Usually I’m on the fence about Ciara’s fashion choices, but this hot! It’s simple, but chic and the hair has definitely grown on me!
I absolutely love this dress! I think because of the sheer top, she could’ve definitely gone for an embellished earring instead of the statement necklace but it doesn’t look too bad. This hair still isn’t growing on me. I secretly (but not so secretly) wish she had her long hair to sleek back into bun :(
