I’m sure that you, like all of us, kept up with the fashion that Rihanna brought during the fall/winter fashion week season. The talk of the town was this Gareth Pugh striped sheer number from his Spring/Summer 2010 collection. This obviously wouldn’t go unnoticed and “uncopied.” Enter Topshop’s Knitted Stripe Dress.
Almost identical to Pugh’s dress, the only difference is the missing turtleneck…and of course the cost. Topshop’s version is definitely a steal at $80, compared to Pugh’s which could easily be in the thousands.

Pugh’s is obviously better looking/quality, but for the ‘trendy’ piece that is this dress, Top Shop wins!
Actually, I see a big difference… the stripes. The top shop dress is transparent over the breast area, covers the stomach and reveals hip line, the Pugh dress, has smaller stripes and does the opposite. it covers the breast area and reveals below and above it to prevent you from having to wear an additional garment underneath or just be totally raunchy and breast exposed. I am going to look and see if I can find a picture of the back, so I can see the action with the crack.. ya dig?
