Hey Guys!
Today we have 20-year-old Remi from London as our Bombshell of the Day:

She says, “My style is cheap and cheerful, with a little expensive taste!”

“… I love vintage everything.”

“… I have 3 key items that make up my outfits, which are: Chino’s, BIG vintage cardigans and Vans shoes, normally followed by a top-knot hairstyle.”

“… I believe people should wear what they like, be influenced, but don’t imitate.”

Great outlook! And I love your phrase, “Cheap and cheerful with expensive taste.” Too cute.
What do you guys think of Remi?

  1. Not feeling her style at all but I too love her “Cheap and cheerful with expensive taste.” attitude. As long as you love it that’s all that matters!

    Wear what you LOVE!

  2. no spark….it’s more flattering to wear one vintage piece with newer pieces, than an entire vintage outfit.

  3. no sparks….it’s more flattering to wear one vintage piece with newer pieces, than an entire vintage outfit.

  4. I’m loving her look. Nothing wrong with rocking vintage pieces together. Especially love her philosophy. Maybe I’m biased because I do similar things with my own look lol.

  5. No. Gorgeous girl though. I actually remember dressing like this in the 80’s early 90’s. Not really a decade I’d care to go back and dabble in…..

  6. That look with the blouse/shorts/scarf/chunky heels is fabulous! The rest doesn’t speak to me as such, but I can dig it for her. It suits her, she’s not trying too hard. That is always stylish!

  7. The up-close pic is super cute. I’m not really a fan of her style but she seems confident and true to herself so kudos to her. :)

  8. Love her confidence, sense of self, and her outlook on style … I’m just not feeling hers!!!

  9. I have a feelin that if she wasnt so attractive her style would look kind of off . But she is so…

  10. Ummm…no thank you. Everything looks outdated and not in a fresh vintage vibe. Not to mention the ill proportions going on here. I think she should try mixing her thrift duds with some classic pieces.

  11. Wow. That first pic with the sweater tucked into the high waisted jeans is straight out of 1983 – and NOT in a good way! Sorry for the negative comment but I had an averse reaction. I like some 80s trends, but there’s a reason we’ve grown up since then – time should move us forward not back.

  12. How can u judge another persons fashion when fashion is art and comes from your soul?… Of course a lot of people aren’t feeling it because they literally aren’t her thus didnot feel what inspired her to pick out each and every outfit.. Her style is unique. Is there a rule on how many vintage items one can wear at once?—> where did that bizarre rule come from. … Lol oh wait that isn’t a rule.. Because THERE ARE NO RULES IN FASHION!..

I HATE when people attempt to critique art. Sorry it can’t be done.

  13. If fashion is art. Art is supposed to evoke an emotion. Emotions are reactions. A reactions is how one feels about something. Feelings are, at most times, expressed through critiques.

Lovely, confident girl. Her look does nothing for me, but it is hers none the less and I can respect that. Second hand is not necessarily vintage though.

  14. No. Art is simply an form of expression. It’s not ‘supposed’ to do anything.

Vintage: Vintage clothing is a generic term for new or second hand garments originating from a previous era. The phrase is also used in connection with a retail outlet, e.g. “vintage clothing store.”
    (actual definition)

    …right.

  15. Love the fact that her style is truely throwback! She has no problem rocking the cool (and not-so-cool) pieces from the 90’s and she’s very confident.

The only thing I suggest is a tiny bit more accessories. They ad pazzaz to any outfit!

  16. @kandi h.- what? then why is there an entire indudstry based on critiquing art? art critics? movie critics? book critics? FASHION CRITICS? critiquing art or self expression is DONE EVERYDAY. so get real, there is nothing wrong with it. and you may have missed the premise of the commentary section on fashion bomb posts but if you scroll up it literally asks what we think about the person’s style. if you have an issue with this, maybe YOU should skip the commentary section instead trying to scold everybody else for saying what they think.

  17. beautiful girl, not feeling her style though. my biggest fashion pet peeve is ill-fitting clothing and she’s too cute to be drowning in all that over-sized clothing…

  18. Style Is Not A Debate Of Era,Match Or Rules I Personally Think It’s An Extention Of Soul, Because We Wear What Our Body Feels In The Mood To Wear And Create Our Own Fashion. You Can’t Have A Mind And Body Without Spirituality, In A Shell Of Unique Style Remi Dropped An A-Bomb (Fashionably).
    Thanks lol.
