Today’s Bombshell is the ever animated Chianti from LA:

She says, “I have recently gained confidence and I love the skin I am in. I have always had a passion for fashion and I have recently come to realize that I too am a stylista of color! “

” I know that I can do a lot better, but this is where I am for now.”

” I am going to keep adding to my wardrobe and in about 6 months I am going to email you again with better pictures of my fierce transformation! I’m the grass hopper and your my fashion masters!”

” I am a Comedic actress. I dress how I feel and usually that’s really happy so I express that through the colors I wear.”

” I like to be comfortable but I will sacrifice comfort it for some killer hills anytime! LOL I hope you like!”

Ah, Chianti, your personality certainly shines through in these pictures. You have fun with fashion and don’t take yourself too seriously. Love that colorful romper and contrasting cardigan.
What do you guys think?

  1. I am with Claire…Your personailty shines brightly through your photos and I am really diggin the color (aztec) print of the cardigan! You are well on your way…Like me, you are a darker brown sista, so color can definitely be your friend (however, purple is not mine) try some hot pink as the contrast always “Wins” against our complextion. You have the right idea, some hits, some misses but as you expressed this is where you are currently and with time your style will evolve. Blessings on your journey!

  2. She couldn’t be any more sweet! I like some of the pieces like the sweater in the last picture and the romper. Just some tweaking could be done I can’t wait to see her transformation.

  3. Cute girl looks like a fun personality…one word of advice: when u do ur transformation LOSE the nerd glasses.

  4. Cute girl, fun personality. Yet the styling reads very adolescent or teeny bopper. I totally dig playing with color, yet it seems that much of it is overwhelming you. I think pieces that a complimentary to each other and prints that blind in together are better. Simple cut and style and staying away from overload of the jewelry. Its just about You wearing the cloths not the clothes wearing you. Oh more tip take off the faux glasses their hiding your face and thats where your personality shines.

  5. I love it! You come across as fun and sweet, and thats what we need more of instead of stuckup and unfriendly. Keep it up and whatever you wear, your personality will make the most difference!

  6. Umm….”Killer Hills”….. o_O …..O Alright! You got that! But umm….yea, cute! Love the bright colors!

  7. Cute girl, fashion needs work, but your personality is awesome. We would totally be friends lol! Looking forward to your fashion update.

  8. Agreed! Seems fun but the fashion department needs work! Keep striving, you’ll get there eventually!

  9. You have a fun style, but being in LA, I’m sure you can find a better hairstylist. So glad you’re being you, and not quasi-modeling!

  10. LLS, ya’ll would swear this is the fashion police, anyway I love that she Love the skin she is in. I get so upset when I see people whoa re darker seem so insecure, my little sister’s friend being on them. I try to tell her she is beautiful whenever I can, because she is so insecure. My mom is dark, and I tell her the same thing everyday!! So it’s great to see someone inner beauty beam through their pores! PERIOD. I personally think her style is fun, I wouldn’t call in teeny bopper, i think it works for her. Everybody doesn’t have to fit a mold, thats the beauty of fashion working with what you have, and loving it.

  11. It’s definitely refreshing to see pictures that don’t have the ‘stereotypical fashion blog poses’. Kudos to her for realizing that your style is always changing. Can’t wait to see her in the future!

  12. Yesterday, with the previous girl, someone mentioned that most of the fashion bombers don’t have the “effortless, fashion means everything to me look.” Although I’ve seen a few really good Fashion Bombers on the site, I’ll have to say as of late, it doesn’t seem inspiring so to speak. This is not attacking you personally, Chianti.

You look like a vibrant person, you really do. But from your clothes I don’t get that. Don’t get me wrong, I see the color, but there does not seem to be a personal style. Take the editor behind, Style Pantry, her clothes and style is vibrant, it reflects her. Whereas your style looks simple, matchy matchy and on the lesser expensive side. There’s nothing wrong with a budget, but look for clothes that read “I spend $200+ on my scarves alone, when you really only got it for $20” You know? Like H&M mixed with J.Crew.

  13. Beautiful spirit! Looking forward to the transformation. Can we please keep it cute ladies/gents, critiquing style = totally appropriate, nasty comments on looks/supposed hygiene = juvenile and better for gossip sites. Love and blessings!

  14. She has a pretty cool style and I love her enthusiasm to master it, she knows that fashion is an art that can be perfected with time and consistency.

I love FBD, it’s food for my fashion soul but some of these irrelevant comments really need to be flagged.

  15. @NikkiBellaRay the offensive comment was removed and that reader is now blocked. Her comments were mean spirited, not constructive, and simply out of line.

  16. indeed you look as if you have a fun personality!!! I have to say that it’s not all bad. At least you have the courage to wear a variety of colors. That’s a start. A better selection of quality shoes and accessories would be a good choice. Overall A FOR EFFORT… and who better to ask for help than Claire :)

  17. definitely a fun personality and you use your clothes as a great expression of that. I didnt see anything that inspired me or made me jump out of my seat but even without that I loved it! You truly are happy and it radiates!

  18. Such a gorgeous girl! Curls look amazing on you. I so love the romper/contrast cardigan look, especially with those pumps. I do agree with LivvyV that perhaps those particular glasses are a little big for your face which is so stunning and has so much personality and life, but if you replaced them with some that are slightly smaller it would definitely work. You have a seriously great figure as well. Can’t wait to see your style mature and evolve.

  19. Nice personality..no fashion sense at all. Just same old everyday fits from F21 with horrible hair, bad lighting and awkward poses.

  20. Quote “I know that I can do a lot better, but this is where I am for now.” This is the first bio I read and smiled at… you ooze humility. I lurve you for that. Your bio truly made my heart smile. Make sure you send those pictures in 6 months.

  21. Thank you for your feedback! I have to come harder in the next 6months for sure!!!! Even the greatest stylistas get negative criticism from time to time. I can take it! Thanks Claire for this awesome experience!!!

  22. Chianti I admire your humility as far as your fashion and self-esteem. I look forward to your 6 month update! I know you will “get it together” regardless of what the putside perception of your style may be its all about how YOU feel when YOU look in the mirror. Don’t conform to the mainstream confirm to your new found confidence.

You seem to have a very vibrant personality and I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors as a comedic actress….maybe we will see you soon on tv or in plays!

  23. She looks cute, I especially like how she is six months along and wearing that cute pink dress to show off her baby bump! Super cute!
