• For the umpteempth time, Forever 21 is being sued for copyright infringement. Independent label Feral Childe, popular for its eco-friendly designs, is suing over a pattern the fast fashion giant has very obviously knocked off. Like any good corporate entity, Forever 21 denies all guilt, instead impressing the blame upon their suppliers. The owner, Do Wan “Don” Chang, says the company trusts their suppliers and cannot check every item to ensure originality. So as to make sure all parties are held responsible, Feral Childe is also suing Forever 21’s suppliers! In spite of the numerous times they’ve been sued, Forever 21 has never been found guilty of copyright infringement. We’ll see what happens as this case unfolds! (The Cut)
