  1. I love the vintage feel, swinging era. I think the fit could use a bit a tailoring, but you are serving it up with the hair.

  2. I love this. The quirkiness and her use of color are fab. I don’t think there is nothing ill fitting about any of these looks. She is giving me old school glam and I love it. She also has an chill aura about her that she exudes. This is fashion, taking a piece and making it your own. I want to be her friend !! Lol. Bombshell for sure also kudos to her for submitting good photos.

  3. Her clothes need serious tailoring, everything looks ill-fitted.
She could modernize her “thrift” style by investing in nice shoes. She’s blessed to have a really pretty face that saves this mess.

  4. @ Deola: I disagree. One of the fashion bloggers who does vintage perfectly is Karla from karlascloset. Her clothes are perfectly tailored and it doesn’t look old, out of place, odd and thriftish. She balances her vintage finds with modern current shoes. It looks impeccable.

  5. i like! reminds me of the cosby show. no, its not tailored, but it still works for some reason. she looks calm, but fun. good job!

  6. @Emma, thanks for the Karlascloset rec. Yup, her vintage is fab and on point. The girl in the above pics is dressed like a 40/50 year old woman with no style and might have several grandchildren. She’s too young and too pretty to be dressing this bad.

  7. Ok. Too vintage. The way to do vintage is not head to toe, she needs to mix in some modern pieces && definitely modern shoes. Also tailoring will do some justice.

  8. I’m on the fence here; I think what’s getting to me is that “vintage” now includes looks from when I was growing up. Sigh…

The fit seems off. I’ve never really been into vintage & thrifting but I’m sure altering it to fit your body doesn’t change the aesthetic. I do like the color & overall vibe. She seems like loads of fun which wins me over.

  9. @EMMA True. No one does vintage like my boo Karla. This girl misses the mark. She’s gorgeous though….

  10. Cute pics but too vintage. I love me some vintage but I like it paired and contrasted with modern looks as well. Nice change of pace, but not a bombshell

  11. Ugh this is horrible! Nothing fits correctly; she looks old and out of place. Why is she wasting her great body with these terrible clothes? She needs a serious makeover asap!

  12. Some hits…some misses. Nice to see some vintage style here though and she has such a beautiful face.

  13. I’m a fashion blogger as well and everyone has to remember that everyone that wears vintage clothing wears it differently. I think that it would be too typical if she got it tailored to fit because then it may ruin the beading or whatever the case may be of a vintage piece. Anywho- I am just proud that this woman made it to be a fashion bombshell.

  14. It’s great to look at style you can wear anywhere, without always having to show skin. The style is great, the clothes should not outshine the face. If everyone noticed your beauty inside of the clothes you did a great job with both.

  15. Needs a bit of tailoring and editing… comes off gimmicky and a tad costumey.

  16. I like her style a little bit,but she looks a little too cheap for me.The first outfit and the blue dress looks nice.the second outfit and the last one look cheap and bland. She need to learn how to make her looks more refined.I think she too pretty and young for these looks, she can shine way better then this. You can do vintage and still look fresh and young.

  17. some of the looks are a little matronly and unflattering. She is quite the beauty, but the clothes are not the bizness.

  18. Locomotive that she does not feel need to show her shape and still confident and she is gorgeous but not superficial! Classy with a capital C! Capital F the world go girl!

  19. Y must people ALWAYS comment on the other comments and try to “school” others on why the individual opinion is wrong???

These outfits just look: outdated, ill fighting and messy. IMO..my opinion is mine, yours is YOURS.

  20. PLUS, I JUST KNOW THESE CLOTHES SMELL LIKE
    M O T H B A L L S

when even a pic makes you think of mothballs, then the outfit is just A MESS

  21. She is beautiful but it is too vintage. I love vintage dresses too but she needs to do a lot of tailoring particularly on the bottom hem. There is also a lack of variety here. 3 of the looks are identical. But here hair is on point. Really cute!

  22. I like it butttttt she couldve done better with the right shoes for said “modern vintage” outfits.

  23. The thing about doing ‘vintage’ is that it still ought to have elements of modern in it to make it current; as is it looks like she bought out a Goodwill.

says thrift store all over it.

  24. ummmm No…I feel like Im watching an episode of “A Different World”. Too vintage for my taste. She should have incorporated some “present day” fashion. I’m not feeling it… NEXT—>

  25. Every look could have made into something amazing. She really needed belts, better shoes, change the length on the yellow dress. Add more of a current feel to the vintage looks. She has potential.
