I’m not mad at her style , she had some good looks. I like the black jumpsuit, and her shoe collection isn’t bad from what I see. I can’t quite say she is a bombshell because I need to see more and some of her looks she submitted missed the mark. Kudos to her though !! …. S/n I think I want some Havana twist. Has anyone had any ??

Both jumpsuits were somewhat flattering and seems more age appropriate…how old is this woman? The other outfits look alot like whats sold in the Deb stores. In short, the other looks were terrible and so are the three bulks of weave on her head. Have a great day loves!

The dark GREEN jumpsuit (with the croc “birkin”) is the best look. I don’t care about the others and her hair.

she could get there one day, if she finds a hair STYLE, glasses, and makeup that suit her face. the long indian brazilian cambodia waves and curls just isn’t giving her the glamour she could have.
Best outfit was the jumpsuit. Her hair and makeup need work. The bad weaves catch your eye immediately, while the locks/braids work for her. Just hits and misses. No bombshell here sorry:(

The green jumpsuit was the best look..and seemed to be age appropriate imo. She looks a little bit too old to be wearing most of the other outfits.
I only like the green jumpsuit. Something is off, I think it’s the hair. :(

I think the pile of hair on her head is throwing everything off! It’s boring, does nothing for her face and it ages her! She claims she doesn’t like to do the same thing over and over, that she’s versatile…well show some versatility and get a new hair-do!

She was alright! I liked the green jumpsuit and yellow top with printed pants the most. Could’ve done without the camouflage dress and the purple dress revealed too much cleavage but I’d say she’s leaning towards more hits than misses! The way she described her style more-or-less matches up with how she looks – at least she’s not delusional.
I believe that criticism should be constructive, not insulting. With that said; I appreciate the positive and negative feedback. I realize my style is not for everyone, but it works for me. I’m not a conformist and I don’t dress for others. For the woman that said some of my pieces came from Deb stores…I’m not quite sure what kind of store that is. And I don’t have a pound of hair on my head, it’s 12ozs., lol… If you know anything about weaves, you know that a good one lasts about 2 months and these pictures were taken in that time frame. I change my hair often and I don’t stick to one style. An for the woman who questioned my age; I will be 38 next Friday! I really do appreciate the feedback from all of you…God bless!

ok Kimsue, I too only liked the forest green jumpsuit. I noticed you were in your late 30’s and I felt some of the outfits were a little “young” looking for you. In any case, you are a nice looking lady and I see potential for a nice polished style if you make some minor adjustments. All the best!!

I just love the forest green jumpsuit. I have big breasts as well, the suit looks very flattering up top…love the wide leg too. Please tell me where I can find it!
I said it before, and I’ll say it again. Weaves rob us black women of our beauty. There’s a reason why God didn’t give us long, silky, flowing locs; because it doesn’t work for us. Any of us, not just this woman.
With that said, Kimsue’s face is flawless. No seriously; she is stunning. I too wish she’d ditched the weave and opt for a fresh, natural look. If not natural, then box braids and twists would work as well. I also love that green jumpsuit. It’s chic and mature, yet fresh and modern. I see she has an eye for color and that’s great. Perhaps she should fuse her love for color with clothes that have structure, clean cuts and lines, and silhouettes (ex. that green jumpsuit)
Kim Sue I hope I age flawlessly like you… The only look I didn’t like was the army fatigue dress because the dress was very young. I’m 22 and I think the dress was too young for me. All the other outfits are very classy. And I can appreciate classy over trendy any day!

I used to work with her, she even came to the office dressed to the nines everyday. Even if its something i wouldnt have worn, her style was clearly thoughtful and included quite a few investment peices.
I do think that her style does not match her age. In love with the green jumpsuit!! Very flattering on her.
You dont have to be natural to not wear a damn weave. What about just a relaxer was and set? Weaves DO take away from a black womans beauty. Once in a while is ok but damn these chicks act like without weave their life is in shambles.
I see everyone has a problem with this woman’s weave. I know her and her hair is naturally curly. She doesn’t need a weave at all. And as for her clothing, she 37 going on 38 not 88. In most cases she’s age appropriate, but sometimes she likes to play around with different looks. Is that a crime? No. These are not even the tip of the iceberg with regard to her style. Since I’ve known her she has always dressed well and she isn’t afraid to try something new. I mean, she could be wearing leggings like the rest of the female population. IJS

I actually really like her style in a lot of these pics. I like the jumper, the print short set, and the midi dress. It appears that most of the clothes are inexpensive, but I thought she did a decent job in pulling that off. We are about the same age (right at the doorway between young and old) and I’ve begun to think about what’s age-appropriate for me as well these days. This woman has a nice body so that helps extend the grace period a bit, although a couple of the looks are pushing it just a tad.
I will say that I completely agree with the comments about her weave. It looks ridiculous and unnatural and I wish black women would give up the weave addiction. It usually looks silly as hell and the only people who think it looks good is other black women with weaves. Most men I know dislike them immensely but tolerate them bc it’s nearly impossible to avoid them. Others I know have abandoned black women in order to escape the fake hair, eyelashes, nails etc.
Our hair is so versatile, this weave-obsession is unnecessary. We can grow our own hair if we take care of it, wear cute bobs and short cuts, wear it kinky, curly, or straight. It’s actually sad b/c whether we admit it our not, many of us don’t feel beautiful in our own hair.
Here is the problem with the majority of women we don’t know how to pay a clean cut female a compliment and go all in to try and say she has no style. Apparently, the owner of the site feels she has style and that is all that matters. As for Deb Shop’s “WTH” is that never heard of it. Some women in there 20’s don’t look this good and if you think Ghetto Fabulous is stylish then you need to get out more. Also as far as her hair goes she has naturally curly hair and no need for a relaxer or perm. NOT EVERYONE HAS NAPPY SHORT HAIR!!!! No says anything to you chicks when ya’ll wear straight yaky with nappy!
