Hot! or Hmm… Jada Pinkett Smith in Giorgio Armani at the Men in Black 3 South Korea Premiere

Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett Smith are no strangers to international travel and naturally, both were in attendance at the Men in Black 3 Premiere in South Korea. Will looked pretty fresh in a houndstooth suit, while Jada went for full-on glam in a wide-leg sequin jumpsuit from Giorgio Armani:

Jada pulled her hair back into a sleek ponytail and went fresh-faced with minimal jewelry to let her ensemble play centerstage. Gorgeous!

Jada is tiny and voluminous silhouettes sometimes swallow petite frames, but I love this jumpsuit on her. It is so unique and so befitting of her style.

Hot! or Hmm… Ashley Madekwe’s Naeem Khan Private Dinner Naeem Khan Dress and House of Harlow 1960 Orlina Leopard Clutch

Ashley Madekwe was spotted at designer Naeem Khan’s star-studded private dinner in Los Angeles:

The actress wore a silver grid sheath dress from the designer with a $255 House of Harlow 1960 Orlina Leopard Pony Clutch and Leather Pigalle Pumps from Christian Louboutin:

She gave her look some color with a coral lip. Hot!

Her calf hair box clutch features an eye-catching leopard print and a jeweled jaguar head clasp.

Ashley is stunning and I love this dress, but the look turns strange with the addition of her clutch. I would have loved to see an elaborate, black feather style in its place, as the leopard clashes in a major way.

Mary J Blige sang the National Anthem at the 138th Kentucky Derby in a ravishing red ensemble:

The “No More Drama” singer slipped on a red ruffled one shoulder cocktail, accented by red suede pumps, a red hat, and red satin gloves. She added interest with Lorraine Schwartz rose cut diamond earrings and a diamond bracelet.

Hmm..I think I would’ve loved this outfit more minus the gloves…but then again, her accessories are appropriate considering the event. The dress is cute, shoes are popping, hat works. Hot!

Hot! or Hmm… First Lady Michelle Obama’s 3rd Annual Warrior Games Preen Spring 2012 Chequers Dress

First Lady Michelle Obama was in attendance at the 3rd Annual Warrior Games in Colorado Springs, paying tribute to over 200 wounded servicemen. She went bold in a Chequers Dress from Preen’s Spring 2012 collection:

Her knee-length sheath dress features a colorful checker print for a bold Spring look. FLOTUS accessorized with turquoise pumps to continue the color trend.

Her exact dress isn’t available for purchase, but the $505 Scuba Printed Stretch Jersey Dress gives you a taste of the pattern.

I am constantly impressed by the way our First Lady wears color! From colorblocking to bold prints, she gets it right and never plays it safe.

J.Lo’s fashionable turns on American Idol continue! For the Top 5 Live show, the diva opted for a red knee length dress by Yeojin Bae, accented by $1,395 Christian Louboutin ‘Sex’ Pumps:

Her Spring 2012 dress features a form skimming silhouette and a ‘nude’ mesh insert.

Her explicit pumps have a 4.7″ heel with a crystal embellishment at the toe.

I want to love this ensemble, but the mesh detail on the dress takes away the look. Perhaps if the mesh were closer to her skin tone…or didn’t exist altogether. Not her best look, but the pumps are hot!

Hot! or Hmm… Selita Ebanks’s Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation Luncheon Turquoise Dress and Alexander McQueen Leather Multi Strand Heels

Selita Ebanks was spotted at the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America’s 19th Annual Women of Distinction Luncheon in New York City. For the occasion, she wore a turquoise knee-length gown with $1,219 Alexander McQueen Leather Multi Strand Heels:

She accessorized with minimal jewelry and for beauty, she rocked a fresh face and sleek, straight hair. Flawless!

Her hazelnut brown sandals feature leather strands, central knotted panels, and 5.5″ faux horn heels with a slight curve.

Hot! The heels seem a bit out of place with the look as her dress is so ladylike, but they are fabulous in their own right.

Hot! or Hmm…: Rihanna’s New York City Ksubi Graphic Tee

Rihanna is back in NYC and was seen out and about sans makeup, rocking a $80 Ksubi Tee:

Her tee features the fun phrase, “If I were riding a horse I’d wear flannel, but I’m going to the disco so I wear Channel.” Poking fun at one of the world’s most popular brands are we?

It isn’t available for purchase, but I am guessing Rih Rih picked it up during her Australian pursuits for “Battleship” since the brand hails from the Land Down Under.

The brand’s $80 “Royalty, Terrorism, and the Tweets” tee is a similar, controversial option.

Sigh. Rihanna is back to her denim on denim! I think the tee is awesome and I’m not even mad at the boyfriend jeans, but this look is definitely in need of a heel or some fly sneakers, as well as a leather jacket. Hmmm on those dusty flats, Rih, we know you can do better.

Hot! or Hmm… Jennifer Lopez’s Tour Press Conference Lanvin Spring 2012 Snake Embellished Dress

To announce her upcoming tour with Enrique Iglesias, Jennifer Lopez held a press conference, and chose quite a frock for the occasion. The American Idol judge slipped on a $7,835 snake embellished dress from Lanvin and $695 Giuseppe Zanotti ankle strap double platform pumps to break the big news.

This silk on lycra dress is bedazzled with Swarovski crystals that creep from the left panel all the way around to the neckline, where the sparkly snake menacingly rests its head.

Her double platform pumps have a 5.75″ heel.

At first, I gave this frock a Scooby Doo “rrow?” because I wasn’t sure what was going on, but after taking a closer look, I realized that I’m just in love with this dress. Lanvin rarely ever makes something that I don’t like, and this time is no exception. Her look is a Hot! for me.
