• Mail Bombs: Kerry Washington’s J. Mendel Dress, Kelis’ Striped Top, and Metallic Oxfords!

It’s time the end of another fabulous week!
    Let’s solve some Mail Bombs…!
First, Whitney says, “Kerry Washington is always stunning, but this dress in particular speaks to me.”

“… It’s such a great spring piece. Who’s it by? Thanks!”
According to Red Carpet Fashion Awards, Kerry is wearing a J. Mendel creation. It’s not currently available in stores, but I’ll post once it is.
Next, Kim says, “Can you tell me who Beyonce’s tee is by and where I can find one? “

According to several sources, Bey is wearing is wearing this $650 Thomas Wylde Nevermind t-shirt:

YES. Hands down the most expensive t-shirt ever. If you refuse to spend $600 on a cotton t, get the look with these:

Next, Tonya asks, “Where can I get Kelis’ top?”

    “…It’s so cute!”
We did you one better and found Kelis whole outfit for you! Check it:

In a wardrobe query, Sonia says, “I have fallen madly in love with Church’s $425 Metallic Brogues.”

“… I want the white and silver shoe, however I want it with a less pricey price tag. Can you and the wunderkinds of the Fashion Bomb find a similar shoe at a recessionista price point?”
We did our best to find you the following lower priced alternatives:

Lastly, Kehinde says, “My girls and I recently went to a party and we rocked the “all black everything” look…it was a good look but then one of them suggested we try the color RED for our next event. Now, I’m all iffy about it cuz I don’t really own anything in red nor do I like the color but since the rest of the clique is down, I said I’d ‘ponder’ it. My question is, could y’all find it in your hearts to put a few outfits together (please, preferably no dresses but I’ll take what I can get) that’ll make “all red everything” look appealing to me?”
Hey Kehinde! All red everything might be hard to pull off because the color is so vibrant and eye catching. My suggestion (if you don’t want to wear a dress) would be to break up the monotony by using different prints, textures, and accessories (think a fun belt). Use these separates as inspiration:

    Hope that was helpful!
