    • President Barack Obama has come under fire for agreeing to be interviewed by Glamour magazine. While he would not be the first President to talk to the ladymag, (George W. Bush sat down with the glossy in January 2008,) conservative pundits and political enthusiasts think Mr. Obama has far more important things to attend to than a frivolous piece full of softball questions. National Review writer Jim Geraghty told WWD“The grumbling about Obama’s fluff interviews would be quieter if the country were in a time of peace and prosperity, or if he hadn’t gone close to eight weeks without a press conference. Obama may be getting more grief than Bush did, but the state of the country might have voters less patient about the fluff interviews than in a normal political environment.” What do you think?     • The folks over at Gucci are working hard to eliminate “cybersquatters” websites who use the brand’s name to peddle counterfeit Gucci wares. The Italian design house is looking to shut down six impostor websites. With the luck luxury brand have had this year when it comes to copyright infringement, there is no doubt each of the offending sites will be shut down. (Vogue UK)

    Nordstrom has tapped Push Girls star Angela Rockwood to model for their newest campaign. The 37-year-old Rockwood was left paralyzed and wheelchair bound after a car accident 11 years ago, which forced her to abandon dreams of a modeling career.
