The ladies took London by storm for the 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards. From lacy and romantic to bright and form-fitting, no red carpet dress was alike.

Let’s get into the night’s looks:

Jessica Alba wore a black lace and tulle gown from Alexander McQueen and accessorized with a clutch from the brand. She pulled her hair back to let her dress play centerstage and wore simple diamond jewelry. I usually love Jessica’s looks, but this one falls flat! I would have loved long loose curls and red lips. It needs a pop!

Kelly Rowland looked beautiful in a black and white print Maria Grachvogel gown. Clearly, high-neck silhouettes are her new go-to as she also wore one last week at the “Hotel Noir” Event.

Eva Longoria gave the night a pop of color in an orange Victoria Beckham dress and her beloved Brian Atwood Follow Me Sandals. Hot!

Floral was Alesha Dixon’s print of choice, as she chose a high-low dress in the Spring-perfect print with lace detailing. She accessorized with $895 Jimmy Choo Virginia Caged Sandals. This is a pretty look, but for the red carpet? Not so much.

Sofia Vergara also opted for prints in a strapless Zac Posen dress and a pair of Christian Louboutin peep-toe pumps. I love the addition of her amethyst drop earrings. She’s quite the bombshell isn’t she? was one of the only gentlemen at the event and he was his normal quirky self in a yellow bomber, gold bow tie, and a black, white, and gold suit of sorts. I often wonder where he buys his clothing: he never looks like anyone else!

Last, but not least was a designer we’ve featured often in the past two weeks: Donatella Versace. In Versace of course. She definitely keeps her body on point because squeezing into a dress from her fashion house is no easy feat!

That’s all folks! Who had your favorite looks?
