As the end of 2009 draws nigh, most of us probably have an idea of what we want our New Years resolutions to be.

Whether it’s to lose those extra Christmas dinner pounds or to make our lives more eco-friendly, we’re all contemplating how we can improve our states of being come 2010.

However, in true Fashion Bomb style, I’ll be looking at this from a sartorial point of view.

1. Wear suits

I work at a bank during the day as a teller, and we’re not required to wear suits.  Just a dress shirt, dress pants, and a necktie.  But I figured that I should get my grown man on in the new year and invest in quality, but affordable suits for work, as well as for the weekends.  You never know what’s gonna pop up, and you wanna look good in case something does.

2. Get an iPhone

apple-iphone-3gs Believe it or not, fashion and technology go hand in hand.  And the war that went on in my head for the past 5 or so months has finally come to a screeching halt.  I’ve decided to get an iPhone over a Blackberry.  I just appreciate the duality involved in having a phone that can store copious amounts of music instead of having a cell phone and an iPod.  In 2010, let’s just kill two birds with one stone…figuratively of course.  We don’t want PETA to come a-knockin’:)

3. Casual Trousers

And lastly,

4. Donate!

I recently cleaned out my closet and separated the things that I don’t wear anymore from the things I do, and wound up with a ton of things to donate.  It’s always good to spread some cheer, even after the holidays.  And it’ll definitely make you feel better to know that you helped someone.  Plus, the closet space will surprise you.
