  1. It really takes lots of guts to submit photos. Although I think she needs to dress more age appropriate. She also needs to invest in quality clothes. Cheap clothes truly cheapen her efforts.

  2. Beautiful girl. I admire your confidence to wear what you want.

My only critique would be in regards to fit and fabric. Working on both can elevate each look.

  3. I think with regards to fabric, sometimes the designers skimp a little in terms of quality, to keep the pieces affordable, since they have to use larger quantities of said fabric. I think this young lady looks fabulous!

  4. So much negativity in these comments I had to scroll back up to see what I missed. Still trying to get it… Beautiful woman, great submission. Bombshell in her own right. :)

  5. Let’s not fool ourselves ladies. Her style is average and in a few outfits she looks uncomfortable. If a larger woman is a fashionbomb I will say it, but this right here is just ok. What bothers me is the fit of some of her clothing. In a few outfits she looks like she’s about to burst out of them.

  6. Her weight distracts you from the actual outfits and make them look messy.

I think they’re cute looks, kinda boring, but cute.

  7. I so want to be positive, but I just can’t. fI’ll just say this: no one knows you size unless you tell them, do not be afraid to go one or two sizes up for a better fit. That is all.

  8. OMG the teal tulle skirt was ill-advised. The rest is workable. I think the blue and white print pant with the orange jacket is probably my favorite of the bunch.

She seems to like denim looks and I think there are a few premium denim brands that do make a few plus sized. But you’re not gonna find your J Brand, FRAME, Genetic etc. in Salon Z. So, as far as quality, she has to take what she can get. But I don’t think that is the true issue here. Somebody else hit on it, a lot of this is just the wrong size, plain and simple.

  9. Her style is cool!! it can be a lil tricky putting together stylish looks when your representing for the voluptuous body type . kudos to her ,this entry is very inspiring on many levels . Work what you got !!!

  10. I’m usually not a fan of lo g wings w/ blunt cut bangs, but it is working for you. Cute submission.

  11. there must be alot of fatties that read this blog because the overweight bombshells ALWAYS get bombshell votes even when theyre style is just OK

  12. Size 18? Coughs, please get a tape measure and find your true size. I’m guessing at least a 22. You’re beautiful and deserve clothes that fit and are flattering. Please also find a good tailor. I’d LOVE to see you resubmit in your actual size with pieces that highlight your attributes.

  13. I do like that thug life t-shirt! However, I think a she should upgrade the quality of what she wears. A lot of her pieces look cheap in a bad way, and fit in the thighs of jeans is very important.

Also, a size 18 I think she is not. Maybe 24x

  14. @sosonot and @jilliboowho… your critiques on fit and quality are lost and seem insincere against your obnoxious comments on her clothing size.

  15. I loved all of her looks, especially the one with the black and white dress. In the first picture her shirt looks way to tight though.

  16. Thanks for all the comments!
It really means a lot as far as cultivating a standard for fashion.
As for my size, coming from a size 24 at 327lbs down to 265lbs…I can read you my measurements:

    Bust: 40
    Waist: 38
    Hip: 51
    Height: 5’7

Making me a size 18 for most of the retailers I frequent.
Don’t believe me, you can take it up with management :).

    Thanks again y’all :).

  17. I am a curvy girl size 14/16 depending on the designer/brand. You do have to invest in quality and cannot follow every trend. I commend her efforts and having the guts to submit her photos. Smaller women can get away with cheap trendy pieces but us not so much. We also have to invest in quality shape wear to that the form fitting ensembles we select are not ill fitted and the look is polished. If I buy bubblegum (that’s what I call chap) pieces, it’s usually a top. Keep it up and like someone else said, just evolve. Don’t be offended. Take each comment constructively. One love boo!

  18. I enjoy many of her outfits and pieces. Despite being plus sized she has great waist definition. She looks nice in the fitted dress and skirt. I didn’t care for the last outfit though. It wasn’t as flattering as her others. Nice smile.
