  1. I love the look with the heel-less JCs! How do they feel? Saw them in a a store yesterday, but my size wasn’t available to try on.
That clutch in the last pic is hot!

  2. Love it…Brilliance…And is that how those damn nightwalkers look on a person? Not impressed..Happy I passed. The shoes are dope though lol

  3. Ummm….. O_O ….. am I not seeing the same thing yall are? That dress with the stars….HORRIFIC (What is she in pre-k?)! Zebra, Red & Blue thing…..HORRIFIC! Love the fit of the pants, but all of that is doing way too much. Her hair is very on point tho! Do you girlie!

  4. The fuchsia pant and burgundy dress look fab on you. I always wish I was tall enough to pull of a wide trouser. Those heeless shoes are so trippy to my eye, I don’t see the appeal, but folks love them

  5. I would never wear the heel-less shoes but she worked it with the star dress. I don’t like anything, ANYTHING zebra though.

  6. I like her blog..she got better looks on their…I guess Im the few that like the Zebra look LOL

  7. I like all of her outfits :) I didn’t like that asymmetrical dress at first but I think it showcased the shoes well.

  8. Thank you so much for the love and opinions…LOL.I sincerely appreciate all your comments. For those of you wondering about the JC “Night Walkers”, they are amazing and super comfortable!! Most people LOL when they here that but they really are. The only thing that is a little tricky is balance at first bc the platform is so high, but after a couple of wears you will be golden! =0)

  9. I like every look. A girl after my heart.

I own that “falling stars dress” and it got MANY compliments (Nasty Gal . com) Your shoes rock though; I wore a basic black point toe. #inspired

Stars are huge right now (search this blog to be schooled) and I love assym. anything LOL

The burgundy dress is my fav look. Would love to wear something like that on Xmas day….hmmmm…Thank you for submitting!!!!

  10. OMG!!! I couldn’t scroll down fast enough to say that this lady’s style is THE BOMB!!! Get it girl! I am in love with the Zebra striped jacket with light blue top and red bell bottoms. Mu-ah! Delicious!

  11. I likey her blog!!! There are wayyyy better photos and outfits on there…these are some ok pics but the color blocked outfit’s shoes…fabulous…adding her to my daily reads!

  12. I looooove everything!!
She looks great, refreshing style, does not clash with her body type, yet is not boring.

  13. All of the looks are fierce!! Not only can she dress, style and look amazing!!! She has a sweet, loving and humble soul. Doing BIG things. #inspiring

  14. Finichia you are finished. Who stole the rest of this girls dress? Looks like the stars I used to get on my report card, when i was in 2nd grade! The red clown pants with stilts underneath them, no. Good thing the circus only comes to town once a year. Purple bridesmaid dresses are only meant to be worn at weddings. And girl maybe you don’t live in the hood but standing under a streetlight with spandex on is dangerou$!!

  15. I must be looking at a whole different “FBOTD” because I can NOT seem to understand what people are praising here…
First of all, the star print dress. What? Lawd, NO!
Second of all, the hair? Bangs are her friend.
Lastly, the ill-fitting red pants? Nice, in theory. Not in practice. At. All.
Anyway, I will say… the clutch in the last pic was nice. Toodles.

  16. you live in Utah?

Omg I was there once for the holidays-I live in Europe, Holland.

And the inhabitants looked either terrified or mistrusting. I went to a diner near Bryce Canyon and ordered food. They looked at me like I was an alien. When my white fiance and his mama went to the side to check somethin out. One of the owners, a woman, came over and asked me where I was from. I got a kick out of saying Africa, Eritrea to be exact. And the blood just drew away from her face. Fckn unfomfortable.

I didn’t know America had places that were still living in the year 1850.

I just wanted to share. Sorry for the disturbance :p

  17. I love that burgandy dress you have on!! :) nice style, however, I don’t dig the black fit since I’m not a fan of tights as paints but overall I like your style. And Utah? cool

  18. The reason I like this bombshell post is because Finichia shows VARIETY within her wardrobe. So tired of seeing EVERY bombshell with skin tight dresses, high heels and weave galore!

Job well done ladybug and keep reppin!!!!

  19. YOU PPL ARE SO JUDGEMENTAL. *SMH* TAKE A LOOK AT SELF, I’M SURE IT’S A TON OF THINGS ILL-FITTING ABOUT YOU. BUT, THEN AGAIN WHY DO THAT, IT’LL TAKE THE FUN OUT OF ANALYZING THE NEXT PERSON.

  20. @ BeBe, I didn’t even notice the strange comments untill you pointed them out. Unnecessary trolling on their parts.

Finichia you are finished was funny though. Can’t be mad at that one.

  21. I like her look ! Big ups to curvy women . & I just ADORE those black shoes shes wearing with the black & brown dress in the top pic . HOT !

  22. @Mai, not all of Utah in living in 1850 doll. PS I have lived both there (Salt Lake City) and S.Carolina as well as Ga (now Philly). I have gotten “looks’ everywhere and drain color out of faces in my own hood. jes sayin’…

  23. Her style is ok, and she does have some nice pieces. Not a bombshell. The star dress wasn’t very flattering, but her shoes were the bomb! I love the bright pants because she made it work for her, but the fit around the midsection was not flattering. The black and brown was frumpy. Thank you for submiting!

  24. I can’t believe that this blog is starting to have all the negative comments the the other black blogs (that I stopped going to) have…very discouraging. I hope Claire can get this under control.

Btw, her looks are great. Size appropriate, stylish, and very fun.

  25. I really like her style and ideas, however, I can not say it enough regarding selections that are more figure flattering.
