Great photography! I like all your looks, but love your slightly untucked denim/rocker combination the most.

  1. Your style is very nice, but your hair weaves are a nightmare. Each outfit was spoiled simply because the hair was not on point. Love the color and print play. Beautiful body, but figure out what you are going to do with your hair weaves.

  2. Colors? Prints? Umm…..I see nothing African inspired here! But yes chillee….that HAIR WHEW. But we’re not here for that. Style is O K. Nothing special.

  3. IN ORDER TO BE A FASHIONBOMB YOUR HAIR MUST ALSO BE ON POINT. THAT’S PART OF THE ENTIRE LOOK.

  4. My two faves were the leopard harem pants and the look with the plaid jacket and red pumps.

  5. Why can’t she use some of her clothes money to get her hair done? Does D.C. not have good salons?

  6. Very good style. I say this with love—I think she could do better with the hair but she definitely has fierce style!

  7. I also agree with Miss. Boston. Great looks. But i couldnt get past the hair. If i had to choose, the Denim look would be my fave.

  8. I like some of your looks! Your great outfits get lost in the hair tho…you should def lose the wigs umm they look real bad.

  9. Beautiful woman, hot clothes, and accessories. I do think she’d look even chicer if she practiced “less is more” and removed one or two pieces per fit. Her skin is to die for!

  10. Nothing classic about her style at all. Those bombshells and their bad use of adjectives…smh. And those wigs, can they get anymore awful?

  11. ? Is she wearing Jennifer Hudson’s old wigs/weaves??? Her style is so on point, but her hair is a MAJOR fail!

  12. The term “classic” is used too loosely…and unfortunately doesn’t apply.

  13. THE 1ST PIC IS GIVING ME LA BELLE ALL DAY ERRYDAY!:

Gitchi gitchi ya ya da da
    Gitchi gitchi ya ya here
    Mocca chocalata ya ya
    Creole Lady Marmalade

loved it! plus, those killer cheekbones are her ultimate accessory!

Hey sister, go sister, soul sister, go sister! Lol ;-D

  14. All biscuits! A nice, mature bombshell. Fav fits: red blazer, red dress. I think blazers suit you best when they fall further down the hip.

  15. Everybody wants to wear pets on their heads. Hair does not always equate, femininity. I cannot believe that of all the fake hair on the planet, that made the cut. The denim looks amazing.

  16. Haha RHONYC, Donna Summer channelling in the first pic, to me. Lovely looking woman. Restrained style. Not a fan of the wigs.

  17. I like the looks and I’m surprised that these looks fly in a conservative town like D.C. I do have to agree with the first comment on the hair. A better hairstylist will make all the difference.

  18. Great fashion pieces but that hair. Chile if I was you I would burn it! Set it on fire! It took away from your style I would recommend getting natural looking textures like yaki and kinky and if your wearing a wig push it back so that lt on your hairline

  19. First, we are here to look at style not hair. Second, I would love to see all of your different hairstyles ATM. If you can’t see pass the hair maybe you should close your eyes. Maybe you want to give her some money to hire a hairstylist, or why don’t you become her hairstylist? SMH.

  20. I like the 2nd & 3rd looks the best. I was hoping to see maybe some prints or accessories inspired from her African heritage.

I agree with the above statement that it’s a little silly to say one can’t get past her hair to look at her style. It must be unfortunate to not be able to multitask. I do think a shorter hairstyle would compliment her cheekbones more; but there’s a way to add input without sounding like every catty cliché of women rolled in one comment box.

  21. Im sorry, but your hair, and especially your weave must be on point if you want your entire look to be perfect. Her style is nice though.

  22. beautiful complexion…some hits, some misses as there are some pieces that work. minor detail “editing” to her look would make all the difference. when you’re critiquing someone’s picture, you’re looking at head to toe.

  23. Kike- please. If she can afford these outfits, she can afford to fix her hair. Hair is something that is EASILY changed- for her it may just be a matter of getting a different wig… or maybe just styling the one she has.

She is a beautiful woman for sure, but that hair is ruining her.

  24. Cute outfits, but the hair! Bad hair can ruin an entire outfit. So mad at you, Lol.

  25. I’m from DC and that does no justice to the city! Although most claim they’re from DC and really live in the surrounding areas of MD and VA, but no I’m sorry Hmmm….no MA”AM!

  26. A short cut would do wonders for u darling. Overall ok style but I agree with others, if your hair isn’t on point it kind of ruins the whole look. After all, being a fashion bombshell isn’t just about the clothes, it’s about the entire look.

  27. Sole…you submitted your photos on an african american blog and you don’t expect them comment on your wig ?? Like your style, the wig’s gotta go!

  28. btw, i meant I LIKE YOUR STYLE !!

p.s: just came back from bellanaija, and judging from the comments, see what i mean about your audience and their focus on hair… contrasting!

  29. Wig!! (In my NeNe voice) and too many accessories! SMH! Love the denim look, this is all!

  30. Really like her style! The hair is such a shame. Looks like duty, matted Barbie hair. She’s too cute and too stylish for that.

  31. I sense shade “I like your locks” and then comment on her looks(outfits) if the letters were close to together I would give it a pass. could be wrong

  32. Then people wonder why women empowerment is falling around the world! You can give constructive criticism without being mean in the process. Women like to pick on each other way too much.

@Ms. Sole.. your style is on point! Do you boo!

  33. I too wanted to love her looks but couldn’t see pass her hair.

@2 cents Yes, DC have a ton of nice salons! They’re even girls “around the way” that can lay some tracks!

  34. Women empowerment is failing because we won’t tell our beloved sisters about their bad hair hats.

  35. Wow people are gonna go on about her hair, when her skin, legs and body are off the chain???… Tell em why you mad boo! Go Miss Sole love your looks and your shoe game is adorable!

  36. style is cute but agreeing with the above statements, that hair is a constant nightmare.

  37. I get so annoyed reading comments on a site where you’re supposed to give your opinion and then everyone is mad about someone voicing their opinion. That’s the point of these comment boxes!!! When you submit to be a fashion bomb you are placing yourself in a position to be judged. Some will be nice and some will purposely go in for the kill. Deal with it.

  38. I think her style is simply chic, very A-line and I love it, right up my ally. I think she’s had enough comments on her hair, so no need to add anymore.
    Blessings

  39. @MonaLisa_310: yes, that is puzzling. I have to say that this site isn’t anywhere near as bad as one interior decorating blog that I like to visit; they go IN.

  40. DC has a lot of nice salons she hasn’t visited one.

Her wig and fierce face was making on the fence with Trannylishis or Strong Face

Her style is cute but not inspiring

  41. I think that her hair looks fine. I honestly don’t see what the problem is with her hair. If she chooses to wear wigs, then that is her business. Why are you people taking Advil for someone else’s headache. She has a nice figure and beautiful skin. I like her style too. Her body wears clothes well.

  42. Wow Ms. Sole..I am so sorry about some kf those ignorant comments…I think you look Great! U kilt it in denim and I have a similar red dress that u helped me with..Basic stylings are basic for a reason..It Werks!.. #Wild Hair

  43. I like it! But I’d love to know when the hell dc became “conservative” ???? As one commenter mentioned (°_o)

But I am in agreement that her is a part of style/fashion. I don’t care for the wigs but as long as she is comfortable in the skin/hair she’s in…that all that matters.

  44. The outfits are nice but I will just repeat what everyone else has been saying- the hair is a mess.
Seriously boo, how can you look in the mirror and be okay with that hair?
