In the age of Facebook, picture overload, and short attention spans, it’s easy to be bombarded then bored by images of certain silhouettes.
Raven Symone attended last night’s 18th Annual Race To Erase MS Gala in a long skirt and a top reminiscent of the super popular American Apparel Gloria V Neck Mesh Top:

This particular bestseller has been around for years. It was first spied (on a celebrity) on Angela Simmons around June 2009.

Khloe Kardashian and bestie Malika Haqq were spied in the same top as recently as a week ago.

When we pitted Angela Simmons against the two friends in a “Who Wore it Better?” Post, a lot of comments said, “This top is so old, let it die” and “Can we let this AA bodysuit die already?!?!?! Everybody & their grandmother has worn this thing. This horse has been beaten, buried, and burned!” Others said that I was late with the photos when in fact I wasn’t–two years later this is still a hot commodity!
And why shouldn’t it be? It’s sexy, saucy, and apparently looks good on many body types.
But at what point should people pack certain pieces in or walk them over to Goodwill?
