Happy Monday Fashion Bombers and Bombshells!  A new month is here, and hopefully none of you were pranked on Friday.  Luckily, I steered clear of all of it.  But it seems as though a few celebs were out to get us when they stepped out this weekend.  While some of them looked amazing at awards shows and events, others left question marks over our heads while letting out a “hmm…”  Let’s take a look!

First up is Rihanna, who belted it out at the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards…

 And pardon my French, but hot damn!  The songstress came out with a new pixie-cut hairdo, and I am completely on board.  She wore a white dress with fringe details at the top, and black platform pumps.  One of the best looks this year, so far, for Rih Rih in my opinion.  Hot!

And over at the 24th Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, young Hollywood stepped out and showed up…

Willow and Jaden Smith were in attendance…

The hip and always fashion forward sibling powerhouse duo took to the orange carpet; Willow in a gold, crushed velvet playsuit and nude/beige gladiator wedges.  Jaden donning a black blazer, gray skinny jeans, and fly sneakers.  Hot!

The Sisters Kardashian made an appearance, sans Khloe, and took their younger sisters Kendall and Kylie to the festivities…

I love how they always seem to have a color scheme going on, but still manage to not look so…”matchy matchy”.  They all wore some variation of the color pink and nude shoes.  Kourtney wearing more of a coral color, but it still doesn’t throw anything off.  Hot!

Keke Palmer was also in the building…

Now, before you all go off saying how short her black sequined, asymmetric dress is, (which I agree to some degree), she made a smart choice by going with a shoe that wasn’t sky high to balance the look out.  She’s growing up.  Let’s not forget she’s barely a teeny-bopper anymore.  I love the yellow purse as well: adding a pop of color to the ensemble.  Hot!

Rosario Dawson also came through, showing her love for the kids…

All smiles, the actress wore a black, asymmetric dress with ruffled details about the shoulder and tulle.  I love the green clutch and her nude wedges.  Hot!

Switching gears a bit, Kelis partied it up at TAO Nightclub in Vegas…

I absolutely love her Brian Lichtenberg jacket and that funky headpiece Anna Dello Russo would probably lust after. But there’s something about the dress that doesn’t sit comfortably with me. Hmm… if it was all white, the look could have survived for me. She completes her look with peep toe Giuseppe Zanotti booties.

Eva Marcille modernized an old Hollywood look in a glamorous striped dress with a bow belt…

I have absolutely no idea where she’s going, but wherever it is, she probably got tons of eyerolls in the name of envy.  She looks HOT!  I love the classic appeal of the hat and earrings, and when you get down to the boots, there’s an unexpected, yet very pleasant surprise.  Eva rocked it!

Jordin Sparks sang the National Anthem at an L.A. Dogers game this weekend…

Wearing a blue bell sleeve blouse and black leggings, the songbird looked super cute as usual, and National Anthem appropriate.

And last, but not least, is Ashanti who was out celebrating her sister’s birthday…

Absolutely love the shoes.  The dress…hmm… I feel like tight, thigh skimming dresses are all she wears when she’s clubbing.  I’d love to see her in a jumpsuit or separates.  And the eyeshadow is just a bit severe for me.
