Today’s Bombshell is all the way from down under! Take a look at Tinashe from Brisbane, Australia:

Tinashe aka Lady T writes, “I would describe my style as a ‘walking contradiction.'”

“…Because I feel everyday gives me an opportunity to display my eclectic fashion persona.”

“I would love to be featured on your blog as I am long time reader and admirer.”

“…In fact almost a year ago, this blog is one of the reasons I started my very own blog: www.tview.tumblr.com.”

“… I created the blog because I am often asked by people what I am wearing and where I got it. Not to mention I wanted to keep a fashion diary…”

I’d say your looks are pretty classic with a dash of fun (loving that midi close fit patterned dress!). I only would have liked to see a greater variety in your shoe choices, but overall you represent for the Aussies!
What say you?

  1. Was she going for the infamous “Lil Kim” pose in the leopard jumpsuit? Just making a joke. No Bueno on fashion.

  2. I was all for it with the yellow and purple color block (minus the shoes) but what the hell is up with the leopard jumpsuit and that pose? Caught me totally off guard, whoa!

  3. She looks great! Stylish and demure and not wearing high heels for the sake of it as though just wearing high heels finishes off a look. Go gurrl

  4. Go girl! Looks like UK style. Classic and feminine. You can see that she has a great figure

  5. claire…. WTF. 1. those disaster braids have got to go 2. shes all about a comfy shoe apparently and 3. well the obvious CATSUIT CAT. I think y’all be prankin us sometimes cuz this dont make no damn sense

  6. Agree with posters above, that jumpsuit shot was completely not what I was expecting from the previous pictures. Made me feel like I was on another site for a minute. On the positive side, I do love the yellow and black midi dress but feel it would have popped more with different shoes.

  7. That white shirt/bow tie combo looks kinda cute, but it’s the only one. That leopard print catsuit..That pose…I.Can’t. Oh gosh…take several seats ma’am _/ _/ _/ _/ .

  8. I jumped back from the computer from the leopard crotch shot. OMG chile please stop with that.

  9. Definitely some hits and misses. I think she has some great pieces but the execution is a bit off. If she works on fine tuning her style a bit and how she pairs things, I think she’ll be lovely! And I wasn’t going to say anything but that leopard jumpsuit shot….*side eye*

  10. Nice looks.

But that catsuit.. I mean..wow.. this is more of a bedroom thing! We can see every line of your body *coughcoochsneeze* o_0

  11. um….
I like the yellow and black dress. I wish she would have put a long blazer or something over that leopard print catsuit. And busting it wide open on Fashionbomb is not the business take that to MTO. I think she may need a redo

  12. i think most of her outfits are cute, particularly the buttondown with the bowtie and studded flats. the leopard jumpsuit and the in your face pose didn’t really work at all though.

  13. Cute clothes except that catsuit. My mouth dropped and I clutched my pearls at that one. 8-O The shoes were also pretty horrid.

  14. I came for the comments, cause I already know….
    Lol!! Wow…

I’ll keep quiet though. I will let the chica’s who are interested know that the yellow and black midi dress is from ASOS.

  15. I’m at work and my boss was like, what are you looking at? Lol, I hadn’t realized she was talking about the “Lil Kim/Nikki Minage” pose. Lol! Um, I do like the last outfit and the patterned dress as well.

  16. LOL ^comment @gdanielle, yeah I’ve been seeing that dress for quite a while now..but her style is okay overall not my thing but it’s cool.

  17. I can’t…No really I can’t…rendered speechless from the Lil’Kim-esque pose. And usually I couldn’t care less about how they pose.

  18. they got black folk in Australia? w/ the exception of the marginalized aboriginal people. but yeah, the legs- wide- open shot was rather disturbing! the outfits were banal!

  19. lmao @ the ‘buss it wide open’ pose. better shoes would REALLY change all of her outfits.

  20. Oh.
…why does everyone do that “oh, look whats on the ground pose?”

I like the yellow peplum skirt and the studded loafers though.

  21. NO MA”AM she needs a wopping for that pose! That alone should have made her submission completely INELIGIBLE

  22. @gdanielle and NikkibellaRay

I have that dress and I’ve had it for some time now and yes I brought it from ASOS. It all depends on how you rock it. I haven’t worn mine yet and I haven’t seen anyone around my way in it and I’m going to rock it proudly. So Sorry Boo!Boo!
I’m tired of red bottoms but that won’t stop girls from buying them.

  23. I’m sorry, this is not style to me. If it works for her cool, but this is just not inspirational to me.

  24. the comments are giving me jokes. the last leopard print photo is her fave according to her blog. we all beg to differ.

  25. Those shoes should never been worn with that yellow and black dress. no ma’am

  26. LOL @ all these ‘catsuit’ comments. I kinda get the pose she was going for, but she shouldn’t have tried it in a skin-tight catsuit.

Shoes really can make or break an outfit, as seen with quite a few of her pics. The only outfit that I’m feeling is the white top with the bow… casual cool.

  27. I’m crying just reading these comments. But none of these looks work. You’re an exotic girl. Lose the braids, mix your pieces, it’s clear you know what to buy, just bring it together better.

  28. @mi manning, Australia is a common destination for migration from Africa, so yes, aside from Aboriginal Australians (who actually come in all colours including a “white” complexion because their genes respond very strongly to admixing and the colour “breeds out” so to speak after only one or two generations of mixed relationships, but nonetheless these people are legitimately Aboriginal) Australia does have quite a large “black” population.

Love to see Australia represented! The colour block look, the white blouse look and the brush stroke dress are all fantastic on you. And yellow is your colour!

  29. Im at work enough said… people looking over my shoulder talking about, there goes stephanie looking at the porn site…REALLY …

  30. Honestly, I love the yellow dress. But uhh that leopard suit & that pose -_- all wrong lol

  31. She has nice pieces, but she just doesn’t looked polished and put together. The crotch picture was just tasteless and should have been submitted to a site other than this one.

  32. She has more style than she gives off in these pictures. She has a couple of nice ensembles on her blog. However, none of these looks are complete. The white button down with the tie would have been nice had she pulled here hair up, and wore a tailored pant. The yellow and black midi, I adore, but her choice of shoes and once again her hair didn’t match. She just has a bit more evolving to do! Helpful comments will help her get there, let’s not bash! Its all love!

  33. Y’all r living in the dark ages- that catsuit shot is AH-mazing!! In Australia, 99% of the population wear singlets, board shorts and thongs so seeing this is like a breath of fresh air. Love to see women out there being individual and rocking looks with confidence. Lol and yes, we do have Africans here- as well as every other race in the world. Broaden ur minds ppl!!

  34. For those who don’t know, YES there are black people in Australia and New Zealand. I visited both countries for the first time in December. In Australia, I was in Brisbane and there is a lot of fashion and style there. In Brisbane, I visited Adelaide Street. I found the prices on clothing, shoes, etc. to be extremely high in both countries in comparison to the states. Great to see black style from “The Land Down Under”.

  35. I thinks he just has to learn how to bring it together, and relax with the posing if there is one thing that will keep me clicking the X button to a blog is the posing, legs open showing the goods just isn’t in good taste, but to each it’s own.

  36. Per the “Crotch Shot” I can kind of see what you wanted to portray there, but a bent knee, or broader shoulder with a killer dead on look to the camera would have been more suitable. It would give the illusion of a “cat like” stare. Just a suggestion from a photographer :)
