I decided to close out the week with Fashion Bomber Roman from Trenton, New Jersey:

The self described, ‘Foreign Manikin’ writes, “I couldn’t tell you how my style was even if I wanted to.”

” I always feel like I can do whatever I want. In reality I can’t do EVERY single thing I want, but dressing the way I feel gives me a powerful feeling knowing I’m being risky! It satisfies me.”

“… I like to plan 3 hours before heading out to get dressed because being under pressure to look nice brings the creativity out of me like no other!”

” I have dressed so may ways that now I can go up different avenues of styles and it be accepted more.”

“… Most importantly my confidence helps me wear the clothes instead of them wearing me :)”

Your style is fearless and shows lots of range! I’m sure not everyone will ‘get’ your looks, but I can always appreciate someone willing to take sartorial risks.
What do you think?

  1. He made me smile! And your all those who said “No Ma’am”…y’all don’t get it.

  2. He’s playing with it and can dress it up or down. Go on, Roman. Like the fur, metallic blue patent blue number :)

  3. I LIKES! In fact, I think I want to hang out with this guy he seems like a lot of fun. His style is certainly eclectic and daring!

  4. He’s confident in his look, and that makes all the difference. I love the last outfit, because of it’s practicality. But, I’m from Brooklyn & can appreciate all of the outfits!!!!!
Anyone who says anything otherwise, obviously aren’t as cultured as yourself.
    I like!

  5. i dont know… what happened to men dressing like men… but anyone confident enough to leave the house in some of those fits will always get major props. after all, he aint getting dressed for me…

  6. Let the ignorance begin. I’m sure @too cool was the same one asking for Blac Chyna’s True Religion bathing suit.
I don’t see where he’s dressing like a woman *at all*, so that argument is dumb. He’s dressing differently, but not like a woman.

  7. LMBO I love fashion. I really do. I promote creativity. But without contradicting the two, I feel as though you need to balance your pieces without being just plain ol’ tacky.

  8. Risky….I like the simple outfits, but the costumey outfits are a no no for me. But hey, that’s your style and I respect it. I admire your braveness.

  9. YAY Roman…..Im from Trenton, NJ too ;-), “Trenton Makes the World Takes!” I do admire your creativity, individuality, and confidence but thats your style so cant and wont knock it, just not my cup of tea! But more power to you.

  10. i like his whole style…its so nice to see someone on here thats refreshingly original and not look as if they take their fashions directly from a manniquin <– (sp*) keep it coming!!

  11. Those black high shoes, um just not feeling them. I like the last 2 outfits. Thats just how i invision fashion bomber, but he is very confident so good for him.

  12. Stop it. No way. Claire does this to make us chuckle.

The last two are cool but the others? Nah.

  13. dont even know what a blac chyna is. his last two outfits proves he knows how to balance fashion and practicality. as someone said, it can read costumey… tis all.

  14. @too cool, have a sit in a large stadium. Now you are pushing for an argument with your continuance of disapproval. We get it, it’s not for you, but keep it moving! Some idiots go out of their way to be offended or offend other. Have a seat in the corner!

  15. Horrible on son many levels. I dont know why i am getting annoyed just looking at these outfits. Nonetheless, Roman is handsom, what a waste.

  16. he definitely takes risk w/his styles & I am not mad at him 4 that but I like the more relaxed looks on him from the last 2 pix… they look more natural and still stylish…

  17. I don’t know why, but that jumper made me immediately envision EmilyB..I digress..

Creative style and Bomber in the making, but DEATH to the Frankenstein boots!

  18. “nonetheless Roman is handsome, what a waste”… A waste of what exactly @ugk? I like him. People dress to express themselves and he exudes confidence and a boldness that I’m feeling. The black shoes are not my thing but he’s working them though! High five Roman!

  19. he gave me a chuckle……….thank you roman for that.
Some of his choices were No’s, but some were ok…….
I am sure it fits his personality….

  20. If you put on 3D glasses, that 2nd outfit looks way cool! Lol! He has a unique look and it works for him! P.S. I actually tried the 3D glasses thing. It looks awesome!

  21. When I saw him wearing that printed jumpsuit in the second picture on Facebook…I was like…NO…NO…NO

Until I came on to this website and looked at the other pictures that calmed my nerves (lol). I can tell Roman is different, eccentric, and confident in his style.

With the exception of the printed jumpsuit, I like everything he is wearing.

  22. One can be different, edgy, and a trendsetter with out being cliche’, tacky, and a mess…Just bc he’s doing the most doesn’t mean he’s doing it right..The last two pics are cool though. Try to pair a daring item with a regular one, like the fur vest with the khakis..maybe?

  23. I dig anyone going against the grain and really owning it. And speaking of own, I wouldn’t mind those metallic blue Docs. Those are fresh as hell.

  24. I Absolutely Love Roman , I Understand That You Like To Stand Out Nd Thats What It’s All About Because Everyone Is Startinq To Look Like One Another !

  25. True style cant be grasped, this is hott !!! Everyone with negative comments, must not know what fashion is, cause fashion knows fashion.. & this is FASHION !!!!

    “No me gusta.”

I’m with you Nikki. I’ve been to NY & NJ 100’s of times and understand where he’s going with his style, but I still don’t like it. On a positive note, I love his locks. He’s cute from the neck up.

  27. love that he takes risks. a lot of people wouldnt dare try to wear some of those items! HOWEVER…. I am not a fan of the black platform shoes… Sorry.

  28. What’s there to get, but the simple fact that he looks a hot mess!!! LOL However, you redeemed yourself with the last outfit! Remember, less is more and you can still achieve the funky, eclectic looks w/out overdoing it. Costumes are just that….costumes!!!

  29. I too am from Jersey so I love to see fashion aside from Jerseylious and the Jersey Shore. However, the African inspired print jumpsuit with the shoulder pads! I can’t! But I love the other :)

  30. I’m not really into the “bomber” feature. They all look too damn wacky. I like a man’s man :) Let’s stick to the lady bombshells!

  31. Um the 90s called…and said stop that ish! Them Frankenstein shoes….I can’t.

  32. @JO? he is ugly? really? ok, you don’t like his style, that’s a fair comment, but calling him ugly? I think that’s a reflection of your inner self.

  33. you can look at him and tell his far range of style ! & not many ‘Fashion Icons’ Can do that without a huge team behind them! I Love Roman and his daring style ! I Wish i could find him on the social network to tell him how Fabulous he is! All the negativity that you people bring shows your boring normal lives have no meaning! Get dressed first before bash the Next! #TeamRoman !!

  34. if this is fashion than i might as well take a ride down to the thrift store and just throw any old piece together , i cant …

  35. This style is not for everyone…I’m sure he’s a joy as a person. But wwe are going by what we see…..and in my opinion, he’s trying to hard to get a reaction and ends up looking just strange. Paris may have just the club scene he has to pull this off……where he’s from…not so much.

  36. Google docs and presentations work in Hebrew and Arabic, but some stnduets lose formatting when they send it to themselves and then open it and use it for the presentation. SueBy send it to themselves do you mean, save the Google doc/presentation as a file and open in Powerpoint or Keynote or view on another computer? I could see formatting loss if they attempted to view on a computer that did not have Arabic or Hebrew fonts/editing enabled Alex
