Hey everyone! Hope you all had a fantastic weekend as the Monday blues will probably kick in pretty soon. Before that happens, though, here’s hoping these few celeb Instagram shots can turn things around. Stars were snapped on red carpets, at charity events, and just posting some selfies. But who started the week off on the right foot and who should’ve left their smartphones dead? Hmm… let’s take a look see!
Rihanna celebrated her birthday in Aspen for the entire week and posted quite a few celebratory snapshots. She kept things on the casual side by wearing a Trapstar x Rihanna sweatshirt, boyshorts and thigh high socks while flat-ironing her hair. Too cute!
Vogue Japan Editor-At-Large Anna Dello Russo was, of course, on hand to take in all the fabulous shows during Milan Fashion Week. Pausing for a minute to post a pic, she showed off her $2,672 Stella McCartney Aubin Embellished Sateen Twill dress and Salvatore Ferragamo purse while draped in a fur coat. Love the bursts of color, and the dress is quirky yet chic. Hot!
Supermodel Jourdan Dunn got her selfie on in between shows while wearing a pair of baroque sunglasses and a $78 Serge DeNimes ‘So Serge’ T-shirt. Jourdan proves that sometimes, all you need is a red pout and side swooped hair to still look fab.
Another “Yoncé” girl, Joan Smalls, was captured on the streets of Milan. The street style pic features her wearing Givenchy mini-dress under a leather jacket. The beanie and boots give this ensemble a stylish “downtown” vibe, no?
Singer Ashanti got on board the casual train while attending the Legends Classic at The Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Wearing a $333 Markus Lupfer ‘Oh Boy’ sweatshirt, a pair of Jordan’s and a Chanel purse, it’s clear comfort was the focus of her look. Cute look, considering she was at a basketball game.
Everyday is “take your daughter to work” day with June Ambrose as she and Summer did a little shopping at Barney’s. Don’t you love Summer’s gray overcoat? And June certainly slays in her fedora and Céline shoes.
We introduced you to the stylish Winonah De Jong in last week’s post, and here she is again giving us a little more fashion. She posted this pic after a little dinner while wearing an $835 Christopher Kane sweater, Balmain pants, a Chanel clutch, and Christian Louboutin shoes. Even casual chic costs a pretty penny, but she’s still hot here, nonetheless.
And last, but not least, representing for the guys this week is Oklahoma City Thunder basketball player Serge Ibaka. Heading to his “Pros For Africa” charity gala, the power forward looked fashion forward in this bespoke burgundy suit by Phenom 247. One word: dapper. It’s obviously tailored well since it was custom-made. But even then, some basketball players have a hard time looking 100% comfortable in suits because of their height. Ibaka wears this well. Be honest. How many of you will draft him to your #mcm rosters today?
That’s all for this week, everyone! Who were your faves?
