Money” on some Grammar & Spelling classes. Reading is Fundamental *kisses*

  99. Time to close this …….morons have invaded this thread.

    Really Elle?
“Diamond’s mom is a Magic City stripper, that’s where the money comes from. Wait..is the correct term Exotic Dancer? Anywho, you know men (well known, ie: celebrities) pay top dollar for p*ssy and a fat ass. You also know the rest of that story. “

  100. yall are pure haters .. dont worry bout where my aunt t work or what she do you b-words really have some nerve…. !!! D I A M O N D !! u rock cuz !!

  101. One more comment:

She said her “godfather” who “plays for the NFL” bought her the expensive bag and probably is paying for the tuition and other expensive things.

Am I the only one who saw “godfather” and thought sugar daddy. LOL.

  102. DIAMOND- Don’t worry about what anyone has to say about your cute style and you DEFINITLEY don’t have to explain how you are able to afford what you have!!! It’s no one’s business!!! Your looks work great for you. I like them so keep up the good work!!

  103. Wow, this thread has gotten uber-ridiculous (and hilarious!) Its her money, let her spend it how she wants, but not being awed by your labels doesn’t make us “haters”. I find it funny that you (Diamond from Atlanta) have taken the time out to respond to all this when you clearly stated above that you didn’t care. You do care, and you should really let it go. Let the Birkin wipe the tears or something, idk, its not that serious!

  104. I like her style, cute clothes and I think she’s a cute girl.
BUT, I am totally turned off by her attitude and just total sense of superiority (by the first response) just changed my whole perception of her. Sometimes it’s best to stay quiet and let people wonder than to speak and prove them right :/

  105. LOL @ Diamond commenting. That grammar is AWFUL! Stay in school! Stay in school! Stay in school!

  106. @ Jasmine…are you confirming that Momma Diamond is a MC stiripper? You need to sit your azz all the way down.

  107. Yes really. It is what it is unless stated otherwise.

Her mom’s body pays her tuition & affords her clothes. Lets be real.

  108. yo, yall hatin my girl!!!! I love labels they exist for public consumption wtf is wrong w/ rockin em?!!

  109. At the end of the day, this site is about fashion and different aspects of it. Some of these comments are rude and irrelevant to the point. I usually enjoy seeing the bombshell of the day and seeing different people’s perspectives on fashion, but today it’s kind of a drag because of all the negativity. Fashion is in the eye of the beholder. Lol A critique is always more effective than criticism.

  110. Where was it written that all college students have to be broke?? I never understood this train of thought. When I was in college I didn’t know any broke people. It is very possible that she comes from money.

Anyway her style is cute and is just gonna evolve as she gets older. But please…stay in school.

  111. All of yall worrying about how she got the things that she has are silly & not in a haha way, in a [sad] way. Grow up. Some people have amazing support systems that enable them to have better things… some ppl don’t. That’s life. I’m sure all of you were taught better.

To the bombshell I love your confidence. You’re not afraid to take risks or think outside the box & THATS what makes you a BOMBSHELL not the price tags everyone is so caught up with. <3 =)

  112. Wow… I can truly say there IS A LOT OF HATE on this one… And I don’t throw that word around. Why do you care where she get’s the money? I never read anyone else asked how they get their items, oh, it was one FB who was the bomb, and was accused of shop lifting.. Females are funny… NOT! Those who made that type of comment have issues… Why is her foot up in all the red bottom photos? LMAO so sad…The same reason EVERYONE KICK UP THEIR FEET WHEN THEY’RE ROCKING RED BOTTOMS… You guys let the labels turn you! If a celeb was in these same outfits, it would be ooohs and ahhhs.. I’m still reading in disbelief. What she eats don’t make you shit, so why concern yourself about her financial status?? Are all college freshmen broke?? I can swear some have parents with money, not everyone has to struggle through college. I really didn’t see where she was bragging. Compared to previous FBD,she is humble and has the threads to back her up;unlike the do it yourself queens talkinbout “don’t you wish you had X,Y,Z like me?” At my age, lol, I’m still learning females are hella catty! LOL

Oh, I don’t like the name Diamond! LOL Is that why there is so much hate because of her name? lol

  113. Everyone who is using foul language shud exit stage left. Have some respect for the site. Claire and her team works hard to serve up great fashion posts. Remember at the end of the day this is Claire’s business and a lot of industry and business people come to this site…. Don’t ruin it!!!!

  114. There’s no doubt in my mind that the Birkin bag & Louboutins are good replicas. No hate or shade but i actually love some of the looks.

  115. Going in on the poor girl is right..lol

@Diamond you are a cute girl with very nice pieces, but as many have said wearing luxury brands doesn’t mean you have true style. Also it seems as if you have a very arrogant air about you; if this is true you should develop some thick skin people old and young are going to criticize your behavior.

Good luck in school and hopefully you will learn from this experience.

  116. Gucci Gucci, Louis Louis, Fendi Fendi, Prada….those basic chics wear that ish so I don’t even bother!

  117. Who cares if her mama is a stripper? She’s not asking for your money, right? Diamond, you’re young and cute- do you boo, but get on top of that grammar. If you’re gonna respond to opinions (not hate), you better spell it well enough for us to comprehend. As for label dropping, we all did at that age but we all didn’t have higher end labels. So what?

  118. I really hope the Birkin was a gift or that this college freshman already has a well paying career. Because spending a college refund check on a Birkin is senseless. Brains BEFORE fashion!

  119. @Angie I was on a panel for the Independent Fashion Blogger’s conference, hence didn’t have a chance to moderate. Um, I think everyone’s said their peace. Comments are shut down.
    xoxo
