• Winter 2013 Pregnant Style Inspiration: 4 Maternity Chic Looks for the Mommy-To-Be

Happy Tuesday Bombshells! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Can you believe it’s already December!? This year went by entirely too fast! And as we head into Winter, I thought it be an appropriate time to tackle a special Winter Wear request submitted by an anonymous reader who writes, “I have a slew of friends who are pregnant and wondering what to do about coats for a growing belly and other maternity wear (as most maternity clothing they’ve seen were not very flattering and barely functional). Could you do a post on some cute (and affordable) winter looks for the chic mommy-to-be? Thanks!”

Congrats to the mommy’s to be anticipating the arrival of their bundles of joy! Pregnancy can be a tough feat, and having the motivation to keep up with your stylish digs can be a challenge within itself. But not to fret! I’ve compiled a few fashionably fierce looks to get your girls through the chilling winter months in style.

For a casually chic look, pair up a few wardrobe staples with a flowy drape front blouse, dark denim jeans, and a camel hued wool coat.

Accessorize with a printed scarf, tall wedge boots, a structured handbag, and a pair of long leather and suede gloves.

Perk up a grey cowl neck sweater with tartan printed leggings and a pair of sleek, tall black boots.

Complete the look with a faux leather sleeve drape coat, a stylish tote, and a gem stone tassel statement necklace.

For a Boho chic inspired look, dress up a basic long sleeve black midi dress with a fur vest and grey leopard print ankle booties. Work with burgundy accents, including a felt fedora, a swanky over-sized two-tone clutch, and complementary nail polish option (free of formaldehyde, toluene and DBP, of course).

Add in a few sparkly pieces with a pair of gold tassel earrings and a gold tiger hinge bracelet for the finishing touch.

As a final wardrobe, pull together a fun and fresh sophisticated look with a pair of light grey embellished jeggings topped with a dalmatian printed blouse. Throw on a pair of spiked heel grey ankle boots or grey patent flats.

A chic tweed coat accented by a fur stole and fur trimmed leather gloves add a posh touch to this playful ensemble.

What do you think? Are these looks pregnant-chic-fab?
