Alexander Wang is now in even more trouble than he was before. Wenyu Lu, one of the laborers in Wang’s alleged sweatshop, is filing to take his $50 million dollar lawsuit against the designer to federal court. Wang’s people maintain that the accusations brought against the designer and his brother, Dennis, are false. “The claims of sweatshop conditions were completely and utterly untrue in every respect.”  (NY Post)

Spurr is now the newest designer to join in on this ongoing game of fashion musical chairs. The designer said in an email that he is “not at liberty to say anything about what’s gone on,” so we’ll have to wait to see what juicy details leak out about this departure in the upcoming weeks.
