Though I know you guys prefer female Bombshells to the male Bombers, we have a pretty good set of guys who visit frequently and love to shine, including Sosa from New York:

He says, “I’m a Guyanese born New Yorker (Queens).”

“I guess I would describe my style as laid back cool with a bit of an edge.”

” …The white tee is a definite staple when I’m getting dressed.”

“I like to keep it simple.”

Laid back cool is exactly how I’d describe your style as well.

Fashion Bomber of the Day is a feature that showcases the singular style of male Fashion Bomb Readers. Send your name, location, a description of your style, and your picture(s) to th************@gm***.com.

  1. He wears the clothes well and I see no sagging, so I can give him a thumbs up on his laid back urban style. No, I can’t give him Bomb though. Loves his signature long hair.

  2. Sure his looks are average, but he is very well put together which is more than I can say for a lot of men I know, including my own. He sticks to what works for him and it doesn’t hurt that he’s a cutie.

  3. Looks like your average dude…..I can and definitely do appreciate this truly.

Some of these “men” from past bombs have been so over the top and “trendy” that it makes them look tambourine-ish.

No loud labels everywhere and no sagging which is on the grown man checklist….HOWEVER….a nice suit or slacks/tie combo is too. Can we get one Sosa? Really?

Love the hair and would like to have that pony tail donated to Locs of BoC love ~TIA

  4. @sun.kissed you took the words right out of my mouth except I think my man is pretty put together MOST of the time..lol
Sosa def makes me want to grow my hair long again *sigh* I miss long side braids..

  5. tuh, i like it, yall used to men walking around looking like women and shopping where you shop. nothing sexier than a man with a banging body (though he is on the slim side lol) in good jeans a top and some timbs. of course range is appreciated as timbs isnt everyday wear.

  6. Cute!! But let me get that braid up out you!! I can make me a very nice pony tail with that one.

  7. Love this. Great to see a man looking…well…like a guy’s guy. According to another commenter its a breath of fresh air to see a man dressing in clothes I would not wear :). Lurrrve the hair!!!

  8. Considering how most young men in his age range dress nowadays I say he looks rather nice. Like some others mentioned, its hard pressed to see a guy nowadays who looks put together who is not trying too hard or trying to be something he’s not…. i.e. a woman. Props for nixing the sagging skinny jeans and I like the hats and the braid.

  9. My question is this: When are big toddler pants and the prison sagging going to go away?

    Over it.

  10. IT’S OKAY. I DEF APPRECIATE A MAN LOOKING LIKE A MAN, LOL @ CHRISSY. MEN’S FASHIONS HAS COME SO FAR THAT THESE LOOKS COME OF A LITTLE CORNY. I LIKE HOW HE IS PUTTING HIS CLOTHES TOGETHER, I JUST DONT CARE FOR THE CLOTHES. IF THAT MAKES SENSE. HANDSOME NEVER THE LESS.

  11. Thank God, he wears a belt and only has one chain on, . Most males wear saggy pants and a million chains around their necks. I like Sosa style. He looks comfortable rather than flashy and over-the-top.

  12. he looks hot! definite ny presence apparent in his style. as he said, he’s keeping it simple…and i like it.

  13. he has a signature look that works for him. it doesn’t always have to be flashy. its about personal style and he’s got it.

  14. I like his style a lot. He looks comfortable in it and is staying true to himself. He looks really good in the plaid ;)

  15. i just want to thank everyone for their compliments and critiques. i was a little bit nervous to submit but i’m glad i did. if you’d like to see more, check me out on my tumblr account flyguysosa.tumblr.com. thanks, claire.
