The year is winding down with Bombshells, and Brittainy from Durham, North Carolina just made the cut!


She said, “My style is pretty sporadic. I change my hair about every week, so my style changes pretty frequently as well.”

“I love vintage. I am an avid thrift store shopper. I love blazers! I believe that they can be worn with EVERY outfit. I also love long strap purses and any shoe 5 inches & over.”

“It is hard for me sometimes to find clothing & shoes that fit because I am 5’10 and I wear an 11 size shoe, but thankfully God blessed me with fashion sense. I also believe in shopping according to your budget.”

“You DO NOT have to splurge if you do not have it, there are many stores with prices that reflect your lifestyle and income.”


Love your style and fashion philosophy Brittainy! I also adore your adventurous hairstyles.  You switch it up a lot, but make it work–which would be hard to pull off for most. Snaps!

  26. “God blessed me with fashion sense”….hmm. That statement rubs me the wrong way. When did knowing how to copy trends become a blessing? I’m not feeling this gal at all. Nothing stands out. Half shaved head and leggings. Thats fashionable? I don’t think so.

  32. I love that multi-colored wig with the blunt bang. Your other hairstyles are flattering as well. You must have that ideal face shape that can rock anything.
    I’d say that all of your alters are into leggings though.

  35. hmm like the blazer…the last outfit looks cheap and the boots in the second to last one throw the outfit off. try a bold color instead of another neutral for the shoes since, obviously, your main neutral color was black. good job on the make up, but i personally could do without all the obvious-looking wigs/weave. to each his own!

  43. Pretty girl. Nah, VERY pretty brown girl. But the style is MEH! I agree with @Originality. I see every single black female singer/rapper she copied. U followed the trend. And I’m so sick of LEGGINGS! If you can’t be fly w/o these damn leggings it’s an automatic thumbs down. Club wear shouldn’t even QUALIFY these females to be FB of the day. Nah. Way too trendy.

    She gets 5 stars for that gorgeous face and being confident ;-)

  46. She is very pretty. Maybe because I went to a school like Howard, I just can’t get excited about what I see. It’s a little sophomoric for my taste. But I can appreciate the fact she makes her hair and makeup such a huge part of her look. Hair and makeup is what makes the outfits in this post, and that cannot go without mention. A lot better than yesterday, so I won’t complain. :)

  53. I think she is a very pretty girl..but her style throws me off. I’m glad the celebs inspire you sweetie but PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE stop with all the nonsense.. I AM FASHION and i’m 5’10..I don’t need thrift stores or boutiques to shop..and the “TIGHTS” are PLAYED out babes. I will give credit when Credit is due. I think you could have done better. The hairstyles were ok but I have seen those in MILLIONS of hair books. Thumbs Down!! Sorry..

  56. Definately lovin’ the fashion bombshell pick of the week. I must say that she definately stays true to what works for her. There’s a special art to being able to throw 6 random items on the floor and make a FAB outfit out of what you’ve picked. Most people get wrapped up into buying the expensive things and “following trends” but how in the world DOES she gets these fashion looks for less. Think about that…that’s talent in many different ways. Let’s not get on the hair!!!
    It totally works for her!!!! Fashion Bombshell…wish I had her as my stylist!!!

  68. You look like a doll! the vintage jackets are the ish! the only thing I would say is stay away fron cheap leggings and tights, they make your bottom half look frumpy! by the way! your hair is sick!
