  10. I wanted to check out her website before commenting. The thrifted items should be altered, especially since she saved money buying thrifted items. Other than that, I’ll leave the rude comments to the rest of you lol.

  26. It was all down hill after the first picture. Some of the looks seemed too young for her. The other look I liked was the all black with the leather pants.

  57. So clearly her family/friends/co-workers/neighbors/sorors/classmates/delivery man was all on FBD today cause I just can’t phathom what you guys found bombshell about these. She’s beautiful. But these clothing choices are not at all bombshell. Maybe a more toned down approach. These look more Sears photo center dressed up and I’m NOT trying to down play this sister so unclutch your pearls ladies.

  59. She has a few pieces I liked, but I can’t really tell what her style was because this submission was as if she gathered looks together just for the shoot, you really don’t know if this her everyday! Didn’t really care for any of the looks as a whole so I’ll pass

  62. Genae style is thrifty, high end at times, very chic and unique. To me these are not her best looks but I would wear the leopard, and the grey t-shirt outfit. She does have a great fashion sense, but only some of these looks are the bomb.

  64. You can tell that half of these comments are from people she knows, she really lost me with that denim jumpsuit and veil beanie combo but it’s not horrible I vote for hits and misses

  65. In a pride the lioness sees her own beauty in how she cares for her sister. Find your pride ladies and you’ll find your own beauty. Tearing this woman down because you don’t agree with her own personal choices says far more about you than her.

The leopard dress and all white we good choices but the others feels like she’s trying to find her style which is key when you claim the title “Stylist” she’s probably a beautiful person and I can tell she loves to thrift but just because you see it thrifting & it’s your size doesn’t mean you should buy it! And how can you determine if she rocks this in real life when all she did was wear the clothes in a photo shoot. Fashion is way beyond having clothes is about having the attitude to carry it. Sorry not a bombshell for me.

  73. I love the versatility of Genae’s style! She thrifts and clearly these items aren’t from DOTS and are actually very high end. I love the play on “trendy” with classic while still being an adult! Who says a grown woman has can’t have fun? Honestly, if she didn’t include the fact that her wardrobe is 80% thrifted would you MEANIES be so cute to quip that in? Style is about taking a chance and having a voice to speak your message!   74. oh goodness…these looks are completely missing the mark. It’s too much going on with each outfit that it’s hard to focus. And the clothing seems very cheap. If anyone is going to call them self a stylist, I am going to look at you being one of your clients and if you can even style yourself then there’s no point in looking to see if they can style someone else.

Thats basically what this forum has been reduced to when submissions like this are presented as legitimate fashion/bombshell material. This is a joke. This is not real fashion. There is nothing fashionable about this submission except that sequined bust form.

  85. Her style is mediocre, at best. Many of her pieces are ill fitting. The bumblebee sweater does not fit her well. The head wrap with the veil threw me off. Her style looks thrifted. There’s a polish that’s lacking.
