I decided to finish this week up with Fashion Bomber Troy from ATL:

He says, “I’m an 18-year-old fashion fanatic and aspiring fashion buyer.”

” Growing up my father taught me about style and how it meant more than just a look, it was an attitude.”

“… I would describe my style as versatile but risky.”

” As a gay male in Atlanta I’m surrounded by the flamboyant styles of other gay men in the city…”

“… so I try to maintain a masculine look with a little edge.”

” My philosophy is to not limit yourself to one side of the store male or female.”

Alright! Follow Troy on Tumblr at www.fashionspharaoh.tumblr.com. Do you like his looks?

  1. I like his confidence and appreciate his outlook on life……some hits and misses for me though.

  2. I appreciate him NOT wearing heels and booty shorts. It’s obvious he has a point of view, and to me… That’s fashion. Very nice young man!

  3. I definitely like his look….especially the burgundy combat boots and bow tie look. His philosophy of not limiting yourself to one side of the store is brilliant. Go head Troy!

  4. Not that he’s seeking it, but he gets my approval…He makes a statement and gets his point across w/out being oh so extra and its refreshing.

  5. I agree w/Tam. I understand wanted 2 hv ur own look..really i do esp being gay n ATL (men n heels) but this is not masculine. I don’t c it.
I ALMOST liked the grey suit till i got 2 the feet..*shakes head no*
Its just too tight booboo. Go up a size..or two

  6. You know he has some growing to do and he may be great but I don’t see the confidence in his face. Express yourself and embrace that near fabulousness!

  7. all of his looks would look great on me! especially that blazer yellow pant combo you better work boy!

  8. I like all but the one with the long neck collar and I don’t care for the look with the necklace/pinstriped blouse

  9. Its ok not a fan of the skinny tight look . But overall I give it a B… Great confidence. As my girl Marylin says ” everyday is a fashion show& the world is your runway”…. WorK your Set!!

  10. LOVEEEEEEEEE his style………at 18 he has immaculate style and it’s gonna get even better as he matures….gay or not his looks are hot!!!!

  11. Thanks you guys so much for your positive comments and constructive criticism! Some of your opinions were actually helpful and are much appreciated.

  12. I like it… I love how all his looks are completely different and express a different side of his personality. I feel he’s 18 and still trying different things, in time his style may evolve in something really special… I totally see the potential.

  13. His outlook on what style is GENIUS, and he looks are impeccable.
    I’m so proud of you… :)
    ily, your bff

  14. It made me smile to see a fashion bomber worth the title today. This is thee best fashion bomber I’ve seen in a while. Although his looks tend to be a little repetitive he has found something that works and spices it up with color and texture from I can see. I loved this.

  15. He’s a nice looking young guy and I like everything from the waist up. As much as I hate when guys sag, I equally dislike men in tight pants. It’s good he’s holding on to his masculinity. B+

  16. Being from the ATL I really appreciate his refeshness and individuality! Btw can you teach me how to get my jeans like that….#hot

  17. @iCanD Thanks all i did was soaked a paint brush with bleach and brushed the jeans a few times then i soaked it again and just let the bleach drip on the pants.

  18. The youngsters today have such better style sense, then my friends and I had when we were 18! Curse the yesteryears of urban brands lol. I think he looks superb, keep it up!

  19. WOW…hes only 18 and has style like that! the bleached look is my fav, i’d give him an A, next time i go shopping i will check out the mens side of the store. Thanks for the tip Troy!

  20. I like his looks. He won me over with those docs. I have the same pair. Love em. I wish he would try different styled shirts though. Button up button up. I really don’t understand having the collar up? Also he looks like he’s overdressed. Isn’t he hot in all that? Overall I like but not love, but who knows I rarely see in differences in style among the male fashion bombers.

  21. Hm, what size of shoes does he wear?? his foot size caught me off guard. apart from that, i dont mind his pants being fitted but the “shoe game” need be to better.

  22. i love it & hate it at the same time. i love the grey on grey ensemble most, but tight ass skinny pants on a man is not it. by the way, i hate overly baggy, saggy, hanging off your ass pants just a s much.

  23. Such a fan! You def need to give some seminars to the straight guys I know (altho Id prefer them in slightly baggier pants). I love the tight fit on you! I dont think skinny jeans are the biz on most men but you pull it off so well! KUDOS!

  24. I love Male Fashion Bombers on this blog because it shows you who are man enough to take risks in fashion without being questioned

  25. i think it is impeccable, some people are very afraid to take the risks that you have and you’ve done it with class and very effortlessly. keep it out side the box.i love it troy and yooooou! keep doing your thaaaang!
