About the hair, I think that fact that she rocks her OWN natural hair deserves kudos. Maybe a nice face framing cut or bangs would look nice other than that I see nothing wrong with it. I’m so glad she isn’t rocking 4 or 5 bundles of SOMEONE else’s hair. I wouldn’t say it looks like she puts no effort into because it is styled nicely.

Great style! I like her use of color and prints. I like the fact that she is rocking her real hair. It is a rarity to see it on African American women these days. Real hair is not always perfect. You can’t curl it every day like a weave or you won’t have any.
