Check out these hair removal solutions: products you can use in the comfort of your home to guarantee a smooth summer look!

If you like the ease of a razor you’ll need a foamy shaving gel to make sure you get the closest shave possible. Lippmann Collection’s Did I Shave My Legs For This? can be used on any body part so you can start getting ready for the beach!

After shaving, exfoliate for a smoother finish with a scrub or body polish like True Blue Spa In The Buff Body Polish ($17.50, www.bbw.com) to get rid of dead skin.

If you’re more into crème hair removers, try the super affordable Sally Hansen Naturally Bare Crème Hair Remover for Body.

It works in as little as 3 minutes and has a rich and creamy formula with honey, chamomile, lemon & soy!

If you would rather wax-on and wax-off, try Completely Bare Ouch-Less Strip-Less Wax ($22, www.competelybare.com).

It’s easy to use and is excellent for any type of skin! It adheres to hair, not skin, so it’s even safe for people with sensitive skin or those who have a history of allergic reactions.

For post-waxing or shaving relief, try SOS Post-Waxing Oil by Yves Rocher to instantly ease redness, eliminate residue wax and soothe your skin.

Ciao Bellas!

Great info and product picks! Can I confess I am SO TERRIFIED of waxing!

I know I should get it together, but…the pain is a huge deterrent!

Anyway, great job Eileen!

  1. I used to be deathly scared of waxing untill I tried sugar waxing. It’s less painful than hot wax and it lasts much longer and the hair grows back thinner.

  2. I had a tragic home-waxing experiment gone wrong in college and have been scared to death of DIY waxing kits ever since. I called myself trying to save some money by doing my own brazilian and damn near almost took my labia off!! I would definitely recommend going to a professional for getting a wax.
