The lovely Kerry Washington attended Baselworld rocking a Black and White dress from Giambattista Valli’s Resort 2016 collection:
The dress features a slight plunging neckline, and black floral pedals stitched throughout a sheer white panel skirt. 
Kerry opted to ditch the pants that were shown with the collection and paired with black pumps.
She looks hot! I always love her outfits.
